Overall good experience, salesman wasnt pushy, they honored the internet price we discussed over the phone, my only complaint was they didnt disclose the body damage over the phone after asking if there was anything wrong with it, then drove 2.5 hours to see this. We ended up well, they negotiated the price to compensate without too much hassle, but they shouldve disclosed this. Overall Im satisfied with the experience.

I am not a paid advertiser. i simply believe in businesses who actually care about their customers. i always get great service, genuine wonderful caring and courteous people. because of this they will ALWAYS get my business. Loyalty to customers is what begets customer loyalty. Choose for yourself what motivates you to be a repeat customer (to any establishment). for me its good consistent and genuine service and caring.

They would not accept our pre-approval letter from our credit union but waited 3 hours to tell us (after our credit union closed) and then attempted to get us to obtain their financing as a back up. I had emailed them the day before, with the financing info, because we were driving 2.5 hours to get a car they had we were interested in. They also indicated they couldnt budge on price because they werent getting kickbacks since we werent financing thru them. Very shady operation. We went to another dealer and drove away with a new car 1.5 hours after arriving.

Unfortunately, their good/qualified work on cars has gone downhill. Inspection sucked (even after pointing out flaws.) Linda wasnt there, had The day off, how convenient. No returned calls to follow up with us. Liars. I will change this post when/if they decide to do the job right. By the way, they didnt cover for deductibles, claiming to be better than other collision repair centers.
Great friendly service. First time coming here for my Genesis coupe oil change and no complaints. I am not always in the area but using the my Hyundai app I was able to get in the same day at Dennis. My usual dealership in another area of town has a much less user friendly scheduling service that has been showing that they have zero appointments available until 3mo from now and I think it is in error. The Dennis scheduling was much more streamlined and they charge 10.00 LESS than the other dealer. If I am in the area when I need my next service I would definately return to Dennis. They even washed my car and had it ready while I relaxed in the waiting area. Thank you for a great job Dennis service department.

I had to get a quote for a rear end collision that happened on Christmas day. They were fast, fair and had a good sitting area. Very profressional.
One star is too good for this place.Lets start with their used car department loves it when a 21 year old, African American female, with no car buying experience comes in to purchase a vehicle. My daughter brought a 2012 Nissan Juke from them but had starting problems a week after she signed the paperwork. After taking the car back, twice, and being told she wasnt starting it correctly the car wouldnt start at all 4 months later. She had it towed to their shop and they threw parts at it but it still wouldnt start. They towed it to a Nissan dealership and they started replacing parts to no avail. Now, almost a month later, we try to speak with the used car manager about the car and he avoids us by sending out a condescending sales lady who kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain the situation. Suffice to say we left because they were unwilling to talk about trading her out of the car nor did they know when the car would be repaired. And to top things off the general manager, Aaron Casto, keeps avoiding my calls and putting off my daughter. If this is the treatment you receive when you spend 10k with this organization, I would suggest going elsewhere. One star is far too good for them.

**Capital Kia** (under new ownership) Great service provided by Zach and Paul. Easily accessible. Friendly and professional service. We have purchased several cars from these guys and will continue to give them our business. I recommend this location to anyone and look forward to these guys expanding over the next couple of years. Currently the parking lot is a little crowded and old so watch out for pot holes. Service is also crowded and small but very friendly and professional. The buildings are dated and need reconditioning and might appear to be subpar but dont let this fool you. They just bought this place and these things fall on the previous owners. They are making tons of changes so things are better for the customer here and it very much shows. I believe they also have plans of building a new dealership closer to Easton. This place deserves it!

I did receive a preowned Honda CRV 2008 worth $12000 two months before, And Few days back I came to know that both front lower control arm, Both Front Brake Calipers and all four Tires are in very very very bad condition. My mistake was I trust them and took the vehicle as is. if you are planning to purchase a pre owned vehicle then first go to authorize mechanic and get a complete inspection and then ask them to rectify the vehicle as per the report of Mechanic. Otherwise you will hit your budget like me that after spending $12000 two months back, I have still need to spend $1800. And they will not going to help you with a single penny in that.

Called to schedule an appointment with Kia. Was told that they are closed, and would have to go to a different Kia dealership. Only I found out that they are not closed, and Dennis sold the Kia part only. Dennis always says they are the dealer you can trust. Must just be a saying!!!
