I brought a lovely Michael Amini living room collection. The day of delivery the delivery staff was rude as hell....messed up my front door and claimed they could not get it into my home. The next day a new crew was able to place the furniture in 10 mins. I noted a cracked frame that was covered up after they left. I did a video and took pics of the damage. I went back to the Morse Rd. location and spoke with Ahmed Mokhtar. Stay away from him, he is a liar and unprofessional. I still have the furniture, but not one person has been to access the damage. Dont spend your hard earned money with them!!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere please. Only reason I gave one star is to post my comment, otherwise 0 stars.

I would love to be able to review the furniture, but unfortunately I still havent received it. When I ordered my furniture on July 3rd 2020 I was given an estimate of 4-6 weeks. The salesperson actually told me it might be less than that. Its now been over 12 weeks, and Ive had to call in multiple times just to get a well try to find out for you answer. If I hadnt called in, Id still have no update whatsoever. I understand that delays happen, but they need to be communicated to the customer.EDIT: Ryan in tracking has been very helpful in providing me concrete dates and updates. Much friendlier and more professional than those in-store.UPDATE: After over 3 months I *finally* received my furniture. Id like to note that they did not call me to schedule a delivery date; this came after I called them yet again for an update. On a positive note, the couch is comfortable and stylish and was affordable. The living room table set I got is also great. I just wish that the people in the store had been better at communicating updates and friendlier when Id called in.

Horrible experience all-around with this company. Ordered bedroom furniture in early May that was to be delivered by Memorial Day weekend. Also paid the extra $100 bucks for install. After not receiving any communication regarding delivery, I called only to find out it was not in their system. The furniture was ultimately delivered the weekend following Memorial Day, at approx. 7pm. One of the installers stole personal property (discovered the following day). Installers werent able to complete bed install (see picture), as they didnt have all of the hardware. Weve placed calls regarding both (stolen belongings & missing hardware), and got absolutely nowhere....and its 1+ month after delivery. We will be placing a complaint with the BBB. Highly recommend you consider using other furniture companies. This was our first experience with Rooms For Less, and it will be our last.UPDATE - 9/11/20...Its now been nearly 4 MONTHS, and we still have not received hardware to complete installation of our master bed as part of an entire bedroom suite we ordered. We have placed several phone calls (6/1, 6/8, 7/7, 9/9), and been given nothing more than promises that the hardware (bolts) needed to complete the install had been requested from the furniture company. I am now dealing directly with the furniture company (Liberty Furniture), and will be filing a complaint with the Ohio Atty General. The reply by this merchant (Rooms For Less) to my initial complaint speaks volumes. Nowhere did they address our not having the furniture install completed. I will continue to update accordingly, but HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere for your furniture needs.
If I could post 0 stars I would. I ordered a simple bed frame in September. After continual delays, I had to call myself to even get updates regarding my shipment. The frame was scheduled for delivery at the end of November but was conveniently pushed back every phone call I made. The last call today gave us an estimated delivery of March 2021, so the order was cancelled. Terrible customer service.
Was looking for a queen mattress and box spring, wound up getting a 12in foam mattress and box spring delivered. Spoke with Baha who was very professional and knowledgeable through the entire process. Very thankful for all the help!
I recently moved from Michigan to Columbus and was looking to furnish my entire apartment in such a short time. Matt and the manager of the store Mr. Ahmed were super helpful and accommodating. I was able to describe to them specific things I needed and if it wasnt in store they helped me find it in the catalogue. The delivery team was super professional and assembled everything for me in a timely fashion.This has been the best experience I had shopping for furniture. Highly recommend. So, I was looking for a reclining sofa. I wanted to go to the Furniture Bank. Their customer service was excellent, but the delivery would be a little bit too steep because I dont live around Morse Rd. I called Furniture Land ahead of time, asked about delivery,and the lady told me they would take care of me which was great. I got there at Furniture Land and 2 ladies seen me outside while they were smoking and none of them said, Maam, Ill be in one minute or please give me a couple minutes. The thing I cared about was someone acknowledging me. Im pretty laid back and understanding. So, I did my walk around. There was a couple guys there. One was moving and the other told him I was there that was moving so he didnt run into me. The guy didnt ask me if I was helped or anything. So, I walked out the door and went next door to Rooms for Less. Halfway in the place, I was greeted with a genuine smile on her face and a genuine concern on how she could assist me. Ms. Stephanie was a breath of fresh air and I was definately taken care of. There was no pressure, just help and assistance in finding me the right piece. I did and I put a down payment on it today!! Purchased a bed and a couch set in March. The bed broke soon after. They came and fixed it after a very rude conversation with one of the young me that worked there. Broke again! Currently mattress is on the floor and no one will call me back. Customer service is terrible and I will be calling the attorney generals office.

Love this place for furniture and mattresses. Great cost and wonderful people. Mo is awesome along with the other employees. They let you shop on your own but let you know that they are there if you have any questions or need help. I dont like to walk into places and have someone up my but trying to make a sale. Would recommend getting warranties on everything. The leg on our couch pushed back and they asked for pictures......then brought a new one out with no questions asked. Highly recommend!
I had such a difficult time finding the exact couch for our living room until I visited Rooms for Less! I told Ahmed what I was looking for and he showed me not one, not two, but three options that were just what I described! He was incredibly patient and didnt hover around me while I tried to make my decision. We went with the delivery option and the men were extremely fast, courteous, and polite. One even insisted on removing his shoes before entering my home- while MOVING A COUCH! This place and the people are great and you wont find a better deal on good furniture.
I recently purchased a recliner at the Morse Road location. I was looking for a specific style/color that would fit my apartment needs as well as furniture that my high energy dog would not destroy. I had been looking for further for almost two years. And I walked in Rooms Forless and I found what I was looking!!!! So I put it in lay away and during this time I lost my job and when I went and to tell them they asked what they could to help in I needed to push the lay away from 90 days to whenever. The floor personnel, especially Ahmed, were incredibly helpful. Not only did they listen to my style choices, but they also provided options not currently available in-store. This alone showed me they go above & beyond. I also received my order before the promised time, which again, encourages my ordering with them in the future.

Ahmed sold me the mattress set my daughter absolutely must have. He rapidly acquired the product and kept it for me during a busy move and widely swinging move-in dates. Their delivery people were fast, on-time, clean and respectful. I would use them again with zero hesitation. Hats off to their customer service level.
I went to Rooms For Less looking only for a bed frame. However, Ahmed showed me an entire bedroom set which was cheaper (& still high quality) than any bed frame I had found elsewhere. Delivery was free & the product prices were incomparable to those elsewhere (for merely a bed frame)! If you’re looking for high quality & decently priced furniture, look no further!

I stumbled upon Rooms for Less after being disappointed with the selection and prices at American Freight and Furniture Land. Rooms for Less has a great selection in their store with cheaper prices than their competitors. They dont pressure you and follow you around the store until you purchase something. Sam sold me a sofa on a Saturday and it was delivered on Monday as ordered. The delivery guys were very friendly and on time. I will definitely consider Rooms for Less for more furniture needs in the future.
Bought a sectional and rug from Rooms For Less about a week ago. Ryan was extremely nice and helpful in picking out exactly what I needed. I felt a lot less pressure shopping here than at other furniture stores. They even arranged to have my sectional delivered the next day with free shipping.

There was a man staring at me as I was shopping. He asked if I needed help and I said no I’m window shopping. As I was walking around window shopping he kept looking at me. He made me feel really uncomfortable. I know he didn’t think I was going to steal a couch. When I would look at him he would smile and lick his lips. #Gross
I dear with Moe at the Morse Rd.location and he was very professional and friendly and approachable. He made me feel at home first and allowed me full access to his store. He told me to take my time and to get his attention when I had a question or concern. I finally picked two very different sofa sets and he was very honest enough to tell me that the sectional that I picked, although a great choice would be too big for an apartment setting that has roughly 580 square feet. I then continued with my second choice, the Lazaro Leather Sofa and loveseat set in the java. He said it was a fine choice and was kind enough to give me a great price on it. After that we moved on to a mattress from Serta iComfort hybrid and I was very impressed with how it felt as I took my time to decide. More also gave me a fantastic deal on this mattress so I could not say no. All in all it was a good buying experience and with Moe’s expertise and knowledge on the products that he sells, dealing with Rooms 4 Less made it a great and pleasant experience. I give him 5 stars and selection and price also 5 stars. Thank you Mohammed!

I ordered furniture from here a few years back and I would never buy anything from here again. I ordered a bedroom set with a dresser and and a night stand. Apparently while delivering my furniture they broke my night stand so they had to order another one and were to bring it to me once it arrived. Took a while for it to arrive and then they asked me to come pick it up or they were going to try and charge me again to deliver it for their mistake. Eventually by arguing I was able to get them to deliver my night stand. Ive had the furniture for about 3 years maybe and it is sooooo cheap! The wood squeaks so bad and Im not a heavy person at all. Im not very pleased and with the pricing its not worth buying anymore furniture from here. I wouldnt recommend this store.

We had a great experience with rooms for Less. We walked in...was shown what we were looking for... had several options to choose from they gave us time to decide and we got a bed and a couch for Less then it was going to cost for just a mattress at Mattress Firm or Sleep Outfitters.
The furniture here had more diverse options than some other furniture stores. The staff at RFL were attentive and courteous. Matt and JT were both extremely helpful when we were picking out furniture. They did not push us to buy certain pieces, and they kept us grounded; they recommended couches that would not just fit our space but also fit us. We highly recommend this store.
The furniture options are good but I did not like the salesmen. They did not bother you as intensely as others while browsing, but what bothered me was attacking the business next door. I was shopping mattresses and wanted to know if they accept returns. They said no, and that theyve seen the furniture store next door scraping fur off returned mattresses. While the policy may be fair, this tactic left a bad taste in my mouth and the no return policy sealed my decision to wait on my purchase.
I order a real leather 3 piece living room suite back in March of this yr paid in full & did not receive my third piece till July .... It should have never took 3 & 1/2 months for any furniture.
I just bought furniture that the salesperson raved about, remarking on its quality. After inspecting the two pieces there are places where the material has flaked off. It was just bought yesterday and delivered today 8/10/15. I am very unhappy and I hope we can work this out. I will say the staff is very nice but the quality of southern motion furniture is dismal. I would appreciate it if I can return this and get a different brand.
I bought a leather reclining sofa for my basement that needed to be taken apart in order for it to fit downstairs. After a few failed attempts by other furniture stores to get it to fit down my stairs, a friend referred me to Rooms for Less and their delivery guys made it happen!!!

After going to American Freight and Furniture land and getting refunds for poor customer service, unprofessionalism and honestly just people who blatantly lie, I went to Rooms For Less as my last resort. I was extremely skeptical as I had the bad experiences at the other places. They had the exact bed set and dresser I was looking for. The staff was helpful. The prices were definitely fair compared to the other two places who were charging me a lot more the the exact same product and American Freight and a poorer quality product at Furniture Land. I bought it that day, we set up a delivery day and time, and, shockingly it was delivered and set up just when they said it would be. The delivery guys were very nice and experienced.As a single woman who is not at all street savvy or smart when it comes to this type of thing, I would definitely recommend Rooms For Less. They are professional, very helpful, were very honest with me, and didt sell me lies. I had a great experience.

Its rare that I post a poor review and to be honest the staff was helpful and friendly but the product is awful. We got a couch and love seat about a year and a half ago. We purchased the (no questions asked cover all warranties) and after about 3 months the couch began to break down. No matter how many times we called or tired to start a claim we would get a date set and no one will show up to inspect the couch. I have done everything short of renting a truck and driving it to them. They always have an excuse as to why no one shows up. So after a year of having a broken couch our lovesac couch came in today and I will be burning the remains of our bad decisions later today Ill post pictures. Please dont buy from them my name is not in your database since my girlfriend purchased this furniture and there will be no warranty I burned the couch today I will leave this posted and I hope it saves someone else from dealing with the problems we have had

Bought a custom-made sectional on February 27th. Was told it would be 4-6 weeks before it was delivered to the store. My boyfriend and I live a hour and 15 minutes away from this location. 4 weeks passed and no word on our sectional. I figured it was going to be 5 weeks at the lastest. So week 5 comes and still no call, at this moment we were going to lose our trailer that we were going to use to move it. So I made a phone call. The salesman tells me it usually takes 4-6 weeks but he was going to look into it and call me back. No call that day. The next day I did get a call from Im guessing the manager saying our sectional we order 5 weeks ago now wont be available till April 24th!! Thats 2 months after we order the sectional!!! He did add a service plan for free but we now have no trailer to haul it and we no couch or seating area in our home for a total of 2 months!

I will never buy anything from this store AGAIN due to the customer service from the driver and how the manage handled my complaintWe paid for our purchase and delivery 6 days before it was to be delivered. We were given a delivery window of 1:00 - 4:00....but did not take delivery of the product after 5:30 among other issuesI called the store to speak wirh the person who sold me the merchandise to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service....as a result another individual got involved and the conversation went down hill after I expressed my displeasure with the delivery service, the lack of respect for my time, and the inability that their divers/delivery service had in delivery our purchase. This individual (who said he was the manager) made excuse after excuse for the lack of driving directions that the drivers (key word drivers) had EVEN with they were using a GPS. At one point we were asked to meet the drivers in order to bring them to the place of epected delivery. Of course the response was no.UNBELIEVABLE!We paid for a product as well as a service (delivery service) .With that being said, as a paying customer I believe that if a product or service is offered to the consumer and if it lacks quality, or if it doesnt meet expected standards of what what was promised, or paid for....I have every right as a paying customer, to make contact with the business to address my concerns or displeasure about the purchase. Instead of the manager faiiled address my issue and chose to justify the lack of knowledge of the drivers/delivery service and argue with meSometimes situations such as this one can be used to re-evaluate the business objectives, as well as the people who represent your businessMost importantly, if you are a business owner remember that Customer Service can determine the success of a business as well as the sales of products

I purchased a Queen mattress and a queen bed frame from RFL in May 2015. I scheduled next day delivery and it came just fine between the hours they told me it would. They even set it up for me. A month later, in June 2015 the bed frame started caving in in the center, creating an almost crater in the middle of the bed. I lifted the mattress up to see that the boards that held the mattress up and supported the bed frame were not completely screwed in, and the feet of the bed in the middle were bent out of place and some of them were not even touching the floor. I put everything back in place, used my own screws to screw on the boards into the bed frame and went on my way. This worked for a few nights, and then one night as I was sleeping the mattress just dropped a few inches, making me uncomfortable with sleeping in the bed so I slept on the couch. When I picked up the mattress the next day I saw that the feet of the bed had once again slipped out from under the boards and were no longer holding my bed frame up in the center. Some of the boards were now broken. So once again there was a crater in the center of my bed making it impossible to have a good nights sleep. I called RFL on June 27th, and they told me to e-mail their customer service representative as he was not in that day. I e-mailed them stating my concerns with pictures of the feet that had slipped out and the broken boards. No one ever responded to my e-mail, so I called again and sent another e-mail on June 29th. On June 29th I got a call that they would be ordering parts to fix my bed, and they would come in the mail shortly and they would be able to fix my bed at no additional cost to me. This was great news, and I was happy they were taking such prompt actions and being responsible for a fault product. After all, I weight 140lbs and there is no way my weight could have broken this bed. Two weeks later and I still hadnt heard anything from them, so I e-mailed them again asking when the parts would be delivered and when my bed would be fixed. They told me the parts would be delivered Wednesday and they would get my bed fixed at my earliest convenience. Here it is Friday and I still have not received any word that my parts have been delivered, and my bed is still broken, and I am still sleeping on my couch. Last night I tried sleeping on my bed because I was so sick of sleeping on my couch for a third week in a row, and now I am having horrible back pains from a bed that should have never broken in the first place. So now in addition to spending over $2,000 on a bed frame and bed, I am going to have pay for a chiropractor appointment just so I can get through the day.I am very unhappy with the current customer service I am receiving, and my bed frame is still not fixed after almost three weeks of complaints. I told them at this point I would just be happy with a full refund or full store credit, but they insisted that I get the bed frame fixed instead. Shouldnt they be trying to make the customer happy instead of doing whatever works best or saves them the most money? By simply taking my bed back and giving me store credit I could have had this issue fixed in two days, instead its taken almost a month.... Very unhappy customer.
