Purchased a used car from this dealer and brought up my concerns regarding the exhaust and brake system. I was not told the vehicle was unsafe to drive in this conversation. When I took the car for an inspection at a local mechanic, I was told the vehicle should have never been sold in that condition. The rear brakes are practically non existent and the muffler has a hole leaking hot air causing the heat shield on the fuel tank to be compromised. It’s over $1000 dollars in repair which is exactly what the dealership’s sales manager wanted after I told him the car was only worth $2,500.Do not buy a car from this dealership without a document stating that the vehicle is in safe operating condition. They do not inspect their used cars.Beware and stay away.
New clean facilities. Went in for servicing of my vehicle, which I purchased a service agreement for. It took about 1.5 hours for them to complete the service including a 4 wheel alignment. Car returned with an outside was but no vacuuming. Overall I am very pleased with the service.

This is the 2nd time I noticed that they have not rotated my tires when they wrote that the did, charging me 24$ mind you it ends up being free because I bought the maintenance plan, I have a scuff on one of my wheels and I can see if it’s been rotated and for the last two times I’ve been there for an oil change and rotation that wheel hasn’t moved from the passenger rear, makes me think what else they’re skipping out on doing…not changing my oil filter ??? Who knows not going to speculate but makes me weary in trusting them with my vehicle, unfortunately that’s the only dealer I can go to with my maintenance plan
This has been the absolutely worse service Ive experienced from Kia! I had to get service done on my vehicle and no one communicated with me when the part came in, I had to call. No one communicated with me to schedule an appt I just had to bring my car in. I also was told it would take 30 mins to get my vehicle serviced and its been 4-5 hours and no one will answer the phone. I will never come back to this location.
Capital Kia saved my life! Well, made my day anyway. : )There were no Kia Rios to be had in my home base of Fort Wayne, IN so I was calling around the local area trying to find some. I finally found some at Taylor Kia of Lima, so I drove an hour and half to get there, only to have them pull a bait and switch on me with the pricing. I was all set to buy when they came out of financing with a price $7,000 over the sticker! Um, no?I called around some more and got some much more reasonable quotes from other dealerships. Capital Kia had the Rio S model I was most interested in however. I had them send me the out the door price in writing, and verified with them over the phone that this was the real out the door price, no hidden fees upon my arrival. They assured me it was.When I arrived they had my car ready, they charged me exactly what they said they would, they were friendly, respectful, and they got my transaction finished in time for me to return my rental car. They even helped pick me up from the rental car place! In the end, I drove a total of six hours that day to get that car. I would do it again to work with people like that. The experience I had with Capital Kia was the way car buying should be! Special thanks to Brittany, Waymon, Josh and Brandon for making it happen for me!

The overall experience was excellent. The general manager was professional and kind. Buying a car can be traumatic, and very time consuming but, everything went smoothly.I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle stop by Capital Kia. There is a lot to be said about a sales team and company that allows you to (unknowingly) walk into their establishment after hours and still happily take you for a test drive. This entire team was amazing to work with. I love my new Telluride and appreciate all the extra time my salesperson Ethan spent with me explaining buttons and features.
The service department is horrible. First of all I had to wait 1 months for the appointment, next even if I have one of the expensive cars of the company and the best warranty the company can give,they didn’t have a car to give me while they fix the problem, I left 2 messages maybe 4 if we count the second day that my car was there but I didn’t get any call back even one day after I left the messages,I had to drive with a friend there to realize that they haven’t try to figure out what’s even going wrong with my car in the meanwhile I didn’t have a car so I can go to my work, Finally I have a Kia stinger gt1 22 brand new and I demand to have at least a good service because I know that they busy but at this point I don’t care.if I wanted to have that kind of service I would buy a used car from the first dealership I saw on the street.
The customer sales experience was excellent with Dakota.Until I reached the financial one with Rodrique. Rodrique didn’t disclose for me the service contract amount ( extended warranty )He never talked about the Amount. While signing digitally he just kept asking me to sign without telling me the amount of the service contract that he put for me.if I knew the amount of course would not accept.I find this gesture unethical.I kept calling was sent from number to number. I wanna cancel that service contract/ extended warranty and get a refund ( for the amount I was charged). Reach back to me. Your post-purchase service is absent.
Honestly their customer service in multiple departments is bad. They need to work on that especially for something so expensive as buying a new car. I had issues buying the car, cancelling the extended warranty, cant get ahold of anyone, my title got finished AFTER my temp tags had expired and they forgot to mail it to me, and still to this day 2 months later my loan still says I owe on the warranty which I already tried to cancel multiple times. I waited to give a review to see if it got better but that didnt happen.As for good things I do like my car a lot so far and it had a bad smell at first and once they finally got me scheduled (took a few emails back and forth to their representative) they removed the smell which was nice. But I guess the point is their customer service needs work mostly on communication.

I came to this location because I received a pre approval in the mail and stated to only have that Pre-approval ran only. they processed to run my credit a additional 13 times and on days I was not present at this location. Apparently they are allowed to do that with our the buyer present or with out a approval and after I ask all I got was we tried to help you. Not really helping me by runningg my credit with out a approval and beyond what I ask for. Thanks for making me wait on buying a house on down the line kia

Made an appointment weeks in advance, when I get there they have no one scheduled to service any of the issues I detailed in my service scheduling.
For the most part I was very happy with my car visit. Went to get oil in my old car and while waiting I decided to just look around and ended up getting another car. Only complaint at all I have is the time it takes to just wait for paperwork to get completed (over 6 hrs). Eric London is my salesman and was excellent at what he did.
Everyone were very professional and big props for Mike Madison for his pleasant and persistent help with making sure everything was being honored as was mentioned!

The sales representative was so nice and so genuine but the manager that I dealt with didn’t care much. I didn’t feel I was welcomed by the manager. All I felt from him was buy it or get the hell out. Again, Moe was nice and professional, the manager not so much. He didn’t even try to keep me as a customer. That’s why I didn’t buy from them.
Yesterday was a super long day at the dealership, but so worth it! Most dealerships typically don’t have the customers best interest in mind, but at Capital Kia they do. My Salesmen Raymond, was Great! Not pushy at all but found me the perfect SUV that I hadn’t even had in mind when I walked in. It had all of the features that I wanted! The managers Mike and Paul, worked diligently to help me get into the SUV I wanted while also being completely honest and upfront with me about everything!! Ryan also was super friendly and check on me a couple times while waiting on everything! Overall it was a great experience, with some of the friendliest staff! It’s one of the reasons I keep coming back to Kia! I love my New 2022 Kia Sportage Nightfall!
They did a great job and got me approved for a brand new car! I really love my car. My only issue is the website was not accurate regarding some of the features my car would come with. Since I opted out of test driving, I did not notice until everything was signed sealed and delivered. So a couple key features I really wanted, I did not get. However, I still really love my car! Everyone was very nice and very helpful! I just need that website to be accurate so folks get what they are being told. I highly recommend them. Great car so far!

The individuals I dealt with where all nice enough but when I finally gave up dealing with them I am still driving my 92 Ford Ranger. I guess if you deal with them on their terms, you will be able to buy a car. To put this in context, I received an advertisement in the mail about some great deals at their dealership. I emailed an inquirey about the ad and expressed my interest in specific models. I stated my desire to hammer out the details over email or set up a specific time for phone calls since I work 10 hours a day seven days a week. I was asked several times to just come in. Finally after several back and forth emails, I restated my desire to handle things through email or phone and the reasons why. I also added that a person I live with has a compromised immune system and wish to avoid high public traffic areas. I physically face palmed at the response: I will have the financial manager call you. How the h3ll is he suppose to get ahold of me when he has no idea when I am available. I gave up.
All the staff at Capital Kia were amazing, the guy who helped me, Raymond was incredibly nice and even quite funny! It really made what could have been a very long afternoon used car shopping, a lot less painful. Thanks a bunch!

Do not take your car here if you want to have any idea of what’s going on with it. I took my car in for what I believe to be a suspension problem. It took me calling four separate times to get an idea of what needed to be fixed. After I did speak to someone about getting it fixed they didn’t have the part even though the part was located at a store 1 mile down the road. I had to call three additional times to ensure that I could get my car and kept on getting bad updates. When I finally did get my car I got no service review like I was promised I got no recommendations like I was promised and my car tires were flat. I then called four more times to get the recommendation list as they promised and still have yet to get itfinally my car is making it sound worse than when I went in. My fear is that they messed up my car and have not had the courage to talk to me about it
Best day ever when I went to capital Kia on Morse road I ended up with a 2022 Kia Sportage. I’m a happy lady today. Everyone should come on in. Capital Kia. They waitin on you. I came in with my roommate to look at purchasing a new 2022 Kia Soul. Our salesperson was Thomas Kies. My roommate found that she didn’t have enough down payment to get the financing where she wanted for the new Kia, but while I was there I found a 2012 Ford Escape that was at the price point I was looking at, and I bought it. Thomas made the process easy, he was not a high-pressure salesman but was knowledgeable and answered our questions to the best of his ability. Alex in the finance office made the paperwork process very quick and simple. They got me exactly the financing I asked for, I was not up sold on add-ons, it was overall the most pleasant used-car buying experience I’ve ever had.We will definitely be back to buy her new Soul in a few months once she’s got the down payment needed.
I had been scheduled for an oil change at 2:30. Showed up 15 minutes early and they gave me am ET for about an hour an a half. Its been more than 2 hours. When I go up to ask how much longer the man at the desk was being very snarky about it. Last time I come to get an oil change or ANY service done here. I understand sometimes timing things is difficult but there was no reason for the attitude.
I would not recommend anyone this place for service or buying cars. This place relocated because the other facility was invested with rodents. I was in the the service department waiting on my vehicle when the exterminator was there and I overheard the kia employee explaining the issue to the exterminator. The wires in the Kias are soy based and the rodents love to eat the wires. This place also charged me to fixed my RPM and my RPM were not fixed at all. The advisor that checks in the vehicles even recommended not allowing Kia technicians to work on the vehicles.
Just called them to have a key programmed. Lost my key so have no way to drive the car. The earliest they can schedule me is September. Sure, I want to wait a month to get a key to my car. This is a joke!
I take off one star because when I got my car back from service the seat was moved, the steering wheel was moved, the side mirrors were moved, the AC was changed. Very annoying. Otherwise, everything was top notch.
Ethan kept me under budget and got me in a car that I love! Safety and reliability were my top priorities, but he found me a vehicle that checked ALL the boxes. This location has excellent customer service and they made the experience of shopping for a car very personalized to my needs.

I went in with Preapproved financing from my personal bank, and the finance guy that was helping with my account still went the extra mile and got me a better deal somewhere else! Needless to say I am happy and CANT wait to purchase my next car from them as well.

I love the waiting area to wait for service but as I’m sitting waiting for my car to be done, I had multiple people come up to me asking me to buy a car even tho I told them multiple times that I wasn’t interested. It made me feel very uncomfortable, because I had multiple people come up to me and I was minding my own business.
I was very surprised not really how I walked into the establishment and not one time was I greeted. The guy at the desk just kept typing on the keyboard at some point another guy helped me out. I understand they have other task to do but at least stop and and acknowledge the person

I wish I could give this dealership 10/5 stars. I’ve came here for service before, and the service department alone deserves a 10/5. However I just purchased a vehicle from the salesman named “Izzy”… and I ran to leave a review. Not only was Izzy professional and well-versed, but he was a miracle worker. He FOUGHT for me as a customer, alongside the sales manager (and for the life of me, I cannot remember his name). I wish I could recommend every single person to this dealership, I had the best experience.I’ve worked dealerships before, and I’d never recommend them to anyone. However, Capital Kia is perfect for anyone’s situation. I am extremely happy, and will forever return here!

NIGHTMARE HORRIBLE SLOW SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION!I don’t believe that even ONE star was earned. We are a Kia family. We’ve owned 3 in our household and will soon shop for a new Soul, but NOT at this dealer.Our daughter’s 2012 Soul started making a bad sound in the front when the wheel was turned. It was on Friday 8/20.We tried to find a place that could look at it quickly because we live in a different city.No luck. Called Capital Kia, they said it could be dropped off the following Wednesday.Daughter dropped it off, and we rented a car so she could get to and from work. Thursday, no call. Friday, no call. Saturday morning she called the dealer, was told they would look at it Monday.Monday, no call. Tuesday we called them again, they hadn’t even looked at it yet. We reminded them we are RENTING a car.Wednesday, again, no call. In fact, the ENTIRE TIME they had the car we were not called ONCE. Wednesday afternoon my daughter called again.They had looked at it, alright. Over $3,000 of “recommended” repairs, including the two original items that were actually in need of repair. At this point, we called the dealership and asked them to do the most needed items first, ($1245.00) and we can save up to do the remainder. We requested the complete list they had read off to her.They had to order the parts, of course, and said it would be ready Thursday.Thursday, no call from service. Daughter called to see what time she could get her car.THE PARTS WERE STILL NOT IN.A fast inventory check locally for struts and control arm yielded the info that the auto parts store on the same block had them in stock.Finally, my daughter called Friday 9/3 and was told it would be ready.She picked it up, paid for the repairs, but was not given the list of recommended repairs we requested, and the total was $200 more than we had been told. it’s now Monday, WE STILL DO NOT HAVE THE LIST WE REQUESTED because “they have been very busy”..and the car is still making some kind of NOISE, making her afraid to drive it.FIRST AND LAST experience with this dealership. So bottom line, we are paying to have someone else look at the car. If it turns out the dealership failed to repair the problem, or CREATED a problem, they can expect a call from my attorney, and a report to the BBB.

They were Obviously busy, Remained Professional and did a good Job explaining what was needed and how much it was going to cost. The service took longer than I wanted but I understand that. they told me how long it was likely to take. 3.5 Stars for Service.I am/was in the market for a Used (Spare) car but with no pricing on the windows to help sort out what is in my price range I just walked away. I have no desire to walk the lot with a salesman asking How much is that one Price is a big part/deal breaker when buying a car. 2.5 Stars for Used Car.I will be bringing my car back for regular service.
Was told my car had an accessory on it and was told it couldnt be removed. come to find out the car did not have the accessory installed and car hasnt even been through inspection. The charge is also hidden in the sales price, no break down on my paper work, only reason why I saw it was because I noticed in on the finance computer screen. Sales manager Josh was supposed to be checking into this. A Week later and still no call back from him.
Eric was a dope salesman to work with. I went through about 4 cars before I found one I really liked and he didnt seem to be annoyed lol. What I really respect and appreciate is that he didnt pressure me into buying a vehicle like some (read: most) salespeople do 🙂
I had an issue where I ran into a pot hole in Columbus, blew out my front tire, and damaged the side wall of my back tire as well. I just bought my Telluride back at the end of Aug 2020. I didnt buy the extended insurance, and sure enough there was no coverage from the tire company or Kia.I called Capital Kia here in Columbus, and Rob McNair worked with me.... HE HAS BEEN AMAZING. I discussed with him the issue I was in, that I needed a couple new tires, if there were any warranties, and what I needed to do... and sadly he informed me that I would have to buy 4 new tires. And of course, these were high performance tires too.The service department was booked out for a month, but Rob worked with me to get my car in to be serviced within 2 days(Including the parts). He kept me in the loop of what was happening, worked out a deal to help me buy the new tires at a cheaper price, he even got me a rental car to drive while Capital Kia did the work. He was very polite, overly communicative, and extremely helpful. Rob is the type of person you want to handle your customer service! He is the reason I would pick Kia again. Had to change my review. This is my third new car from capital kia and probably my 20th New car Ive purchased. This car didnt have car mats. Ive never purchased a car that didnt have car mats. I could purchase them separately but im not going to fork out 120 dollars for something that should be in the car already. I had a good experience buying the car but didnt realize there was no car mats.
This experience was horrible. I went to get my horn changed and they wiggled out a wire during the process because my whole right light was out when I received my car. When I try to tell them what happened they just put me on hold and no one picks up and I still don’t have an appointment set up for them to fix it. Wasted so much time with them and my car is not safe to drive.
Terrible customer service. I called ahead and made an appt. They stuck me with a salesman who knew nothing about my situation, nothing about the car i was there to buy. They gave me the car no gas in it. Now im trying to get my title to register the vehicle. No one calls back. Operator transfers me to a line that rings and then hangs up. Managers say they will call back and dont. You would think that being part of the Kia brand, there would be some level of take care of the customer. The opposite is true. Go somewhere else.

From the moment I walked in to Capital Kia on Morse rd, I was impressed! The building, selection of new vehicles, and professionalism of all staff. Clark especially was Top Notch! He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He knows his Kia products and background of the company. He did not make me feel pressured at all. I came on my lunch and I was very direct with what I’m looking for. Clark allowed the vehicles to sell themselves with out all of the extra that some sales people go through. He listened, I set up a test drive for after work around 6pm. Clark was ready and had other options to look at. I actually spotted another car that caught my eye, a K5. I was nervous that the cost would be out of my reach. We went back to office and was able to give me an example of what the cost would be. That was so helpful and made me at ease. That night 7:30 I made the decision that this was my car. They closed at 8pm but reassured me that time is not a factor. The team all worked together to make sure that I felt secure about my choice and I was able to secure an Amazing, unbelievable deal. Beyond satisfied with my experience. I am very DISSATISFIED with the Sales Manager, Accounting Team & most of all, the GM, Paul Santone.I am providing the poorest of poorest review!I was lied to & taken advantage of from the Sales Manager to make a deal and from there, the entire situation went to hell.Capital Kia & the Management Team do NoT stand behind the promise.I would/will never recommend Capital Kia to anyone!The one (1) star rating is for Tom K. If Tom wasnt involved, Capital Kia wouldnt even get the one (1) star.My next course of action will be to call BBB & Attorney General to submit a complaintCathy Bray
Well let’s see, we bought a sportage last weekend 2020, was reminded multiple times we were buying a used vehicle. They said they would go ahead and take care of the bumper that had damage to it. Took the suv yesterday to work on it and it looks horrible!
Darryl is a class act. He is the only person to walk us through some issues we had upon pick up. Mark the sales manager introduced himself when we first got there. After I explained my concerns about the car he disappeared for the rest of the process. No apology no thank you for your purchase nothing. The general manager got our issue fixed but again never introduced himself. Never checked to see if we were satisfied after the fix. Most importantly he did not thank us for our purchase. We drove 3 hours to pick up our SUV that Mark the sales manager said was ready for pick up. Upon arrival the car was filthy. I almost turned around and left. He was very annoyed that I even suggested to have this car detailed properly before I would buy it. Then didnt speak to us the rest of the time. Honestly if it were not for Darryl taking the time and effort I would have walked out and drove 3 hrs back home. Thank you Darryl for your professionalism and kind conversation while we waited for the detail.

Great place!!! I bought a brand new Kia, 2020. I get it tomorrow.
I went to look at 2 cars here approximately a year ago. I set up an appointment ahead of time and confirmed the vehicles were there. When we got to the dealership neither of the vehicles were ready and we had to wait for quite a while while they brought one out. The first car had a broken broken air conditioner and was blowing hot air. When I brought it back they said they would fix the air conditioner but I was no longer interested. The second car I came to see had a sponge with black paint on it left in the car where they’d clearly been touching up the fabric seats with black paint. Why were these vehicles in this condition when I had an appointment scheduled to see them both? Overall it was a very bad experience, I left after seeing the second car and will not consider them in the future.
Said they’d sell the carnival at sicker price then brought in a $399 add on at last minute. Plenty of other dealers to do business with other than them.
Got an oil change. Nice service rep. Free car wash.

I went to Capital Kia to see about getting a new car but didnt really think Id be able to but to my surprise I was able to and even got a lower payment than the car I traded in. The sales person Thomas took really good care of me and was very nice. There new location is very nice a big improvement over the last location.
I had a great experience at Capital Kia. Our sales man was Raymond Henry. He got us into a 2013 Chevy Impala (trade in). He was very polite and considerate and did his best to get us a great deal.Me and my husband both have low credit scored and were still able to finance a vehicle under $10,000.
After a long, pain-staking experience with another dealership, I was greeted with so much love and respect from Brittany at Capital. She was so understanding of my needs and did understood exactly what I wanted. When I showed up, she was literally waiting for me like a Queen. Then I was kindly passed to the salesman Juwan, who tirelessly worked to find the exact car I wanted with the exact features I wanted. I was so happy! Juwan was kind, honest, and respectful. Next, I have to give props to Mike, the sales manager. Dude, wow! He didn’t stop until he could make 100% happy. I felt like I had a best friend in a place I’ve never been. My deal was a good deal, and that’s all I can say except for, He will fight for you to make it work. Lastly, I hung out with Rodrique, the finance manager and immediately told him I hated this long finance process. He said, watch, it will be 30 mins I promise. He was thorough, helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and gave me a price for extras at a REAL and AFFORDABLE cost.I wrote such a long review because I want you to know that if you are looking to buy a car, please try Capital Kia first. I’ve purchased 5 cars and this was by far the best experience I have had or can project ever having again. 10/10!! I am so satisfied!! Truly.
Beautiful new digs for Capital Kia. Could have made the parking area bigger for clients but it is what it is. They have greeters at the door or they were salespeople (not sure). I wasnt here to buy but to service my car. Im not going to rate that at this time as it is an ongoing process and there are a ton of unanswered questions. Careful getting in and out as the new digs are right where Morse Rd starts to become crazy, plan on making a right out of the dealership.
Horrible service department! They will not return your call when checking on your vehicle. They wouldnt even call the warranty company back. Spoke with 2 mangers who agreed with bad customer but then THEY never called back either. Went and picked up my car and took it elsewhere. They called the warranty company then to cancel the claim!! SMH. If I could give zero stars thats what they deserve!!
Took my 2020 stinger in for recall and brake pad warping issue. They had great customer service and replaced my factory pads and rotors under warranty with no problems! My car was washed and no damage to my vehicle which is something I tend to worry about at Kia dealers. Overall, would recommend this dealer to service your Kia.
The sales rep lied and said they checked my tires and it worked cause the previous owners switch the front to bk. Well it boiled down to they never checked the tires period they were at a 32 and 40. Did not clean the car inside was dusty as hell. Other than that it was ok.
