I had asked in advance to have everything ready. They have mailed an incorrect 2020 Mazda6 Sport key transponder cost me $172.00 and did not get a refund. On Friday finally got correct transponder got program 10-11-2021 cost me $155.00. I will not use this dealership.V/RMr. Graves

Today I drove 2.5 hours to look at a used car at Nissan North. I wasn’t sure if it was actually gonna be there due to my luck with cars being sold the day before I arrive. John was the original person who actually sold me my Jeep and he was amazing. Also the online website let me tell them to text me or call me to schedule an appointment which was extremely painless and quick because I was at work. When I came for my appointment at Nissan North everyone in their service department was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I came for an oil change and they also check your vehicle for normal wear and tear and send you a report of all the things that are still good and things that may need replacement. I received a text in the waiting room that I needed windshield wipers replaced and all I had to do was click on a link and sign my name for approval of the service. Moments later a customer service representative came and informed me of the status of my wipers. I am extremely satisfied with their service to the buying, to the service department even though I bought a Jeep and not a Nissan from them. I also saw they offered more services including deep cleaning of the interior and exterior of your vehicle which I may actually think about doing. I would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them. For now on I will come here for my oil changes. The waiting room also had snacks and coffee which is nice and the chairs don’t hurt your bottom. 6 stars out of 5 is what I’d give this place if I could! Great job guys! Checking out was even easier and they cleaned my Jeep!!!! Omg!

If you are needing a new vehicle, go to Nissan North on North High St!! Chip and Christina are the absolute best. This was my first time buying a nice vehicle for myself. I was very nervous thinking about the daunting process of buying a car. I kept putting it off. My mom told me that I needed to go to Nissan North. It was the best advice I have ever received. Chip and Christina put me at ease with the questions I had and even questions I didnt even know to ask. They painted the full picture for me. They made me understand even what warranty I should get, down to the insurance. They knew where I was comfortable at and made sure that I got everything I needed. The most diligent, caring, non-judging, and honest people around!! Also, I may add, that I ran over a metal rod on the road a couple weeks after I got my (fabulous) jeep. As a result, my back tire went flat. Since the warranty paperwork was new and still being processed through the business told me they unfortunately could not arrange a tow for me. I called Christina and she helped me out of a very sticky situation by arranging for a tow to come that took my car right to the dealership at NO cost! So nice of her that she would make phone call after phone call to get my car safely to the shop!! Again, the most kind, hard-working people around!! Thank you Chip and Christina for everything!!

I was in the market to buy a new truck after having mine for over ten years. i was very nervous with dealing with another dealership that wasnt ford since I had always been loyal to the ford brand. I found what seemed to be a great deal on an f150 at Nissan north and decided to check it out. I sent an email to the dealership about the trucks availability and received and immediate response from the dealership and they set up a time for me to come check it out. My sale rep Pam couldnt have been better. she had the truck pulled to the front door for me as it was a very wet and rainy day and we took a nice test drive. After chatting and getting to know Pam and getting great service and what I felt was top dollar on my trade in I decided to purchase the truck. Pam had the truck washed for me and gassed up the next day and the finance manager Brian was excellent and went into great detail explaining everything to me and not rushing me through the process. Nissan north deserves much credit for there staff and service and i feel confident that If i have any issues they will care about me and help me, that isnt something I can say about a lot of these businesses these days.
