This has to be the city’s greatest gem...I encountered some of the most considerate, helpful and most knowledgeable people when I took my bike there for repairs. Highly recommend! I’d give 10 stars if I could! Thanks Dan for all of the time and energy you expended in making adjustments to my bike and doing it with such a positive attitude

Awesome! I got just what I needed for my bike The man there Mr Dan was very kind . He took down the bike, taught me how to use the gears, tips on how to manage the bike and how to properly use it . He let me test ride it. He walks you through it like a family member or an uncle showing you what to do with it. The bikes there are very affordable. If you want a good deal on a bike and awesome customer service and helpful tips you should definitely come here.I just got my bike yesterday and a lock from him and I was very pleased. If ever I need another bike or fixing I will be going back there. Highly Recommend. :)

Helpful and informative staff. Unlike big stores there is no pressure to try to get you to buy the newest and most expensive products. No judgment whatsoever of bike knowledge. Plenty of used and new parts that will fit anyones budget.

Come over and get your hands dirty fixing your bike for no charge. Place has lots tons of bike tools and parts. Helpful staff. Machined the frame surface for top and bottom headset cups, replaced the fork cup, found the right bearings and repacked the headset. Extremely knowledgeable staff.

Love this place. Been going here for 10+ years and always go back for any bike part need or DIY bike fix. They also have a great seasonal (early spring is best time) selection of used bikes for affordable prices. The money benefits the poor and underrepresented folks.. getting them bikes, fixing them and teaching them how to fix their own bike. This is also a place were peace hope and love resides and open conversations happen

A wonderful asset to the community--you can learn to fix your own bike with the help of volunteers or purchase a solid older build at a fraction of the cost of buying something cheap from a big box store. Everything is used, but built with care from members who are passionate about riding. Bikes range from 50 dollars to around 250 depending on components and cosmetic appearance. If you arent afraid of scrounging through boxes of components, you can usually find what you are looking for.

This is an awesome community initiative aimed at keeping bicycles on the road and out of dumps. If youre looking for a second-hand bike, try here first, and learn all about maintaining bikes at the same time.

Got what I thought was a working bike home to find out I was riding a death trap, loose wheels, loose spokes, terrible brakes. Go somewhere else, for a little more you can get a much safer bike at Once Ridden.

Waist of time. Their website and the guy in the shop made the place sound like their main purpose other than offering affordable transportation was to teach new people. Im a novice and due to being understaff and ill coordinated in the front of the shop i felt the only ones that would benefit are those already knowledgeable about and knew what to get. He spoke of teaching people, but i dont see how that could be implemented there. Such a disappointment! :(

A great resource! All volunteer-run community place. Theyll answer questions, help you work on your bike, and have LOTS of spare parts to choose from. It can be a little confusing, and its helpful to ask questions. Prices are good!

This is an awesome local bike shop with a knowledgeable staff composed of volunteers. THBC is literally a one stop shop that offers great value to the community by repairing and selling used bikes at a fair price.

Caroline... Carolynn? Was a real sweet heart. Cota had me stressing that i wouldnt make it there in time, she offered to bring my product to me in the event i didnt make it in time (as i was on foot). I was after an inner tube.Even after i managed to make it before they closed, she offered me a ride home because of the potential impending rain. Hella nice :)Ive been a patron of the older coop before, and this new location seems vastly improved. Im happy too see it become a mainstay of columbus cycling culture, from the rider of necessity to recreation. Its awesome. You wont find judgement here.More power to you third hand! And thank you again angel!
