Sale price for product I purchased was 400% higher than quoted price and when I called to get it sorted out the salesman that originally quoted the price was rude and obnoxious (TIM) and insisted it wasnt his issue. Got a refund and will NEVER!!!! return and will discouraged everyone I talk to not to do any business with this anti customer service joke they call a business.

Supplies are great, reasonable prices but a lot of the office staff are lacking in customer service skills. The yard guys are pretty cool. One female staff was so interested in profiling 3 Hispanic guys (who bought all their supplies) that she couldnt remember what she was doing for another. She was rude to me as well. I go because of the location and price...but if I could find another place I would.
