Went here to get my car serviced. Was told that the service department wasnt too busy and I could go ahead and get my oil changed for free! After getting my car back in under 30 minutes I was going down the road and suddenly it started to billow smoke and make a weird noise. I pulled over and immediately shut the car off, and began calling the dealership after calming down. My friend and I werent able to get them to pick up despite calling them for over two hours before they closed, and I was able to get a towing service done through my insurance. I have never had an issue with my car, but due to their incompetent service I was stranded out in the middle of the interstate 2 hours from home until the towing company brought the car back to the dealership and I was able to get an uber...for $200.

As this is my second Nissan I did not receive a service agreement to match the purchase. During my recent visit a number of staff were walking around unmasked while we are still dealing with COVID infections.

I had my oil changed, battery replaced, air filter, and cabin filter replaced. When my car was returned to me my clock wasnt reset and my next oil change sticker was not replaced with a new one. I just spent $247 and I expect better service. I come to the dealership as I feel that I am getting the best and this time I didnt leave the service department feeling that way. I called to let the service desk clerk know that I wasnt happy about it.

Brought my Titan in to have some things checked out, there was a mix up on what services needed to be done to the truck. The service manager took care of it immediately and without question when I arrived to get my truck. Very impressed with this establishment. We talked over what was going on in the truck which was really nothing and I left with nothing out of pocket and an oil change.

Easy to get in and out
I took my 2014 Frontier in for an oil change and multi point inspection. When service rep informed me that the service was completed I asked about the condition of the battery since I had several replaced in my truck during servicing. To my knowledge when the battery was replaced there was no inspection of the electrical system to find the cause of the battery failing tests. It was determined that the battery test was never done and I was told it was missed because the equipment had not been brought on line again after the holiday weekend. Since there were other vehicles ahead of mine for servicing I wonder what other points of inspection were missed because of the test equipment not being online. I consider this excuse totally unsat and will have my vehicle serviced elsewhere from now on.
Services was awesome. As a mother of a small child, I would like to see the dealership add in a changing table for babies. Other than that everything was good.

A bit pricey
As long as they can make money off you they are kind and attentive. If they can’t make anything they are rude and dismissive. If you’ve filed bankruptcy you can expect to be treated like trash even if you were a customer before. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere, thank you for showing me my worth.
Always treated with the utmost respect and all my service concerns are explained. There are no hidden surprises everything is up front. I bought my car from Columbus Nissan and all my service is done by them even if I have to drive an hour plus. I know my work will be done right.

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue. The salesman, Ward Cobb, was professional, efficient, and friendly.
If you have a leased Nissan, go to another dealership. My service is free because my truck is leased. My first visit, they be made me pay because he complained they have a hard time getting reimbursed. I was told this after the service was done. I called Nissan corporate and was told that shouldnt have happened. The next time they asked for paperwork to show that its a lease. I chose to leave and never come back to this location. I travel a lot and get my truck serviced at different locations depending on where Im at when its time to get it serviced including Jackson, MS and Houston, TX. Any other service department has been able to look up my VIN and provide the necessary service. Ill happily go to another location when its time to service my truck and purchase my next vehicle.
Update: The gentleman who reached out to me originally, Ryan, contacted me back today just to reach out to me and apologize for the mess from the other salesman. I was unable to make a purchase from them, as the car DID go to auction, unfortunately, but I wont fool with anyone other than him in the future. Very down to earth.

Service staff was unprofessional on multiple occasions, including chuckling when given negative customer feedback about their dealership’s support of their brand. I took my vehicle and the transmission error code it was reporting to them, and they responded with “it has the error code you brought to us. It needs new transmission.” A transmission shop in the area fixed the problem (a bad wire) in a day.I’ll never buy from or take a car for service to this dealership.
I have always had great service at Columbus Nissan and it was no different today.
If possible I would give 0 stars. After negotiating a deal by phone on a truck and agreeing on the final selling price, the next day we drove over an hour to purchase the truck. When we sat down to sign the papers the price had went up $500!! After listening to 2 different sales men give excuses of why they couldnt honor the price, yet admit they had verbally agreed to the offer we made, we had enough of the excuses and run around! We got up and walked out!!! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They simply told us a lie to get us there and thought we would agree to it.

If I could them a zero I would... I bought myself a new 2013 Volvo for being accepted in Med School and a week later my vehicle shut down. So I then, contact the Nissan regarding the issue they sent out a tow company to pick up the vehicle then later charge me the tow bill stating that my extended warranty couldnt cover it. I was still fine with the tow bill. I contacted my insurance company because Nissan stated that it wasnt a mechanical issue, it was bad gas. My insurance company whom agreed to pay for $791 of damages of the bad gas as stated by Nissan. So two weeks go by Im calling the Nissan company because no one has called me with an update on my vehicle. After contacting the company they advise me that it is ready for pick up. I later drive 5 hrs from Med school to go retain my vehicle that they told my insurance company and me that they have fixed. The service department advisor Cynthia Keaton was given me attitude when I started to ask her what was all done to the vehicle? Did they change the Fuel Pump? She look at me and say Im ready to go home, Do you have the $500 deductible? Just drive the vehicle I then stated the dangers of me driving a vehicle on a busy intersection that will possibly shut down. She stated just drive it we wont know if its fixed until you drive it. If the issue is still happening then you can bring it back. I responded If the Nissan is not sure they could fix the job the first time why agree to fix it. On my repair receipt they only change the fuel filter and put in a treatment which was only $179 worth of damages. So, Yes Im frustrated my birthday was yesterday and yet Im dealing with a vehicle that was not fix properly by there company . My insurance company gave them a call they had them on hold for thirty mins before getting on the line. Then hung up on the insurance company once they begin the ask the question why they didnt follow the quote that they gave them and why the car is not running like it should. I dont advise anyone to deal with the Nissan you will have your vehicle back in there shop over and over again for the same issues or maybe new issues that you never experience. First Time buying myself a Car and First and Last Experience with Nissan. Customer Service, Compassion, Professionalism, Integrity was all zeros.
While i did have to wait 4 hrs to get an oil change done with replacing all my 4 tires with new ones, they discounted all the labor charges.
