On 06MAR21, I took my 2008 Nissan Rogue, in order to check on my transmission. I thought, what better place than the dealership to get an honest recommendation. After having paid, an additional charge for a transmission diagnostic test of $293.25, I was advised by the Germain Nissan Rep. that unfortunately, I was going to have to replace the transmission and the cost was going to be over $4,000. I decided to go for a second opinion, to A Team Transmissions and after a system test, I was advised by a very competent crew, that all I needed was a small part, which they ordered. After a few days, I got my vehicle in great working order, and I paid less than the amount I gave Germain Nissan. I have always known, dealerships tend to be more expensive for repairs, due to original parts and quality work; but going forward, I will be less trusting to their advice.

Not a fan of this place. Always takes hours and hours for basic tasks like oil change and filters even after having an appointment.The prices are ridiculously high compared to other dealerships around and they always give wrong suggestions on your vehicle. They give you very high quotes after the vehicle inspection for this that you don’t need.Once I had new tires on from Costco, dealership didn’t know about this and within next few months they asked me to change my tires, same thing happened with wipers and brakes.This place is a rip off. Not going there every again.

Germain Nissan doesnt do work properly. My car moon roof was leaking and i gave for servicing last octand they said its fixed. They charged me around $180 or so. Within no time it started to leak again and i didnt give them good ratings. When i asked them to repair it again, they mentioned as you have us bad review, we will not service your car.

Scheduled a recall service on my Pathfinder via their website for an appt this morning. Pulled up and Greg came out to greet me, got me checked in, offered me a some amazing coffee while I waited to sign paperwork for the rental. He answered my question about adding something to my vehicle that it didnt come equipped with. Everything was handled smoothly. Greg called 6 hrs later to let me know my Pathfinder was ready. Not sure the ladys name who helped when I returned to pickup my Pathfinder but she was really nice and informative when answering additional questions I had.

Car cane back major issues that I didnt have when I dropped my car called asked for manager an no answer service for my as a customer sucked for the maker of the model of car.

Went there.called from their parking lot yes car here how long til u can come in?surprise im here..oh well that car is on another lot.no that car sold this morning..well which is it?and 3 minutes ago on the phone you had the keys in your hand come on in..its a decoy to get u in the door if its on sale..It aint there

I always go to this location. Very friendly. They do a great job of giving you updates on potential repairs that might be needed in the near future. I appreciate that so I can plan for those expenses. Definitely recommend

I away take my SUV here for services. They’ve always treated me right and they gone beyond my expectations in customer service. I would not go anywhere else but here. No pressure in buying any services on my vehicle. I just recommendations when I need them done.

I had service done on my car earlier this week. From the time I walked into the service area and walked out I was overcome with welcoming smiles, great and uplifting attitudes and all around a nice home feel!Max, in service, was great help from the beginning to end. He returned my calls promptly and kept me updated on everything regarding my car. Very knowledgable Johki and Adam, other service techs helped load and unload everything in and out of my car and rental. Johki even learned how to hook my car seat up! 😊 And I never saw Adam without a smile! They were all so helpful!Teonna, up front, helped get my children set up with snacks and the tv. She was so kind and asked frequently if I was doing alright.The one who topped it all of was Shonda! She was truly one amazing woman from start to finish! She takes care of her customers! She made sure we had everything we needed, checked on ya frequently, was so very kind and went above and beyond to make us feel as welcomed as we possibly could! She is extremely on top of things, kind, honest and truly believes in customer satisfaction first then sales.I give credit where it lies and I always make sure I leave reviews where I can. That is why I made sure to get names of every person I came in contact with secretly. This place has our heart. It has our business and is now family. We put our trust in places or people who make us feel good and who treat us right. We believe in this team. We trust their work, their advice and judgement. We will not go anywhere else going forward besides them. If I could give 10 stars I would! I even received my car back less then 48 hours later!When you have a GM (I believe Mr. Evener) come out to thank you for your business and to make sure you had and got everything you needed and were satisfied that is icing on the cake. This place from top to bottom is amazing! Thank you Nissan for everything you continue to do to serve your customers, it shows your in for the customers not the sales!

Don’t go here if you value your time and money. I took my car in for their oil change and multi point inspection special that they have running. After getting my car back they gave me a long list of things that are wrong with my car and how these can be a drivability issue. I told them I would look over it and decide what needs to get done. One of them being a nail in my left rear tire.The next day I took it to the tire shop to fix it since I was driving to another city that day and guess what, there was no no nail in the tire. We spent 20 minutes looking for this supposed nail and there was absolutely nothing.That got me to check the service checklist from the last time I went to Germain Nissan. The list of things wrong from that time weren’t even listen this time, and I hadn’t even gotten my car fixed. They will lie to you to pressure you into getting your car fixed from them but please take it to your trusted mechanic and get it double checked. I’m sure when I take my car to my mechanic half the things listed won’t even be needed since they lie about the smallest of things like a nail in the tire.
