I went to this dealer to test drive a Honda Pilot back in March 2018. The man who assisted us came off as being very irate and downright rude. We were told the vehicle I test drove sounded like it needed a CV joint looked at so we were told to come back the next day. While we appreciated his honesty, his attitude was less than welcoming. We realized we had come in to see the car at closing time and gave him the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just a long day.We returned the next day and werw assisted by John, who is an amazing salesperson. He was laid-back, funny, and remarkably kind. He apologized profusely for the way we had been treated prior and thanked us many times for “giving them another chance.”I ended up buying a 2009 Kia Sportage that was too good of a deal to pass up and am very happy with the sale and service in the end.The other man we had dealt with before is simply not a people-person, which is totally fine, but I would not let him be the first impression of the business.If you seek out Northwest Auto, be sure to speak to John and request his assistance. One of the easiest car buying experiences Ive ever had. I stopped in this morning to test drive a vehicle for my daughter. Chip was super helpful. We found the right vehicle and it recently had dropped over $2000 in price. The car looked great and my daughter stopped in later to complete the purchase. I know its a little car lot, but these guys are doing a ton of business and doing it right! Id highly recommend them to anyone. A great place to find a good used car at an awesome price.

I LOVE my new Toyota Matrix!!!!💕 Its red, cute, and everything I could ask for. The price was amazing, Chip helped make sure I got a payment I could afford. Resubmitting my review because I don’t know when to stop cursing with joy haha:I can’t even begin to explain how awesome NW Auto is. I had been looking into getting a minivan for a month or so and I came across a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country with crazy low miles for its age here. This was my first time buying a vehicle alone and I was seriously anxious and had no idea what to expect. Chip went above and beyond to make my experience as painless as possible. He let me and my son drive the van to my grandpas a half hour away so I could have him take a look and get his opinion which was amazing and I wasn’t rushed at all. I mentioned the breaks felt weird and the oil change light had come on and both were taken care of with no issue. I was able to get a reasonable payment and a good deal on my trade-in and so far the van is everything I hoped it would be. My kids LOVE it. When the time comes to trade the van in and get something else, I will absolutely be back. They provide a level a customer service that just isn’t achievable at big dealerships and the prices are amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend if you want to deal with honest people who actually care about making you happy. EDIT: My AC went out about a week after I got it and they did everything they possibly could to get it taken care of and even gave me a car to drive to work while it was being fixed. It’s perfect now and I could not possibly be happier. You guys ROCK!

I couldnt be happier with my transaction at Northwest Auto Brokers. I dealt with John who was easy to deal with and quick with his responses. I drove 125 miles from Cincinnati to purchase the car. When I got there, another sales rep had mistakenly allowed the car to be taken on a test drive by someone else who was interested in it. When I showed up, they still honored their commitment and sold me the vehicle. It was a little awkward with the other person, but I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I would recommend this group to anyone.

I had stopped in the previous day to check on a car for my daughter while they were closed. We have been searching for a car for her for soo long! This is her first car and she wanted a Dodge Caliber. I looked at the car and knew it was perfect for her! Signed up for a test drive the next day she was sooo excited because it was what she wanted. I drove 80 miles to check out a car that was priced Right and described as great condition. I test drove the car and it was great. As I was inspecting the engine I spotted some oil, it was close to quitting time, they drove me to their mechanics got it on the racks for a thorough inspection (awesome). I have dealt with these guys multiple times over the past several years -- its pretty easy these days to know you are getting an honest price -- lots of data out there -- but I like seeing the selection in person and dealing with honest folks who are knowledgeable and have very reason to want to earn your repeat business.

They have the best deals of most places Ive seen in Columbus. This is not your run of the mill dealership where you walk in and get accosted by a bunch of sleazy salesmen. Its a smaller, quaint dealership and the guys that work here are really authentic. You can ask them questions without having to work around the salesman facade. Plus, they have a dog named Bee. The guy name Vic will lie right to your face. I talked to him on text he checked my credit and told me I’m pre approved. He knew I was wanting a certain car and I ended up in the hospital and bam he sold the car. Do now I have a hard inquiry on my credit because of this low life. You know I stayed in touch with him this whole time the stabbed me in the back by selling the car I wanted. Vic is a dishonest person. Plus they advertise how much payments will be depending on the price of the car. Well he lied about that too. This place is a rip-off. Don’t trust them.

Ive purchased two vehicles from Northwest Auto Brokers. Both cars have been great. The first was an 05 BMW 330i . It has been a good, reliable car. The second car is an 04 Volvo S60R AWD. The Volvo is an awesome car and again it was fairly priced.. I dont know how they do it, but they get some really great cars and sell them at great price points. The new management is also great. Again, no hassles, no pressure and no false advertising. If you know what you are looking for, youll realize why Northwest Auto Brokers is a business to consider. I tell my family and friends to check them out.

Was looking to purchase a minivan last year after adding a 3rd child to our family. Everywhere we looked was priced high and the vehicles were high in miles or had been in accidents. We were able to purchase a 2007 with only 90,000 miles from here for the same price everyone else wanted. We had it for a year with no issues at all.

In my 49 years of existence I have never had a better used car buying experience than at NW Auto. I went in on a Saturday at the recommendation of a friend. I found the car I wanted (a 2004 Acura TL) with 85000 miles. The blue book value was in line with the sticker price. I went in, was financed at a rate my personal bank could not beat, and was out in two hours. The following Friday, I returned to have additional cosmetic work done at no charge. That work was done in 3.5 hours and was more than satisfactory. No hassle, no haggling, honest, friendly. Fed me lunch while I waited. I am an engineer by profession and these people were excellent.

The cars are older but clean. Everythingworks on them. These guys do not negotiate on the price, but the prices are reasonable. You wont get a steal, but you wont get ripped off.This is not a place to shop for cars generally, but a place to buy one if you see something on the lot that you like. I got a 10 year old Pontiac convertible for $5000, 10% under Bluebook value. Not a steal, but a fair deal.I am happy with my purchase and my price.

They were very knowledgeable about Saab in general and willing to answer any questions about servicing, maintaining, etc. I always stop by the lot, to do a quick drive thru, when Im on that side of town. The prices are firm, but I couldnt find a better deal for a low miles Saab and I had been looking for about 16 months...

The worst experience, like any other customer looking for a vehicle I came to this dealership to see what they had to offer only to be rudely told that I was waisting their time. I was not even at this location for 20 minutes when the sales man asked what my ocupation and I was rudely disgusted by the tone that he approached the question with. It was my first time and will be my last at this place. Racial discrimination was definitely placed at the moment by this man.

This place is a joke!! My salesman John was nice it is the finance guy (Chip) First I got a phone call from them late one evening. Saying I was not allowed to take car over night and being very rude. I had permission from my salesman to take it over night so my mechanic could look it over. Then when I went to sign papers the finance guy did the paper work wrong. Next I didn’t receive my paper work in mail had to talk to my attorney about getting ahold of them. Now I don’t have the paper work so I can get my license plates. I would never go back and I would highly recommend thinking twice about dealing with this place!!

If u compare this dealership with other used car lots in Columbus it should get 6 stars. I was in Columbus all day looking and it was overwhelming with all the scams. Only place to give me a out the door price I told the dealer I had to go home and get some documents he said ok no high pressure sales. Then I had my daughter at home and my girlfriend was un able to return with me and they let me leave my old car at the lot till I was able to get in and get it. Over all good experience

We needed a car, we had in mind what we wanted, and lo! and behold! We found it at Matthias lot! Not only that, but during our running around to get paperwork finalized, in the car they let us drive TO do the paperwork, we had an incident, which the IMMEDIATELY resolved! Basically, the battery died while we were out and about. Thank goodness for AAA, but when we called and alerted them, they were quite concerned, asking whether we needed a ride, etc. As soon as we returned to the dealership, they took the car, found out the battery was past its last leg, and had it replaced. Further? The car does need new brakes -- a fact which Matthias disclosed to us, as well as his having already purchased replacements for the brakes. Just waiting now to hear when we get to go in and have them taken care of!Is it a high-falutin fancy office? Nope. Just straight-forward honest folk who seem to care about their customers as much as they love their cars. And their knowledge? Par none. We hope, when its time to get our next car, they have what were looking for, as wed love to do business with them again.*** UPDATE *** 9/2/2914 - The time came for us to buy another car and, as we said we would, we went back to NAB and talked with Matthias & Kim. Once again, it was a great pleasure working with them. We got an excellent car for a fair price. Matthias helped us get a good loan through one of the lenders he works with. All in all, it was another outstanding experience and well definitely go see them again for our future car needs.

I bought a Subaru in February 2019 and I had several problems with an oil leak . I had the problem worked on and fixed 7 times. I was taking it to get fixed and the entire seized up. I feel like they knew about the oil problems before they sold it to my.

Went all the way to Columbus from Springfield, the guy who helped me, acted like I was a problem, 9000 jeep, and he didnt even try to show the truck. The hood wouldnt even open, I had cash to put down, and really wanted the truck, he was really rude!! Guess they lost a easy sale

I had called a week ahead to setup a time to look at a car because it is 3 hours one-way for me to drive. I had spoken with Mathias and a lady at the dealership and was assured on multiple occasions that the vehicle I was interested in is in great condition. Upon arrival, just walking around the car, there were many exterior scrapes and scuffs. When I looked under the hood at an engine that was supposed to be stock, I had found many little oil leaks and modifications to the induction system. Upon further inspection there was also a fluid leak under the rear differential of the vehicle and a torn CV boot. I was thoroughly disappointed in a car that I was told was in excellent condition. I did not even make an offer on the car, but Mathias was unwilling to budge on the price anyway. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Waste of time, unclear on the phone and in person. Drove out then was told something completely different do not recommend!
