The reason for this review is I was lied too and even treated some what rudely from one of your employees. My oil change light was on so I asked how to turn it off I was told that a employee would take care of it and it was never done I also ended up paying for services that my vehicle never received. Like I said I will never have my vehicles oil changed here. Hope you receive my response to your email.

The guys at 10 minute oil change have always provided exceptional customer service and a quality service. They are friendly and to the point. I am happy I can get this done in a timely and economical fashion. We will continue to take our vehicles to them!

I stopped by and Nick and Johnathan got me in right away. They proceeded to change my oil, do a multipoint check around my car, and top off low fluids. They were very polite and thorough. They had me in and out of there in no time. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! If they can’t check your air filter with an oil change, pretty pointless wasting your time and $ here. They also lie about things they check and mark off like tire pressures. We had a tire that needed air but they marked it as perfect.

The two gentlemen working were very nice, quick and helpful! So glad I went here and will recommend it to anyone who needs a oil change!

These guys are awesome. Their attention too detail is unparalleled. And like their predecessor before them, the bay floor is so clean that you could eat off of it! I truly appreciate their professionalism and obvious interest to each customer, which by far, exceeds results. They do not try to garner services that are unnecessary. Nor do their oil changes leave dripping oil because of a rushed job done, forgetting to tighten the plug, as has been my experience with the dealer two consecutive times! This outfit is worth every penny! Highly reccomend!

Driver waits in the car during service. Mechanic discussed the service as they did it, and did things like oil type and tire pressure to my preference.

Went for an oil change . I thought something else was wrong also but I didnt say anything. A few minutes after they started they informed me of the other things I needed asap. I dont know the name of all the parts needing fixed to request it be fixed, so that was extremely helpful with an up front decent price.

Garage & lobby impressively clean. Staff is friendly. They answer & explain any questions you might have. The time it takes to do an oil change is just about what it says, 10 minutes. I couldnt believe that they had completed the oil change, vacuuming, all the checks that go with the oil change, topped off my fluids, & checked the filters, & under the car, washed the windows, checked & changed the filter hmmmthe hood & in the cabin. They didnt pressure me into making any decisions, to buy or perform something on my car that wasnt necessary. Alot of places like that will. This place treats you right. You will not regret going there, I promise!

Thats great they can knock out your oil change in 10min, However I dont mind waiting double or triple that long if I know they were taking their time & doing it right checking things over with no shortcuts. If your in a hurry this place is for you if not go to any other place in town.

They had fast service, but had put too much oil in my truck. Went home and drained out a qrt and half. Will not be going back.

Clean, friendly, they are detailed and fast. I drive 73 miles to get my service by them

They seemed to do a nice job but vacuum wasnt working so when I went to pay I asked for $5 off my bill and they did it so that was nice!
