Came here for a job interview! They were so friendly and brought me some coffee with cream (which I apparently needed because my bloodsugar was going low *screams internally*). Interviewers liked my glasses and we said we were going to start a cult were everyone has to wear them.I didnt inspect the cars because thats not what I was there for, but they were tastefully arranged and there were lovely catalogs hanged on the wall that reminded me Ive been meaning to do some art studies of Hot Wheels.

Terrible service at parts counter had about 0 knowledge of parts and ability to search them on the computer system. Specifically named what part and pointed to on the diagram and said thats not what it named and yet one more minute of research said I was wrong as the screen said the part name as I asked for it from start . Then to say its no longer available in this country . Which it is a over a dozen other Toyota/Lexus parts warehouses across the nation . Will never purchase a single part from this location again . Was saddened by the lack of service Germain had compared to what it once was

Had a great experience, JB was very patient, worked with us to find the right car for us at the right price, and wasnt pushy about pressuring us to make a decision that day.Once we decided on the UX hybrid, he made sure we got the deal we were comfortable with. Additionally, the lease financing process was smooth and we werent pressured into add-ons we didnt want.

There isnt enough space for me to put down all the complaints I have for the Germain company as a whole. Never buy a vehicle from them and if you do make sure they give you the best warranty not the junk complementary warranty they are advertising on the radio. Update, the vehicle that was sold to me needs a new transmission, the fluid is completely black and should be red in color, the warranty they sold me is void because it is a pre-existing condition, the transmission is completely burned up and should have been found before they sold me the vehicle. I was told on five different occasions last year by Germain dealerships they would never sell a vehicle that didnt meet safety and quality standards, I guess that doesnt apply to the transmission. They have refused to take care of their responsibility to me and there customer service sucks.

I was in search for a vehicle and came up a car listed by Germain Lexus of Easton. When I called the sales department I was connected with Troy; he immediately ran down the CarFax and let me know the status of the vehicle. Once our conversation was over he immediately sent me an email with the information I had asked for. Once the car was detailed and had gone through its processing Troy called me to let me know the was ready if I still wanted to come in to test drive it. When I came in Troy had the car already pulled up and he had the information ready to go. I loved the car except the fact that the brakes or rotors needed to be changed. Troy immediately went to his manager and they agreed that if I wanted the car they would fix my brakes. After the paperwork process and my payment we set a date for me to bring the car in for brake service. While my car was serviced Troy gave me a backup car to drive and had me covered until my car was ready the next day. Janet Jamison in sales is a perfect sales person and as friendly as a human could be. Quality is the word that comes to mind. Good buying experience . Shea addresses customer needs and questions well. Tech help from Jacob after purchase is extremely helpful with understanding of hybrid systems and car features. Carfax printout, not just an online review at some other dealerships is a plus. The pricing structure is set based on my experience with no other price discussion beyond the offered sale discount pre determined.
