Quaint little book store. A bit cramped, but I suppose theres not much to done about that. Selection of books is slim, but seems to be well curated. Id guess that roughly 40% of their inventory is games and gift shop type stuff, which is probably how they manage to keep the doors open when going up against massive online retailers. I wouldnt mind visiting again when Im in the area and have a bit more time.

I have such a good experience every time I go to Viewpoint.The staff are all so helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is so cozy and inviting. I almost always find everything Im looking for (and then some), and if not they are always willing to special order titles.

I really enjoyed my visit here. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, and had excellent suggestions for gifts for my friends. The selection was great, and I was particularly pleased they had postcards for Columbus.

This place was great. They didnt have one of the books I was after but immediately offered to order it for me. They were also nice to my kids and had a large selection of childrens books to choose from.

One of my favorite bookstores! The staff are always so kind and the store feels safe to visit during the pandemic. I have found quite a few books, cookbooks, and puzzles in the store and ordered out of stock books that arrived quickly from their warehouse. This is a great business to support.

Keep our local shops open! Visit the wonderful folks at Viewpoint Books. Small and quaint store with a good selection of current and local books. If they dont have something, ask them to order it. Books usually arrive in a couple of days. Thanks to the team that keeps this great independent bookstore in our small community.

Cute little store! Worth the trip while we stayed in Columbus Indiana. The staff was awesome and made great recommendations for my next book club. My favorite thing were the personal little sticky notes reviews on the book shelves, very unique!

Loved it, especially when it was right in front of our parking spot. Inside it had all sort of books that one wouldnt find in a chain bookstore.

I always love going here (although I end up buying more than I planned). There is a great selection of books from a range of authors and genres. The staff are very friendly and Ive never been disappointed with their recommendations.

An absolutely lovely place filled with very sweet and welcoming people. They had an amazing selection of books that were lovingly displayed. I loved the sticky notes everywhere pointing out the staffs favorite reads! They are also an LGBTQ+ safe space. Overall, one of my favorite bookstores I have ever been to!

Always friendlyIf book I want is not there they will order it and usually only takes a few days. Nice atmosphere. Looks like an area for kids in the back of store. Do wish they get couple of chairs to sit while looking through books. I am impressed with the kits for kids.I will go back.

I was there for about 5 minutes total. I was helped as soon as I walked in, told the lady which book I was looking for, she promptly got it for me and rang me up. Its very nice and quiet and they have some GREAT sugar glazed pecans too!

Staff is very friendly and the book selection is fantastic. They also host Nomad, which is super awesome. Overall a really nice place.

I didnt buy any books here, but they gave a Sprite to my wife when she wasnt feeling good. They were super helpful and kind.

Try to support local businesses and have stopped by this shop on several occasions over the years. its small, so only randomly find a book of interest, but when we do we buy it here. was in there the other day and the clerk was eating lunch with their fingers - without wiping their hands, they rang up our books, leaving nice grease marks on the covers. gross. heres a tip - use a napkin or better yet wash your hands before handling your customers items. shudder to think about what they do after restroom breaks....
