Very rude customer service. I am a student enrolled in an online program and I live hours away. I was trying to purchase a cap and gown and make sure I had everything I needed and everything correct because I never saw anything for a cap and gown order. I believe I was a little late in doing so. The woman first told me I could not call to do this, that I had to come in person. Then I told her that I live far away and I cannot do that. She then tells me that I can just call on Monday but that I will have to arrive to the college at 8am that day to pay in a rude manner. My graduation is an afternoon graduation and I live hours away. I call back after speaking with my instructor and the woman proceeds to say that oh she didn’t know that my graduation was in the afternoon. She did not ask me she just stated I had to be there at 8am when I called the first time. Very rude customer service and acted bothered the whole time I spoke with her and did not care about my concerns or helping to guide me in the right direction. I understand being busy and dealing with rude customers but I was very polite. The situation is what it is and I do not mind that. If there are no more gowns or if I cannot order then it is what it is but just being spoken to in a rude short way and not trying to help a customer is not a good way to do business or customer service.Thank you for taking the time to read this.
