I lost a job now I dont have vehicle again today so not sure how to get to my new job... Get yelled at for puting up a review.... Thats why the reviews are made for... Anyways Cobalt smells like burning plastic or rubber from under the car, was heading to work till it was overwhelming smell that was really bad, had to pull over an check out 3inch exhaust....Worse car shopping experience yet, ..Cobalt SS had several problems beginning with exhaust to brakes hanging up to several warrenty service vechicals with check engine lights.. Now the car has suppose $3000 worth of parts an labor an drives cricket on hiways steering wheel is 8 degress to the right then center so steering wheel is cricket due to new tierods as it ant hard to replace but to not tighten them to the same spot as original makes the steering wheel cricket so.....Ill sayo there again as 5th time the cobalt been back to motor company it now frustrating as heck........

I was in town for work and stopped in to Columbus Motor Company because I had noticed a large nail/screw stuck in my tire. Just before, I had stopped at a “mom and pop” service station that was adjacent from where my vehicle was. They told me it’d be an hour and a half before they could get to it. So, I thought I’d give the Jeep dealership a try but was hesitant because I’ve had less than favorable experiences from my local Jeep service department where I purchased it. The service at Columbus Motor Company blew me away. Service advisor Ryan Honken immediately went and asked technician Garrett Jones to look at it. Garrett postponed taking his lunch to fix my tire. All this was done with incredible friendliness. I wish Columbus Motor Company was in my home city so I could take my Jeep there for all my needs. Ryan and Garrett deserve a bonus for their exemplary service!

Deal went down fine but good luck with any communication after the sell! Purchased aftermarket warranty and mutilply call are being put on hold or take a message with never getting a call back. I cant knock on the sales staff but very frustrating to be put on hold only to be hung up on!

All maintenance completed satisfactory but they didn’t check tire pressure. When tires were rotated, front tire pressure was 91 and rear tire pressure was 78. I would have appreciated knowing the tire pressure and any changes.

My experience at Columbus Motor Company was handled in a professional manner. My new battery only lasted roughly two weeks, so I had my vehicle towed in and they changed out the battery on warranty and didn’t cost me anything.

First of all a Jeep dealer in Fremont, NE refused to assist me in service two days ago! So I drove to my favorite service place and well got my Wrangler fixed the same day AND walked out with a Renegade! LOVE THIS PLACE and will NEVER do business with another! LIFETIME customer!

I had some repairs done a while back probably 4 months or so on a Ram 1500 EcoDiesel. I came to find out that one of the parts that was replaced should have been covered and had to struggle with getting it refunded…None the less Josh the GM was great and made everything right with me. Thanks :)

A/C went out in 100 degree weather and they fit us in while we were “home” (from Lincoln). Our Auto Start/Stop hadn’t worked since we bought it despite having it fixed in Lincoln twice. They changed the battery out and for the first time it has worked for more than 2 miles out of the service station lot. Great customer service and helpful resolution!

Should really learn to full inspect a car before making a sale on it. I think they are too eager to make a sale they don’t pay attention to details on car and sell cars without knowing if they’re fully functional. Definitely regret coming here.

I have had a bad experience here, I took my truck here to see what’s wrong with it. They told me I had bent valves and I needed a new engine. Which was wrong, I actually needed a new MAF sensor, an O2 sensor and three of my injectors are working. It’s a waste if time and money to go here, so don’t go to Columbus motors
