When we went to look at dresses, we arrived on time and were greeted very poorly by Sabrina. She was rude and told us we had to sit on the couch and basically not move. She didn’t introduce herself or ask our names or how we were related to the bride. She just barked orders at us as if we were unruly kindergarteners. My daughter was the only one allowed to touch or look at the dresses. They blamed this on Covid. Really? She was nasty and acted as if we couldn’t afford a dress there. If my daughter had not fallen in love with her dress, I would not have purchased from here. Our experience when we picked up the dress was MUCH BETTER! Her name was Hannah and she was delightful, she didn’t make me feel as if I couldn’t touch anything or move around the store. If you end up going here request anyone BUT Sabrina to help you.

I visited from out of town to go dress shopping with my mom and this was the second place we visited. The boutique was lovely! It was super nice to have the whole place to ourselves and Lesley helped me get in and out of the dresses. She also pulled great dresses that were in my budget and I found one that I liked and bought this past weekend. She also wasn’t pushy at all and cared more that you really loved the dress before buying it. Thank you Lesley!

The appointment I had here was great, however afterwards I discovered I was charged $50 for the appointment! I dont feel that this was clearly outlined (it is in the appt confirmation) and also is a ridiculous way to nickel and dime potential customers. I have to pay money in order to potentially buy a wedding dress for several thousand dollars?! When I reached out, the only explanation I got was that other local boutiques implemented a charge and we had to follow suit.

Great dress selection, fair prices and knowledgeable staff. Wish this place was around back when I was wedding dress shopping. Came to support a friend and we had a great experience. My friend hasnt selected a dress yet but I imagine we might make a return trip.

I had the best time finding my perfect dress at B.loved! Lesley made the process so easy and enjoyable. It was the only shop I visited and surely enough I found my dress during the first consultation. Had the best experience at b loved with Lauren. She is absolutely the best I was nervous to try on wedding gowns and she made me feel so comfortable and pulled amazing dresses. Sabrina was so amazing, she was so welcoming and sweet! This was my first and last stop which I did not expect (I thought for sure it would take a while to find my dress) The prices started at the top of my budget but I got a sale dress that I feel in love with. Sabrina was so helpful and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I would for sure recommend the place. I went to multiple bridal shops around Columbus and Dublin, and this is by far the best if you dont want to be pressured. I worked with Lauren and she was awesome-- gave space and advice when needed, but definitely not overwhelming or cheesy. The shop is super cute and the dresses were gorgeous. Found my dream dress under my moderate budget. Highly recommend!

I went to five bridal shops and this was by far my most uncomfortable/worst appointment. We walked in and no one greeted us. It was a very cold, shut off atmosphere. When I was trying on the dresses there was no true dialogue about the dress or really anything, I had to ask the questions. When I went out to show my mom, th consultant was not helpful in me walking around or fluffing my dress so my mom had to do so. The consultant just really didn’t seem like she wanted to help me or wanted to be there. Her hands were in her pockets and we got out of there as soon as possible. I would never recommend B. Loved Bridal.

B Loved was my second stop on my dress shopping journey. I showed Lauren what I liked and told her that I get overwhelmed with too many options. She listened to what I said and brought just the right selection of dresses. If one wasn’t quite right, she suggested minor changes we could make to fit the bill. Also, she was a great assistant getting into the dresses. The best!!!! My wedding is in about 4 mos and she worked with me to find a dress off the rack that I could take home to NYC with me today to ensure I have time for alterations. Lauren was amazing and we walked out with THE dress I wanted. Thank you BLoved.

They are 100% focused on excellent customer service at this bridal boutique! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel at ease about this often times stressful experience of finding a wedding gown. I worked with Lesley, one of the owners and she was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating, and I never felt like she was trying to sell me. She was super honest and gave me constructive feedback I could use. This boutique is not stuffy like some of the other downtown Columbus bridal salons I visited. And yes, you can take pictures! Which was a huge plus for me, because I have to think about things over and over before making a decision. Plus, they have dresses here, from U.S. designers that you wont see anywhere else in Columbus, so if youre looking for a unique gown that wont break your savings account in half, this is the place for you! Their gowns start at around $1,000 and go up from there. Also their accessories are very nice and priced fairly. Overall I definitely recommend this boutique to any brides-to-be out there looking for the perfect wedding gown shopping experience!

I cant even begin to describe how wonderful my experience at B.Loved Bridal was. It was my first time trying on dresses and they set the bar too high for anyone else to even compare.To start, when you are there for your appointment, they lock the doors so that you have their undivided attention for the entirety of your time there. I felt like my vision was truly listened to & every time I took off a dress, I was asked what I did & didnt like about it. I ultimately ended up choosing a dress that was picked FOR me that I originally didnt even like on the hanger. She just listened to what I wanted well enough to know that I would like it if I gave it a chance. The kicker is - the dress she picked for me was about $2,500 under budget! I was so impressed that she was willing to show me something that was significantly cheaper than what I was intending to spend because she knew it was perfect for me.We were impressed enough that my sister is traveling up from Cincinnati to get her accessories from B.Loved instead of from the shop where she bought her dress earlier this year. I will absolutely be recommending B.Loved to anyone looking to buy a wedding dress!

The gowns are high quality fabrics and exceptional designs that are both modern and timeless at the same time. As for the service, Lauren was exceptional. Its evident she loves working with brides and shows a true passion about making your experience memorable. My daughter found her dress at B. Great selection of dresses and wonderful staff! Lesley was wonderful to work with. When my dress got makeup on it after my first try-on she took it to the cleaners and the cost was covered.

An overall good experience! The consultant was very helpful and tried to find dresses that suited my style. She was also the most efficient at getting me in and out of dresses of all the studios. It ended up that I did not enjoy their style of dresses. Despite this, I would still highly recommend the studio! Excellent customer service!

Right away, we loved the feel of the shop, and even better we were the only patrons there so it was private.
