Xavier is a lifesaver. Stranded away from home.I contacted my roadside assistance four hours ago and they were still looking for someone to tow my car to get a new battery. Called interstate battery hoping someone could help. Xavier assured me they could help. He drove out to my location, within 10 minutes of my call and installed my new battery and hauled the old one away. super customer service and very professional. wish more business ran the way this shop operates

The battery I got at valvoline died before my warranty was up, so interstate barrey replaced it for free. They were fast and nice!

These are the best batteries. Decent selection of sizes. I dont know if they are cheaper than costco. They also recycle all types of batteries here.

I visited Interstate All Battery Center recently [8-20-2019] in their new location at 1515 W. Fifth Ave. They had previously been in a shopping strip at 994 W. Fifth Ave. [several storefronts east of Five Guys Burgers and Fries] but now have moved to a far larger location.My no-longer-made Lenovo laptop computer [Windows 7] has been telling me for the past several months that I need to replace the battery. In addition, my favorite hardware store no longer recycles depleted batteries [which I never throw away]. Earlier this week, I had had about fifteen AA batteries piled up waiting for a place to recycle them.I first telephoned Interstate All Battery Center. The guy who had helped me over the phone had been extremely helpful. He first told me that they would be able to recycle my batteries. He then presumed that they would not have my particular laptop battery in stock but that they would be able to guide me in the correct direction if I were to bring that battery to their store.As soon as I had arrived at Interstate All Battery Center, I recycled the fifteen or so AA batteries. The guy behind the counter then tested my laptop battery and then spent several minutes on-line searching for the best replacement battery for my laptop computer.He printed out a page, drew circles around the pertinent information, and then handed it to me. I was then able to go home and order, on-line, the replacement battery for my laptop computer.

I pulled up to the back door and rang the doorbell like it says to do. The guy came out right away. I asked if he could check my battery, and he grabbed his meter right away and said sure. He then ran a free battery check on my battery. It needed to be replaced unfortunately. However, fortunately for me, I was replacing it with a dependable Interstate brand battery which is the best in the business in my opinion. We went inside and looked up which battery was the best for my vehicle and in no time he had it installed and I was on my way on a very cold day. The whole process from me pulling up to driving away probably took only about 20-25 minutes if that. I was very happy with the fast and friendly service and the price for the battery I had installed. I will definitely go back when the battery in our other vehicle needs replaced and highly recommend Interstate All Battery Center to everyone who needs a good deal on a great dependable battery with excellent service.

These gentleman were fantastic. I walked to this location and they drove me to where my car died. They had me jumped. It’s raining like cats and dogs and the gentleman was still dedicated to helping me solve my problem. Don’t go anywhere else.

I bought a pack of Interstate AA alkaline batteries at this store with the coupon. Used them in my power toothbrush and they seem to drain rather quickly. Disappointed.
