They picked up the phone one time for just seconds then got disconnected then never picked up the phone again

Koorsen is like family! Technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly and make sure that we are taken care of and compliant every visit! Our account representative does a great job at ensuring proper communication between the techs and our staff and is always an awesome resource to have.They work well with our local fire Marshall helping to resolve issues that come up as well. I highly recommend Koorsen as the one provider to have inside your facility!

I have used Koorsen on all my inspection needs for over ten years and they have always been very professional and responsive. When emergencys arise they have always tried to be as quick as possible to remedy the situation . They are not the cheapest in town but with the service I receive and the piece of mind it has been a great fit for our needs. Great job guys/gals keep it up and thank you.

Koorsen Fire has done a great job for many years. The team members are very responsive to needs and service issues.

Really sad feedback as getting folks to call you back, update you on status of work, etc. its a shame that one or two lazy arrogant employees ruin an entire experience. I have 72 families in a community with no fire alarms for weeks and getting as simple as a return call is like pulling teeth., and then they all have attitudes

For paintball tank hydro testing they were great! Friendly people and they were even able to finish my tank in a day usually 2-3 says).
