Since they depend entirely on donations, it can be a little hit or miss. That being said, great selection of off hardware pieces such as cabinetry and plumbing repair. Staff is very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Never know what youre going to find, so always worth checking out. Side note: what selection of appliances they do have are very reasonably priced.

Not a bad place to walk around and look for some deals. The stock is constantly rotating so it’s nice to see a change every time I go in. The prices aren’t too bad and have a decent selection of stuff to look through. If your in the market to redo some furniture or anything of that sort this place is for you. Plus it’s all for a good cause.

This is a thrift store for do-it-yourselfers! You can find everything from hardware to furniture to cabinets, all at discounted prices compared to home stores and hardware stores. Some of the items are gently used, while others are still in the original plastic packaging. The staff is friendly and helpful and you can save a lot of money while supporting Habitat for Humanity.

I did not purchase anything, I am a student at Columbus Technical College. I had to volunteered for internship for my Business Management class. I would like to add to my previous review. I worked with 3 guys that were awesome, I just want to give a shout out to them, Mr. T, Melvin and Mr. Charles. They were really kind, and very helpful as I was at Restore. This was a bit different for me but I learned a lot in this experience.

My wife and i shop at HFH everywhere we go and this one leaves a lot to be desired and the prices are too high on almost everything. They recently recieved a load of floor tile that had not made it to the inside of the store i meant to ask what would be the price but was so turned off by the store as a whole i forgot to ask. I love shopping at restores but this one needs to be restored.

They have really good things but they do not deliver. Which is hard for older or people with disabilities.

As a single mom I bought a $200 washer. The men at habitat helped me load it but me and my mother struggled to unload it and get it into my house (the thing weighed about 230lbs). The washer did not work. I then had to pay help to get it back to the store where they told me they would credit me the $200 (they wrote it in a spiral notebook). They told me I could use it anytime. Unfortunately habitat for humanity is open only during the hours I work so I had to buy a washer els where. A few months later I called to check on my credit to be told they didnt have the books anymore and that I would have only had 30 days to use my credit. They DID NOT tell me this when I brought the washer back or when they wrote it in their notebook. I Will not be going back. Im so upset that I am out of $200 that could have been used for my 3 year old.
