The store itself is clean and easy to shop in and is full of different styles of furniture and mattresses and we enjoyed checking everything out. Diane was a great help when we were trying to decide on which sleep set to settle on- thank you very much!!On delivery day, Jonas and Tantus (I know I’m close) did a superb job representing their store. they were friendly, easy to deal with and knew exactly what they they needed to do to get everything set up and working. Who would believe that beds were hi tech? You fellas were the best! I would recommend This Slumberland Store to anyone looking for furniture or beds. We had always done our shopping at Nebraska Furniture Mart in the past, but we’ve found the same quality, the same prices, great people and less hassle much closer to home.We will be back!

In Columbus, Scott has been amazing to my husband and I. We went in looking for Living Room Furniture. We found what we thought I/we liked. We made the purchase only for me to decide that the color was not right for our home, we cancelled that order and re-ordered in a different fabric and were happy. With the pandemic Scott had been keeping us updated on the time frame and beyond his control the order kept getting pushed back. We went in and saw Scott to check on our order and it was set for August 2021. As my husband and I walked about we found other furniture that we were liking better. Scott showed us a new line that was brought in by Slumberland and, its made in the USA! We asked if we could cancel our order and go with the different set as we no longer liked what was due to be made in August, we found it wasnt as comfortable as the new set we had found. Scott let us take home fabric samples to be suret we would find something that would look good in our house, a few hours later we had the fabric picked out and we were ordering new furniture that is due to arrive in August. Scott has always been the salesman to approach us first when we walk in the door without the pushy salesman attitude. He shows us what we dont always see when walking around and walks away for a short time when he senses we need to talk and always returns back to us. Slumberland has a gem with Scott!

Dan helped me in the Columbus Ne store. And he was very helpful and polite. I first called to see how much a kitchen table was. He answered all of my questions. He said he would call me back with my total. Less then 10 minutes he called me back. So I decided to stop by the store to look at the table before really deciding to buy it. And again Dan was awesome and very helpful. So if I ever need anything again I will definitely give Dan a call!!!!

We went in knowing we wanted a cheap bed because we always end up having to get a new bed every few years. After talking to Dan he wanted to ensure we got the correct firmness of bed to fit my wife and my needs. He had us do a rest test on all kinds of different mattresses and wanted us to be sure we found what fit our liking ! We chose a great style and the comfort is wonderful plus we can’t go wrong with a 10 year warranty and if we don’t use the warranty we will get in store credit after the 10 years! We have never had anyone that has taken the time to talk and let us experience the bed the way Slumberland did! We actually went home discussed it and went back the next day to purchase it ! Also will be purchasing two more bedroom sets and mattresses for our kids here shortly ! Really recommend talking to Dan about any mattress questions or past thoughts you may have had about beds!

Diane Veldkamp was the sales professional who helped me in purchasing a bed, mattress an end tables. I so appreciate how she treated me as a customer. She was not pushy or intimidating at all. In the past, I have left stores because I felt pressured to buy something that I didn’t want. Diane listened to me, showed me options and then gave me space to make my decisions. I bought a wonderful leather recliner there it was a store floor model that they were no longer going to sell. I got like 40% for that, I had a coupon for 20% off a $800 purchase anyway I walked out with the best leather chair Ive ever owned! I bought it a year ago and it looks like no one has ever sat in it. Its so comfortable that many nights I wake up in it at 3am and have to decide if I am going to bed or stay where I am

I was happy with the store and service. I was only disappointed that deliveries are made only once a month to my area, which is less than 25 miles away. If I could give 1/2 stars, I would go up another 1/2. The sales people were very helpful. Delivery is out of their hands.
