It was great... My boys are going to be so happy for Christmas...

My wife and i were out pontoon shopping. We were very interested in the 2020 20 grey in color one that they have on the show room floor . Until these people that just let there kids run wild in the store. They were climbing and slamming the gates on the pontoon and no one ask them to quit. To me this is not a very professional establishment. And definitely not good parenting skills. You don’t let your kids run wild on something that cost 30,000.00 . We will take or cash money and go else where .

They are all friendly and nice trying to sell you something but pray you never have trouble. I bought a brand new boat and the engine blew up in under two hours, a month later I finally had to call mercury to get them to look at it because they were more worried about doing cash jobs than fixing something they had already got paid for and two years later Im still waiting on them to call to fix the boat hull that was missing splashwell drains

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Ive purchased multiple cars, trucks, motorcycles, four-wheelers, and boats over the years and never once had a buying process go as smoothly as it did with Donald and the guys at The Boat Gallery of Columbus. I drove over three hours to do business with them and am so thankful I chose them for my new boat purchase. True men of their word and did everything possible to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Went with my sister to get a four wheeler. The maintenance guy was a true salesman. His kids are our kids age so I knew right away he had safety in mind. Looked around other locations but chose Boat Gallery to buy because of great service and local business.

I was in the market for a side by side. Initially, I went to Funatv(dont deal with them) to make my purchase. They, Funatv, seemed as if they didnt want to sell me a machine. I kept getting push back about paperwork or a $1,500 down payment... I was waiting to hear from funatv again after submitting more paperwork for the 5 time in 3 days, when I left to go see what The Boat Gallery had to offer. Within 30 minutes I had a Viking Special Edition on my trailer. No down payment, or hassle. Note: the viking is a more expensive machine; yet it didnt take nearly as much work to get everything taken care of and out the door.

Stopped by a yr maybe little longer asked about the price on a boat the guy answered and walked off I had a cpl more questions about adding something but the guy never came back so I left
