He answered all of my questions efficiently and allowed me to choose the vehicle that I wanted and one that fit within my budget. He also covered my options for my warranty, oil changes, and all repair services offered.I needed one simple part replaced and Chad in the service department went above and beyond to make sure he ordered it, got it delivered within a day or so, and had it put on my truck within 1 hour!Great customer service, attitude, and overall great experience.Thank you again :)

Great customer service. Not only does buying a car from them not help your credit, but the negative equity will keep you locked in it until its paid off. And Im not sure what this sales person was trying to achieve, I wanted to test the waters and see if they would be willing to work with me to get me into a vehicle Id really like a d keep my business, but she certainly didnt help me change my mind about their business. Im assuming the would add the negative equity to the tail end of a brand new loan that would be upside down from the start even without the trade-in. Great place if you have exhausted every single alternative.

Another grateful experience in my life. I believe I chose a quality vehicle.1st thing.Be sure to understand what that service warranty addendum thingy includes before signing up for it. Once I found out that it really only covers the engine, some suspension and the transmission if they go out and got it removed from my contract; I saved almost $6,000. Ill take the risk of fixing my own issues for $6,000.Understand and ask questions about the contract before signing it. If any sales person act like they have no patience to explain, leave!Anyways, my sales guy was friendly and cool. And his team helper who assisted with finalizing the deal was friendly and courteous as well.Once I really got in my new car (2014 Nissan Rogue) the next day after purchase, I did realize that it wasnt fully detailed. This was my first time purchasing a car that hadnt had the carpets and the seats shampooed. Nor was the engine sprayed down like they usually are. When youre happy about leaving the hoopty your Father gifted you and purchasing a newer vehicle, there are some things you over look.But Ill just get that taken care of myself.Overall, Im excited about my new purchase, excited about hopefully paying this car off earlier than 48 months and very excited about enhancing my credit score.Its a great place to go if you have no credit or may be credit challenged. I called them because my ex husband and I paid off 2 cars when they were JD Byrider years ago.Thanks guys!

Extremely easy to deal with. Most of the transaction happened without even needing to come to the location. The staff was extremely flexible and accommodating.

Their service department is rude I’ve been giving the run around for 3 days for a key that needs to be made instead of direct communication. I had to go 3 days without working or giving my job the proper call off notice because their lack of communication an when I call about my car I get bad attitude an disrespect. An it all started with the sales department DJ giving me inaccurate information so many people told me don’t go through byrider an I did any way. This car will be on my bankruptcy because I do not want to deal with them anymore. I came from Dave gill and I should’ve stayed but I will be going back

They will work with you on buying a vehicle.I wish I had done better homework...I have had my vehicle for 9 months now... transmission replaced twice plus some front end work needed done... hard to afford payments when your constantly putting out for things to be fixed.My warranty ran out quickly because I actually work for a living and actually use my vehicle.. It just saddens me because when they ask one of the reasons your buying a vehicle because it is a big decision to make reliability was my main concern... and when you share your concern about cost in repairs.. Their number one saying they dont make vehichles like they use to and they understand... My question? Do you understand any major repairs puts our family into a financial hardship and if I want to buy a vehicle I constantly have to fix I could have easily bought one out right and not make payments on one. First dealership I have bought a vehicle from in over 10 years.Please do your homework from a concerned cunsumer.

Almost a month after I returned a vehicle that JR sold me, CNAC is calling and still sending me letters that I’ve defaulted on payments due to them not informing CNAC that I ever returned it. I only had the car for 2 1/2 days before it started messing up. NEVER go here for a car!!!!

I had a great experience here. Eric, Matt, and all of the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. This place helps you get into a car even with a TON of bad credit. Interest is high starting out BUT you have to crawl before you walk. If you’re rebuilding and having trouble getting into a good car that’s not gonna die in a month this is the place to go.I got a 2012 and I love it. I told them what I could afford and they made it happen. The whole process was painless. They made sure I understood every part of the contract and even went over getting a newer car in the future.You get a warranty that lasts the length of your loan. You blow the engine you get it fixed. They carry the comprehensive and collision if you want so you just have to get the state minimum. Overall great people. Great service. Great options.

I got a car here 2 build my credit. I need my brakes done but they keep saying they are fine but i can hear them. I need a wheel alignment they do that at another location. Brakes not included. Its always 20days apart to get car seen. I havent had my car for 30days. I hope this wont become a huge problem. I already contacted BBB just in case they try 2 stiff me. Other than this, i wont marry this car ill upgrade in a year. Just be careful on what runs better

I was turned down because I was going to use the car for Uber because that is my main income and they deny anyone that would use their vehicle that you purchase from them to use it in any Commercial Way. I dont think no one can truly make me understand why they care what Im about to do with the car after I purchase it from them obviously Im going to be making that money back to pay for the car.

We went into this appointment not knowing if we could get a car .Stan, Matt and Sharika were very professional and helpful .I test drove three cars before I settled on one . At no time did I feel rushed. The entire process was extremely easy and they were constantly checking on our well being. We have credit challenges but Stan and Matt worked very hard to ensure we drove out with a car we were satisfied with . I was concerned that we would be taken advantage of due to our credit. I have had several problems and every time I run into one I call Kim the manager in service. Kim in return expresses a great deal of gratitude and compassion about your situation. She is very understanding and she listens to you she never has an attitude no matter how many times you call her but guess what Kim gets it done nobody is perfect but Kim comes super close she is an amazing person and they could not have had anyone better in her position. Kim solves your problem quickly she makes sure your not out of your vehicle long there are not enough words to express how great of a person she is. Kim is that angel many of us are looking for from heaven, a blessing.So at the end of the day those who have problems and cant seem to get them handled call Kim I promise you wont be disappointed because if it werent for her my review wouldnt have been a nice one but she is super amazing. I cant speak on everyone else there but I can speak on Kim because she is the definition of excellence. I’m not really a fan of this place, particularly this location. The service center employees are nice and competent but that’s about it. I bought a car from there seven months ago. Of course it had exhaust problems and stereo problems and belts need replaced. And of course I ha e to pay to have those items replaced once I bought it (of course they didn’t bother to advise of these problems from the start). When I bought the car, I bought it from a now-former employee named Tiwan, who told me I had 30 days to return the car if there were problems. That’s the ONLY reason I went through with this sale. After two days, I decided I didn’t feel comfortable about the amount of money I paid for it and returned it, only to find out I was lied to and that I was not able to return it once it’s purchased. He also told me that referral bonuses are $100 for every person I refer who comes onto the lot and another $100 if they buy something. THAT was also a lie as it is only a $100 bonus per person. And of course this dealer will not make good on the offers made to me because they are not covered by their policies. It’s BS! You should not have to be blatantly lied to just to buy a car. The process is stressful enough. I will definitely not return to this lot (or company, for that matter) nor will I be referring anyone here.

This was a terrible experience. I was there 3 hours to just get a car to replace one that had broken down. They ask so many personal questions that have nothing to do with buying a car. Asking about credit things from 25 plus years ago. Its cramped and dirty. Nowhere to hardly sit. I felt like I was being processed at some small town county jail that I see on TV. Theres one girl that needs to find another job. She would be a great asset at another car dealer. I feel very sorry for people who have to put up with this type of service. I finally came to my senses and left. After 3 grueling hours, I went to BMW dealer and bought a new BMW. No more used cars. This place has cured me!

Was told I was able to get approved before getting up there. Before I left work I confirmed everything I needed for a vehicle. So I get up there at 3 and I was there for 3 hours to get denied for a vehicle. Worst customer service ever and before I came I told the guy my background and told him I probably would get denied and he told me he got and didn’t. Wasted my time for 3 hours I really was expecting an vehicle today. I wouldn’t recommend y’all to nobody. Nobody didn’t even try to help after I got denied to find other opinions for me. I hate people who are specialized in customer service and suck at doing.

Great experience! The staff was wonderful and my sales woman Ms. Kim was amazing! I came in looking to purchase another vehicle due to my current one having issues. From start to finish Ms. Kim made sure I was taken care of. The initial appointment took about an hour and I had to leave and come back to finish the rest of my paper work. When I came back everything was set up for me and Mr. Robert helped me get finalized. Im very thankful for J.D and grateful I was able to leave with a car!

I purchased my vehicle here in February of this year. Initially I was not going to do a review, but I feel the need to. When I went to purchase my vehicle I was not treated respectfully. I have another income, but the salesman, Eric (I believe this was his name) did not even look at my other income or make a copy. At that time my boyfriend was working, but we did not have his paystubs and Eric made a comment insinuating that my boyfriend is a drug dealer. He said it jokingly, but Im not his friends and I did not find it to be funny. He barely talked to us throughout the process. He did not explain the process of how the payments would work, then when he sat down for me to sign the papers he became frustrated when I asked questions, because he had other customers waiting. He was very rude and started making comments about how much he makes compared to me. I was very upset. Another man came over and helped me and explained the paperwork to me and the payments.He is a horrible customer service representative.I initially paid my car payment up for months. My mother and sister were going through somethings and I had to help her out, so I called before my payment was due to ask if I could pay it in two weeks with the payment that would be due at that time and they were so unprofessional. I had not missed a payment and i would have paid in 2 weeks, with the payment the was due at that time and the fees. They kept asking like you cant ask your boyfriend, you cant ask your mom? My boyfriend was helping me and he did help with the car payment because of them threatening to send me to collections.Every time I need work done on it or even an oil change I have to wait over a month for an appointment. They always tell me to go to Jiffy Lube because oil changes are supposed to be $10 there, but theyre not I always end up paying $40.I would never recommend anyone come here after my experience here. The salesman tried to make it seem like he was doing me a favor when he wasnt. He shouldnt have told other customers he would help them when he still had me waiting there. I had waited there all day, I was there from about 3pm-8pm at night. I was patient with him for him not to help me and to make the assumptions he did and not take the time to look at my paperwork and to be rude saying how he makes more than me and blah, blah, blah.I wouldnt send my dog here for a vehicle.

Our representative, Sharika was amazing. She was definitely polite and patient. She found us a killer car and for a killer price, while we’ve been looking for about a month. This location had refreshments and snacks, along with a great and relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely recommend.
