The empty coolers make excellent stray cat shelters. A single one was too small, so we cut holes in the ends of two of them and joined them with outdoor duct tape, making a cave. Weighted the top (for wind). Lined them with straw. Our strays now only come out to eat.

Been buying steaks for about a year and finally spent $100 on 2 T-Bones. NEVER AGAIN. Waste of money. Fatty, grisly and huge mistake on my part. Had points to spend, chose A chocolate cake which was dry and tasted like it had freezer burn. I threw it away after two bites. Ready-made dinners are not desirable again in this family. Stomach issues after that meal . On a positive note I chose pineapple upside down dessert to spend points and they were delicious!

I like the staff theyre very helpful courteous and have very good PR. Id like many of the side dishes. Their prices have been reasonable, but the prices has increased are some items quite a bit. I am a senior, lower price are important to me but quality is too.

Don’t waste your money! The meat is frozen when you get them so you can’t see the quality! Our filets had ligaments still attached and we needed to clean each piece! We spent over $200 the sales associate didn’t even let us see the meat she was picking. Whole Foods has better meat quality for the price. Kroger is hit or miss but you would never pay this price and you select your own!

Tried a large size order twice.... Unhappy the first time and didnt ask for any refund, then 3 years later my family ordered us a decent sized order.... Heres the meat 1 day out of the freezer ... What the f$$k.... Lobster was ok at best, meats are just junk if they arent like this which is BAD, kidding me, look at the two colors of meat....sad this company doesnt do better but is what it is

Made my first and last order from here. Thawed my steaks brought to room temperature seasoned cooked as per instructions to med rare. Very tender absolutely no flavor to the steaks at all. Very disappointed.

Thank god I read the reviews.i used to work in restaurants back in the day.its so sad that a simple business like this cant get it right. Frozen beef is horrible. What a scam.not getting my money.

The two people that work at the Polaris store< are fantastic. They are the nicest people to work with. He gave me a few sugestions and offered a little more product< which I bought< and Liked. They gave me a real good deal and I had a good coupon with it. I bought 2 sets, for Christmas, One for my son and wife and one for me and my husband. It is the best tatesing meat. Love cooking and baking it. They are the best. I recomend going to see them.

Issues with customer service. Tried to place order at polaris store, the guy kept placing us on hold, then call ended. We did this 2 times, then decided to place on line order. When we received the order, 2 items were missing. Called customer service. On hold for a while,they said they would call back. No call. I sent email, havent heard back.

I agree on poor customer service. The employee didn’t have product knowledge. However, I loved the product so I’m sitting here in the parking lot at 10:15 a.m. waiting for them to open. Website says 10:00 a.m. Another 5 minutes and I’m leaving and they’ve lost a good customer!

I have a great Aunt who is 99 years old and currently in a Hospice facility. Since December we’ve been trying to cancel the delivery but are told my Aunt who has had a stroke and suffers from Dementia must sign a power of attorney in order to cancel the service. I guess the other option is to wait for her to pass away and take the death certificate. Not sure what’s worse, swindling a senior citizen to sign up for the service or continuing to charge her account.

UPDATES:*5/18 - sent email as requested by business.*5/19 - A manager from Cincinnati called to follow-up regarding this review. She was very professional and enthusiastic. The company apologized for the behavior of the employee and she gave us a do-over shopping day. Thank you.ORIGINAL:My mom lives in Ohio and went to this location to make a purchase for the first time. What a disappointment and I am embarrassed; I am the one who told her how nice the location is in Charlotte, NC. My best friend and I were pretty much regulars in NC. He sent me a gift set to my moms house and we loved it. I get coupons pretty regularly at my moms house and I left her with one to use while I was out of town. She drove all the way across town and was not even greeted properly. Once the lady came out the first words out of her mouth were - Only 1 per household! Ok, REALLY! My mom and her boyfriend live separate but wow what a greeting . My mom was fully prepared to shop and buy more items until that rude display and what not. Apparently the woman was of no help. My mom made her purchase and then the woman went back out to where she must have started to finish smoking her cigarette. Really bad for such a long standing company. So a potential new customer was lost that fast. Looking at the reviews, this is not the first time. I wonder how many people just decided to not leave feedback and instead just never go back.

I used Groupon to get a deal for $49.99. Not only was it not a good deal because shipping isnt included and I had to drive 48 miles (one way), but the cashier ended up ripping me off for the filet mignons. The other cashier was showing his customers the contents of each box whereas my cashier spent her time trying to push more deals on me. I mean it was one offer after the other after a long drive. In the confusion I just assumed they had given me everything. I drove all the way home and stuck everything in the deep freezer. Last night we had the pork chops . Tonight we were going to reward ourselves for all the snow shoveling with the filet mignons. I went to the freezer only to find out that they were never given to us. We called them on the phone and spoke to the cashier who waited on us. She tried to tell us that the fillet minions were the same thing as the beef sirloins. After I told her I was recording the conversation for my youtube channel she said she doesnt give her consent. But I told her that Ohio is a one party consent state so I didnt need her permission. She then replied with Ill ask the manger and hung up on me. I am deleting the Groupon app for not disclosing that shipping wasnt included and I plan on calling the bank. I recommended avoiding this place at all cost. UPDATE: The manager called me and claimed that the two pieces of meat out of a box that contain four pieces of extremely small pieces were what they call fillet mignons. Well you know what they say. you can put lipstick on a pig but its still a pig. Anyway I cooked them up like I do the fillets I get from Carfanias and the meat had the texture of a freshwater snapping turtle, they were so chewy it was impossible to eat.. There is no doubt in my mind that these were not migions. Its entirely possible that they werent even beef.

Bought my son a groupon packagefor Christmas since he was going away with friends for New Years. When he went to pick up the package they were out of filets, Hamburg, hotdogs and chicken! Basically they had the potato and the seasoning package. Called and spoke with the manager and absolutely no compensation. Jarron, the manager actually said if I did anything for you I would have to do it for everyone. Yeah it’s called good customer service!

Where to start?The pricing is absurd. Honestly, it is absurd. A CHOICE ribeye is more than double the price at a regular grocery store.The attendant in the store gave me a dull, uninterested stare when I entered. Her service was equally dull and uninterested.The ribeye was an insult. They cut off the spinulus muscle - this is the reason to buy a ribeye, and they removed it. The steak was soaking wet. I had to pat it dry numerous times, so I can only assume they inject water to increase the weight. Im not sure how they managed it, but some how the Omaha ribeye I received was devoid of marbling.Ive been to many high end butchers - Omaha steaks is not one. The fine folks at Kroger beat them handily in quality, service, and price.

Horrible customer service. Stopped in for Christmas shopping but I didn’t know “how it worked” and the guy told me if I didn’t have a print out of their offers he didn’t know how to help me. I waited my turn but he kept helping others that came in after me. I finally left. Would give 0 stars if it were an option.
