Great prices on gently used electronics.I would recommend coming here before going to micro center or Best Buy as they have great deals on name brand stuff.Inventory constantly rotates so worth checking out once a week.

My rabbit chewed the cord for my air purifier so I checked out this place to see if they had a matching cord. I didnt know it but it was an uncommon type of cord, and the employee there went through a lot to find one that would fit. He even looked for the lowest price option, which was really great. He told me to make sure it worked when I got home, and if it didnt, to bring it back and hed look for another one. That was a really nice gesture! All in all I ended up paying $7 for something that would be closer to $25 brand new, and it works!

They are the biggest rip off if your buying stuff good store because everything cheap if your selling literally your local pawn shop will always offer more than them there basically robbing people I’ll least rather somebody put the gun to my head instead of robbing me like that be safe queens and kings don’t do it they’re not worth and the drive is horrible for them to offer 10$ for a car ps4 or something

Cheap offers in-store credit is better deal if u wanna swap it electronics or in a pinch need cash but they are usually a bit picky about what they do and dont want and what sells moreover.... Buy good kind people last I went let me bring my kitten in with me and longer while they looked over my stuff and was late.... Then.... Again..... Then.... A3rd time in same day and there was never any issue with online appt setting

Walked in the store and no one said a word to my husband. Went in to sell a phone. The guy came to the counter asked for his id. The rep puts all his info into their system. Then tells him it’s going to be 30min to and hour. Never told him that there would be a long wait. My husband ask for thier privacy policy and they don’t have one. He asked to delete it they won’t. Now that have copy’s of his id. The management asked him to leave. He did. As he was walking out the manager followed him to his car and tried to fight him. Worst customer service experience ever.

When item didnt work out as expected friendly staff refunded my account upon return of the item accompanied by the receipt (before deadline).

Beat up second hand junk. Stuffy old guy arrogant store atmosphere. As I entered and said hello, the staff looked at me and said nothing. Customer service was dreadful. Even after all of that, I still took the time to look around for 10mins. Decided to spend my money elsewhere. Audio enthusiasts, gamers, and general electronics consumers should avoid and shop elsewhere. I wouldnt trust any product from this store. Their products look like they shouldve been thrown away.

Unfortunately made an appointment at 11am and finally left at 1215pm. It was 5 items they actually took and a few were no brainers. Time spent was wasted from doing more worthwhile things. Plan to spend more time even with an appointment. Not recommended to me.

You did not come here to buy a home theater audio system, an iPad, etc. Stay focused or you will wake up broke tomorrow morning. And my inexpensive electronics addiction is facilitated by the extra polite staff. Youve been warned.

These guys are legit, Ive been selling there for years and have been given nothing but true honest business. The store manager is friendly and can be personable by recalling your name and even follow up on a conversation/enquiry you had at an earlier date. A+ I would recommend checking out their inventory frequently as they get new items in daily.

Very helpful, efficient and honest. Great customer service and they dont try to mislead you on the sale of your electronics.Before you just throw something in a dumpster, stop in and see them and perhaps they can fins it a new home.

Went to sell mint condition Dell Laptop recently upgraded with Crucial SSD/Windows 10... guy at desk looked at the back, seen sticker for Win8 and told me they dont buy anything that shipped with windows 8 because its too old. Its too old yet their selling a 12 year old Apple iMac for 100$ ?

What a treasure! I love to find great, secondhand electronics places. This is one of the best Ive found. They have a wide selection of computers, AV equipment, and media at really good prices. Will definitely stop by whenever Im in the area.

They always seem to give me a fair price for my trade ins. If you are like me and have new technology pretty regularly, its nice to be able to eliminate the hassle of offloading some of your older technology. They always have a good selection, and it updates pretty regularly.

Im glad I dont live near this place, as Id be there all the time. A great selection of gently used electronics for resale. Home theater speakers, systems, vintage (2 channel ) audio, phones, tablets, accessories too many to describe. Pricing is very fair, and equipment is fully tested before placed for sale. A one day return policy exists in case you arent happy with your purchase. If youre looking for reasonably priced electronics and accept used condition, but all means stop by.

I gave a review a few years ago. An things have really changed up with Gagetese, much nicer friendlier great customer service employees. The guys that work here think they are above all. They straight lie to your face. They wouldnt take a digital camera because it didnt have a cable yet they have the exact same one on sale without the cable. They refused 8-9 seasons of TV shows because it had super super small surface scratch that I wiped off and looks brand new. Wouldnt take a cell phone case. Wouldnt take a t83+ calculator for some odd reason. I called them out on it and they had an excuse for everything. I went to another store to sell all this and what do you know. I made 120 off all of it. Their loss my gain right? Gadet ease is a joke. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Ive been happy with the things Ive found here. Not everything is in A+ condition, but everything does work or they would not put it out to sell. I have created a whole house stereo system and a movie theater... probably 1/3 of what I have came from this place. If you are looking to outfit a system and not in a hurry to buy.. and are in the area walk through here periodically and be willing to walk away if what is there is not ideal for your need... it will be there eventually at a significant savings comparatively.

Unique store with a wide variety of used electronic equipment. I needed to review a blu-ray disc on short notice. This was the only store that had a nice selection of pre-owned electronics within a 60 mile radius. I bought a Sony blu-ray player for $35. I was pleased the the service they provided.

My experience at this store has been phenomenal. Last month I purchased a Kenwood stereo receiver for very low price and it was practically brand new. Today I purchased a pair of expensive headphones but the price they charged was very low. Super happy with this store. If you need Electronics on the cheap this is the best place to go!

Decent electronics for decent price.

HELPFULI brought in an electronic keyboard that recently stopped working and asked them if I could try it on one of their power supplies to see if the problem was with the keyboard or the supply. It was the keyboard. They had a couple keyboards in stock but not what I was looking for so they suggested a local store that would have more selection.

Great place for cheap but still in good shape tech products. Staff there is really friendly and more than helpful. First place I usually go to for tech equipment.

This is a great store with a wide variety of excellent tech at superb prices if you are a buyer. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. You often get to try the items you are buying. As a buyer, you need to know most items only have a 24 HOUR return, they actually allow until the close of business the next day for a return if needed . Additionally, because of local law, some items on display may be marked as not available until a listed date that can be as much as a week from the current time. Beyond those concerns this is a SUPERB place to get used tech, usually in excellent condition, including some smartphones at very desirable prices.

As was the case with another review listed below, I was assured by an employee that an item I planned to purchase would be there when I returned with an item I was going to exchange it for. This employee, Sean, was helpful, courteous and represented the business well.On the other hand, the store manager, Mike did not. When I arrived, the salesperson immediately got Mike (the store manager) to deal with me, knowing that I would not be happy. He too, heard the friendly conversation I had with Sean the night before. We were the only people in the store at the time.Mike made the decision to sell the item that I was assured would be there with NO REGARD to the prior agreement made Sean (his stores representative) and me. He coldly stated that is their policy. When I told him about the agreement I had with Sean, he just kept repeating - this is our policy, with no expression or concern. Rather than sell this item that was promised to me, for the sake of good customer service, Mike (the manager) should have honored his salesmans agreement with me, and THEN tell Sean that this is not their policy. I have been a loyal customer of Gadget Ease and New Uses for many years, and have found all the staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Mike was not.As the manager of your store, Mike has spoiled what has otherwise been a very pleasant experience doing business with Gadget Ease. I dont trust Mike and am reluctant to do business there, or refer others to Gadget Ease as I have done in the past.The District manager has since reached out to me and made this a positive transaction. I appreciate his quick response and the eventual outcome that he made possible. His attitude was consistent with what Ive experienced with Gadget Ease in the past - friendly, fair and knowledgeable people representing the company. Ive changed my review and highly recommend this business. Thanks again.

I like the concept and had good luck with a cell phone. However, I was upset after I called to confirm a baby monitor I saw in the store was there, drove there on their assurance that it still was, and then when I drove across town to buy it they said it was sold some time ago.
