First visit in 2015: Got a bike tuned up, then a week later the derailer got caught in the spokes from an incorrect limit being set.Second visit in early 2021: Got put first on a wait-list for ordering a bike. They told me theyd call me when it came in. Waited a couple months, no call. Apparently they sold the bike to someone else...Third visit in mid-2021: Requested service on MTB fork. Delayed service (which they described as rushed?), requested that old parts be returned (which I had to argue with them because they already threw them away), and general snobbery about the entire situation.There wont be a fourth visit.

I bought an Electra townie go from the bicycle station. I had a great experience with them. I found out a little later that i shouldve done my due diligence. I looked around and found the same bike for a considerable amount less. Hopefully the warranty and service make up for the difference. Good people and friendly atmosphere. 👍👍

I have always loved going to Bicycle Station at Columbus! We went to buy my sons first pedal bike during the pandemic, staff took all necessary precautions to make us feel at ease to take in our little one and let him pick his bike. Very helpful staff, awesome variety of adult bikes. Would have liked a little more variety on Toddler bikes too, but still great selection available. Great service options, Bikes comes with free checks for an extended period at no extra cost! Overall great experience! Dont buy online, give it back to the community, shop at Bicycle Station.

I enjoy the positive atmosphere at the Columbus Bicycle Station and appreciate that the service team always go out of their way to assist with our needs. The associates take their time to help each costumer, even if there are a lot of people waiting. I also love when they give us an option to wait for small repairs instead of coming back later to pick it up.

The staff at Bicycle Station is always very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Been going there for bicycles and bicycle services since I moved to Columbus 10 years ago. Matt, the owner, always remembers my name despite how seldom I walk in. The people there really make this local bike shop feel great and welcoming. Service is always done professionally and in a timely manner. They are also always willing to readjust something to make it feel perfect for you.

A few years ago we purchased a bike from Craigs list and wanted it to be professionally looked at. The bicycle station didnt hesitate to work on the bike even though we didnt purchase it from them. They were friendly, helpful and treated us fairly. With that said, when we were ready to buy a new bike we didnt hesitate to buy from them. We purchased a new Trek mountain bike from the Bicycle station and all their staff still had the knowledge and friendly attitude that we had a few years ago. We plan to buy 3 more bikes from them here soon!

The tech was spot on, I unloaded my bike and in 10 minutes I was loading it back into my truck with a brand new chain on it and at a very reasonable price. You cant get any better than that for same day service. I am very happy and will go back when I need to.

Had a buddy of mine drop off my Orbea to check out the crank and also had a creak in the bike that I was noticing. They had the bike done for days before we finally got a hold of them and they told us then it was done. I paid $70 to get this done to the bike and 90% of the pivot points were still dirty and the creak is still there. I work a ton and couldnt make it in to drop off or pick it up but I wouldnt have taken it back with it exactly how it was and paying $70 to fix it

What a crew. Stopped in for a shot of air in my tires and to potentially replace a spoke. The gents repaired on the spot. Great pit stop and even nicer folks!

Second bike purchase from these guys. Stuck on lockdown and requested Treks delivery. I live outside 10 mile delivery radius but given the bike I was purchasing, an exception was made and it was delivered to my house. Not only that, I pulled the clipless pedals off of the bike I was replacing and asked if they could throw them on the new bike at my house. Not only did they deliver the bike, he brought a pedal wrench with him and pedals were installed in my driveway. Thats A+ customer service. I wanted to support my local bike shop and glad I made that decision.

The folks are so helpful and casual about making your ride more safe and comfortable. Theres no hard sell and, get this....they helped put my bike in the back of my truck. Grant it, Im 6 months pregnant...but then I saw the dude oiling my tailgate area...and he says I just cant handle the squeak. It goes against everything I do. BLESS HIS HEART! So, they are competent and truly helpful in any way they can be. Awesome place. Trust them 110%!

Service was not what I expected. Matt charged $65 for a tune up which he did nothing on. He said A hub was tight but that was it basically admitting that he didnt really do anything ... Had to have someone else in my cycling group fix my brakes the next week. Hesitation Point in Nashville charged $50 a couple months later in a tune up and Tad politely pointed out that my chain needed to be replaced which he priced extremely well. Tad in Nashville has decent prices (still obvious mark ups because the guy has to make a living) but none-the-less reasonable. Also if you cant make it to Nashville I recently bought some stuff from Columbus Cycling and Fitness and they were extremely friendly and helpful.

This place should have 6 stars for the staff!

Instead of trying to unload old product that was just a bit too small, the owner ordered a larger less common frame just for me to try. I didnt have to commit to buying it to try it, unlike the other bike shop in town, and he even worked with me on the price much to my amazement. I will be back for sure!

Ive bought 5 bikes from Bicycle Station in the last 6 months. As a born researcher, it my inclination to scour the internet for as much info as possible before making a purchase. In each case, not only has there been an advantage in service and expertise by buying from my local bicycle shop (which is invaluable) but price and delivery have been optimal.Matt & Melissa arent bike shop owners who ride bikes. They are cyclists who also own a bike shop. Most recently I was able to get exactly the bike I wanted for my kids birthday and it was available to pick up the next evening after shipping from the wholesaler. The bike, as always was ready to go with no adjustments.In order to get one of our BMX bikes, Matt actually opened an SE Racing dealership just to be able to get me the PK Ripper I wanted. Weve since bought 2 more SE bikes.Service, knowledge, speed of delivery and at the best price you can find. Is there anything else you need?

The employees are great but i took my bike just to change the handlebar on friday and the lady at the counter told me that should be ready next day (saturday) and went back on saturday and they told me that they will call when ready and i went back on monday afternoon and the bike was on a waiting list just to change the handlebar. I bought the handlebar and went to another store.
