Hello guys!I went there last Sunday because my airbags were recalled.It was about 5pm and they were already closed we parked in the guest parking and left the key in the after hours key drop box. We had a great service.

Great experience. I was looking for a used BMW Z4 and one there caught my eye. I called and spoke to Eddy who put a courtesy hold on the car since I was driving 2 hours. When I arrived- Eddy was with a customer but the sales manager was aware of who I was immediately and started the process right away. I was given keys, and a route to go on and off I went. I liked that they didnt insist on riding along. I pulled over and took some time to kick the tires and get acquainted with the car without a sales person standing there. When I came back they looked over my trade in. They offered a very fair package for the trade and purchase with minimal back and forth. We shook hands and I was happy. I paid cash so the finance/payment process was simple. They didnt pressure me to buy extras after I indicated that I had no interest. I own my own business. I was treated with the same courtesy and professionalism that I expect my employees to give our clients. Well done, Bob-Boyd.

Excellent purchasing experience/process. We locatedthe car in question on Saturday evening, 15 minutesbefore closing. Rob confirmed the car was still on site.We then drove Sunday evening to the dealership, whichwas over 8.5 hours away from our home. Once at lot,we located the car in question, during closed hours. Wethen purchased the car the following morning, less than 15 minutes from their opening time window. Worth the 8.5hour/540 mile trip.

Overall a good experience buying my used Honda Pilot from this dealership. The car was detailed very well and was ready by the time I got to the dealership for a test drive. After a thorough inspection, we went through the detailed pricing for the vehicle. Sarah helped get the whole process through very efficiently and without any unnecessary upselling. I picked up the vehicle the next day - the process could not have been any smoother. The car was parked indoors and ready to roll - while the paperwork took the least amount of time before I was out of the dealership with the car. It was a great experience at this dealership.

We had an electrical issue with the driver seat in our brand new Lincoln Nautilus and Bob Boyd took excellent care of us in getting it taken care of. They picked up the vehicle at our house, got the repair taken care of along with another repair from a notice from Lincoln and got us the car back that same day. They also explained what the problem was and how they corrected it.We absolutely love our new Nautilus and the experience of purchasing, and now servicing, it at Bob Boyd has been both pleasant and easy.

So far our Aviator is great . The only thing that we noticed is the side trim is scratched up. But I called Jordan our sales person and he told me just bring it in and it will be fixed. Your finance guy was quite easy to work with as well.
Horrible customer service and attitude. I made my appointment weeks in advance for the only time I could take the car in, and they canceled my appointment at the last minute. I understand that situations arise and I tried to work with them on scheduling a new appointment. My prior Lincoln dealership, in my prior state, would always pick up my car and return to me. These jokers informed me that they charge $60 for this service. If that wasn’t discouraging enough, the attitudes of the people I spoke with was unbelievable. They obviously don’t care about their customers or earning and keeping business. This was my first experience with Bob Boyd and I’ll consider it a bullet dodged. I was getting this Lincoln serviced to pass down and am going to be buying a new one. Well, that $70K purchase won’t be coming from Bob Boyd.
As always the service was excellent. Service was done quicker than I expected. Will continue to have all my vehicles serviced at Bob Boyd.
Fantastic buying experience at Bob-Boyd Lincoln. I purchased a 2020 Lincoln Aviator Reserve. Jordan the sales associate was knowledgeable and easy to work with; had the car ready to test drive as soon as I arrived at the dealership. He followed up with me afterwards and by the next afternoon the car was purchased and in my driveway. He answered all of my questions and worked with me to get the best deal on my trade in. Best of all the car was delivered right to my house and my trade was picked up. Convenience and Customer Service are two of my biggest musts in any car that I drive and Lincoln provides both. They all remember my name every time I come in even with months between each visit for an oil change. Everyone is very knowledgeable and efficient so I always get in and out and having the option for the loaner car for the day so that you can keep going on with your day while they service your car is awesome! Really couldn’t imagine better service so that’s why it’s unlikely that I’ll ever go anywhere else.

We enjoy their no pressure approach.Its great to wonder throughout the lot looking at interiors, exteriors and body styles and not have someone hover. When you are ready for a sit downto discuss options, the salespersons are knowledgable in pointing out different features of the various models. They emphasize safety featurrs and are respectful of my price range.Ask for Eddy!
One of the main reasons we bought our Lincoln over the other makes was due in part to the experience at their dealership and how Lincoln treats their owners overall. From sales to service Bob Boyd has been top notch for years. Ive even had work done there on other vehicles years ago with the same level of service.
Bob-Boyd has the absolute best service center in Columbus.Always prompt and honest- they do a true inspection of the vehicle while they have it not just say they do like other shops.They will go over anything needed and show you why, never trying to up sell services.Good people highly recommend.
Buyers beware - Bring your own mechanic because they won’t stand behind their product after the sale. Purchased a 2014 Escalade with 31,000 miles from them for nearly $40,000 a couple weeks ago.I live 350 miles away and this was an expensive long distance purchase. Was assured the vehicle has passed their rigorous safety inspection with flying colors and needed nothing.2 weeks later the brakes are grinding and vehicle needs a complete brake job. Rear pads are metal-on-metal (see pics) and fronts have only 10% pad life left. Manager at Boyd says that’s not possible, vehicle couldn’t have worn the parts out that quick, and that Im out of luck.I’m no mechanic but can clearly see the parts that came off the car are worn out. I don’t know if this vehicle slipped through the cracks during their inspection or what happened, but Boyd has no intention to rectify this, which is too bad, as I bought this vehicle from them soley based on their reputation.

In fact, all the employees I had contact with during the process were professional, knowledgeable and kind. Purchasing a vehicle from Bob Boyd Lincoln was one of my best car buying experiences, and I would highly recommend Lauren and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

Would agree with prior negative customer reviews! They are more more than happy to bend over backwards to make a sale, or sell extended warranties or aftermarket items and pick up your vehicle then, but god forbid you have a technical problem or warranty issue with the vehicle they will refuse to not only flat bed or tow a $90000 “ Black label service “vehicle with only 5,000 miles let alone send a driver to pick it up. I’ve spoken to Steve Keslar and John Dillon as the “owner” has advised others in negative reviews, as well as Lincoln Conceirge and Lincoln customer service with the General Manager at Bob Boyd on the phone. Despite Steve Keslar advising me several times to get the vehicle there to be looked at and fixed with a Field Service Engineer(FSE) alongside another vehicle they had with the same exact issue as mine that is a manufacturing defect, the FSE never showed up and another one refused to come to fix that vehicle, as did two other FSE at another Lincoln dealership to fix that vehicle or mine for 2 wks despite two trips and 9 days at the dealership. BOTH Lincoln, and Bob Boyd including the General Manager and John Dillon, REFUSED to pick up or transport my vehicle despite the $90000 price tag for service! The 2020 Lincoln Aviator and Explorers have well documented owner issues posted online by various owners with LED screen freeze up or black out issues, and a significant rattling or humming noise that two different dealerships were unable to diagnose or fix and that Lincoln’s “ engineers” refused to show up to look at or assist in fixing. Miraculously, several managerial members of this dealership were allegedly “ sick” for apparently weeks to not even respond to emails, and the field service engineers haven’t been seen since the start of the pandemic yet still getting paid. I’ve asked to speak to the owner of Bob Boyd, will see if I get a call back? Otherwise, DO NOT BUY A LINCOLN, or BUY A LINCOLN FROM THE BOB BOYD DEALERSHIP!! ABSOLUTELY, HORRIBLE, CONDESCENDING AND DEGRADING CUSTOMER SERVICE even to point of outright lying and manipulating facts from telephone calls and emails as proof from the Service Manager Steve Keslar by Lincoln and Bob Boyd’s General Manager. Clearly, once they make the sale and tout their “ black label service “ they are done with you!! They couldn’t care less about helping diagnose and fix this vehicle or about their customers AFTER the sale.
I have purchased a couple of vehicles from Them, and have been going to Bob Boyd Lincoln for service for many years. Generally very good service, except for a couple occasions, but it was taken care of. Most recently took it in to have liftgate strut replaced. The day I brought it home, it didn’t work. I had to take it back for repairs again. The other strut needed replaced. Not sure how a repair leaves the shop as finished though not working better than brought in. Seems work wasn’t checked. They did take care of me though on follow up.

My car would not start and i had a damaged tire. I had no appointment. The dealership researched and reviewed tire ratings to get me the best tires. They also were able to fix my vehicle the next day. The complimentary wash is nice. Finally the technician took the time to answer all my questions. Excellent customer service.

I casually went to look at buying a new used car from Bob Boyd and enjoyed my experience. I got the chance to work with Lauren Dillon!! With me looking to possibly replace my current car I had some concerns with the new car. Lauren was so helpful with even letting me take it home to make sure it would fit in my garage lol! This was above and beyond and with the numbers making sense before leaving, i kept the car for the night. She made the process so easy and her business partner Mark in finance was very helpful even though I didnt use there financing options. They did have some very attractive offers going on even with me purchasing a 2014. If you plan on looking at a car from this dealer and specifically work with Lauren Dillon and Mark Broadrick you will not regret it. Awesome people here and they will take care of you!!!

I took my car in for the first time for service. It was such a pleasant experience! The staff in the service department made me feel so welcomed and went out of their way to ensure to my comfort. Not only was my car back to me in the time they specified (all nicely washed I might add) but the warm chocolate chip cookies they gave me while I waited were a great treat!!

Started with heated steering wheel going out in Nov ‘19. Steering wheel on back-order for 3-4 months. Finally replaced in July 2020. They then said it didn’t fix the issue. Had to take it back and they said it’s working, just with warm weather it shuts off. Horrible experience at dealer and with Lincoln. Not worth the $90,000 price tag and poor service to boot
