These guys cannot put together a formal quote for the quantities provided. I had to wait a week to get the SF price which I would have got over the phone. Second disappointing experience. I would completely eliminate these FRP panels from our scope if these guys are the suppliers in Columbus.

Had a delivery made. He said if it was 10 or less steps they wouldn’t charge more. Ended up talking to the manager and he said he would comp it for the miscommunication. When I looked at the charges on my card. He did not comp it and charged me anyway. Poor execution and customer service.

Quoted one price on the phone then charged my credit card 4X that because there was an error in their system. I worked with them to resolve the problem. We agreed to an arrangement where I would only lose a couple hundred dollars instead of a couple thousand. Turns out that was a lie and they never refunded what they said they would.
