I have bought a few cars from this dealer the first 2 times lived my vehicles felt like I got a wonderful deal and was very satisfied. This last car I bought a 2016 traverse has been a complete nightmare. I felt pressured and rushed into buying this vehicle. The car has pieces broken on the inside the rear window has not worked since purchase I was givin cut up car mats and the worst of it all a car with a transmission that’s going out. I have had these problems since day one the car wasn’t detailed upon purchase. I will probably never buy another car from here again!

Miracle Motor Mart is an excellent dealership one stop shopping where everyone gets approved per sign. Sevice shop in the back of dealership. They also offer a pinnacle bumper to bumper warranty on most if not all vehicles, where you bring it to them to be serviced and fixed with no fees. What else could you ask for.

The sales guy was awesome however the manager above him told us 3 or 4 different ways the tax situation would work we were told we would get a check for the taxes to take care of it all in indiana however they titled it in our names in ohio we dont live there and we were never told thats how it works I love my vehical and loved John over and above that Im not so sure how I feel it also took a month to get my title cause they had some kinda issue we bought the vehical.on a Thursday after noon and come Monday were blowing my phone up I answered the first time and said sorry Im in an appointment Ill call you back as soon as im done and with in the hour had 2-3 more calls from them cause our bank hadnt gotten them a lean release from.our trade I mean it had only been a business day since we had bought it they wanted there stuff right now but didnt send the same respect when it came to sending our stuff back and when it came to the whole tax thing nothing that we were told in person was the way it went if it wasnt for the sales guy being decent I wouldnt even give a 3 star

I co signed for my daughter a car here, service was quick, friendly, and he found great affordable nice car for my daughter and kept in contact with her through text messages for the entire process. Did however not clearly explain the paperwork and left few details out that I wish he would have made us aware of but definitely will return and just read paperwork in detail next time

The Miracle Motor Mart family really provides miracles. From start to beginning the process was amazing besides one small problem that was corrected. As I went to close the deal: a dealership purchased my car of choice within a matter of seconds before I signed. However, my salesman Christian Knapper had already found me the same exact vehicle with the same mileage but it was fully loaded. Miracle Motor Mart even gave me the car at the same price as my first choice. My experience with Miracle Motor Mart(MMM) was certainly mixed with more negative than positive. It started off with the car I was looking for being listed at their East location, but after checking in at MMM East I was informed that the specific vehicle I was looking for was actually up on Morse Rd, which wasnt the biggest deal. The sales staff at MMM East were all very pleasant and if not for the bad experience which I will detail shortly, I would return.I test drove a recent model full size sedan, I had done my research on that particular car, down to the oil changes the car received while under warranty. The car had been freshly cleaned on the exterior and the interior was actually very well maintained for sitting at a dealer for up to a years time. One thing I noticed on the test drive was that the car had very little fuel left in the gas tank.I arrived back to the dealer and proceeded with the purchase of the vehicle. Prior to looking for cars I got a approval letter for credit from a lender and had brought that in to the dealer once my decision was made. Without informing me prior to them doing so, they ran my credit through three other lenders, I found out because of a credit alert I received. This was the first big thing that got me. I had discussed that issue with the manager that day and he was understanding and polite about it.However during my sit down to work to finalize paperwork, they tried to hard sell me on services that I just did not want, as I work on cars myself. The car only had one key fob for the smart key system, which is needed to start the vehicle, and they were unwilling to provide the second key fob for me unless I bought one or more of the additional packages they were selling. I understand I could have walked away, and this was their way of making money but it left a very sour taste in my mouth. They also told me something would be in the service contract regarding a wear item that I do not see in the final paperwork as was promised, but I didnt believe a wear item would be covered regardless.The next sticking point for me comes with the actual delivery of the vehicle to my possession. During my talks with the manager while finalizing sale I requested that the fuel tank have gas added to it, which should be the standard when purchasing a $20,000+ car. When I took delivery the next day after having the car detailed it was clear they never attempted to put a drop of gas in; the cars distance to empty reading stated please refuel instead of giving any estimate of mileage with the gas gauge firmly planted on E.The final sticking point for me is regarding the servicing and detailing they provided, I should mention it was at no charge and I did NOT request it to be done. The drivers seat was obviously not cleaned or had any recent leather product applied, their car scent device was a urinal cake looking thing that they stuck in the passenger door, and the detailing they did obviously didnt cover any of the windows on the car because the car still had the dusty haze all over the inside windows that I would expect from a vehicle originally purchased (new) from a dealer out in farm country.Overall I can say they do deserve at least one star due to the very professional interaction I had with the sales staff at MMM East, but the service staff and sales staff at MMM Morse Rd heavily tilted the scale towards the negative.

I have to preface this by saying I hate buying cars! Lol. That being said, I can’t even begin to explain how these guys made the best car buying experience I’ve had. From Jerry sending me to Tony Jackson all the way to Brandon and Tyler in Service, these guys are awesome. They were quick, efficient, did not waste my time and went way above and beyond making sure every little detail was taken care of. As long as I’m buying cars, this is where I will be going.

Which for same payment I now have New dependable car with warranty .These cars are nice there not 10+ years old with 200 thousand miles and its real bank so it will help credit score...I cant even get credit card and Zach got me a car loan. I have purchased my share of cars over the years, and I have to admit that my experience at Miracle with Rodney was memorable in a good way. Rodney was informed and friendly and miracle has even followed up with me after the purchase. I have been to some more well advertised and much bigger franchises and the treatment I received here has been incomparable. A great car buying experience! Ask for Corey! My wife and I went there to look and test drive a few SUVs for our growing family. We found one we really liked. There was no pressure to buy, but they asked good questions to find out how they could put us into a SUV. They even negotiated with us on our trade in value. They were able to get us a great interest rate. They were super friendly and helpful through the whole process. The best part though was we paid off our previous vehicle early and incurred a prepayment penalty from (5/3rd), unbeknownst to us. So when they went to get the title for the car it was showing we still owed $150. Miracle Motor Mart paid that for us! That really helped us out as we are on a strict budget right now. This is a great place to buy your future car. We will definitely be going back here in a few years to purchase our next vehicle!
