They did the obligatory attempt to upsell, which is to be expected anywhere, but when I stated exactly what I was looking for, they didnt keep pushing, which was so refreshing! Worst company wish I would of read reviews prior to going there. Worst customer service. Took my money 8 weeks ago and still not product. And cant get anyone to follow up on it.Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else to do business.

I took a chance on a mattress the salesman showed me a model of and said I was getting for a great deal, turns out it’s not even close to the bed I was shown.Owner refuses to refund and is menacing in conversation, he said they did fourteen thousand in sales yesterday..what’s a hundred bucks back to someone like that to make up for rushed customer service resulting in a bad description of what I was getting.

I ordered furniture on 07-03-2020 online. I knew it would be a few weeks before the furniture would be delivered, however, I still have no furniture. After a month of waiting, I started to call about my order, I was told that someone would call me back. I never received calls back. I continued to call and told them I just wanted a refund. I was told I had to wait that they had to see how to refund my money cause they dont have people place online orders. I was also told it would take 8 weeks for furniture because of the pandemic. Its been 8 weeks. On Saturday 09-05-2020, I was told I had to come to the store with the card I made the purchase with in order to get a refund that only the owner can do refunds. I wanted to go Sunday 08-06-2020 but was told the owner wasnt in on Sundays but I could come Monday. Well I just left there and still no refund or furniture. I have paid over $1,000 and I feel they are stringing me along. Then had the nerve to tell me I had to pay $100 restock fee, not happening. Worst customer service and business ever. I have contact my lawyers and 6 on your side.

On 12/06/19, I purchased 2 beds and 2 mattresses from CLS. Once I got the beds home and set up I realized one of the beds they had loaded was not the one I purchased. I called and spoke to a representative and told them what happened and was told I would get a call back. However with Christmas and guests coming into town I let it go even though I was bothered I never got a call back and the bed I got was cheaper than what I paid for. Fast forward to March, the other bed I purchased broke. This time I personally went in and spoke with the manager who gave me a card and told me to email him pictures and he would get back to me. He also pulled my receipt so he was aware of what I purchased. I sent an email on 3/24 with detailed pictures to the address I was given. On 04/01, I again called and spoke with a representative and was told I would receive a call back shortly. At this time I have not heard back from them and am getting frustrated. If you choose to shop here please be careful and make sure to double check your purchases.

We didnt even get to go in, we called before we went and was told they closed at 4 and to knock loud. We get there and are told they are already working with a group, what are you looking for, and hands me a card to look online. Due to covid they are only allowing a group at a time. We get out of our car to go to the door again after 20 minutes and he comes out to say there is another group ahead of us. Why didnt you say that initially, knowing you were closing in 30 minutes! I had money to spend and was looking to furnish my new house, i feel like they thought we were just looking and werent going to buy.

My boyfriend recently purchased quite a bit from this company, and one of the bed frames he purchased broke. One of the managers advised that he email pictures of the damage, and hed see what he could do. He not only emailed him twice, this manager NEVER emailed back. There was a separate email listed on CLS website, so he tried that one, the email was returned as undeliverable (thats professional)! So, he called them this morning, only to be told that someone else monitors the emails, he would see what the hold up was and call back. No returned call.To say the least, Im incredibly disappointed with this companys customer service!!! We will never go back, and would definitely discourage others from going through CLS as well. Id rather pay a little more and get better service. Shame on you CLS!!!

Worst experience ever, they were all nice and helpful at the beginning. We picked the firmest mattress after trying the display model, and everything was good, until we took it home. the one that they gave us did not match what we tried in their store, its very soft and had 0 support, its basically terrible and I would not even use it for my pet! they refused to cooperate, refused to return or exchange. I am left with sever back pain..if you wanna deal with CLS Direct pray that nothing will go wrong, because if it did, you are on your own!

They have a lot cost model and, for a family business, they really seem to know how to buy and sell as the low price provider for quality items. They have a great selection of furniture for young people at good prices. You can see some furniture in their store, but youre better off looking on their website. If you order, it takes 1-3 weeks to arrive, as per the gentleman that was working the floor. Youre likely to find a mattress and bed youre looking for, as those are more plentiful at the store.Some of the furniture is cheaply made, and is comparable to what you may find at a Big Lots. Some is of better quality. Id recommend this place for someone looking for ok furniture, and not wanting to spend big furniture chain prices.

What a wonderful experience we had with CLS! From the moment we walked into the store to delivery, our service was amazing. We were promptly greeted by George and he worked with us to ensure we found just exactly what we wanted. My daughter was moving into a smaller apartment and he looked at the dimensions of her place to make sure we found a couch that would be the appropriate size. Along with a sectional couch, we ordered a tv stand, headboard and bedside tables. The delivery men showed up exactly within the scheduled time frame. They were very professional and friendly, The bedroom furniture and tv stand required assembly which they were quickly able to do. We will absolutely use CLS direct with our future furniture needs!

Very pleased with our experience. Evan helped us and he was very helpful and not pushy like you experience at most furniture stores. Answered all our questions and let us split our payment(which was $200 less than the same items at Ashley) for our new loveseat and couch. We chose to pick it up when it was delivered to the store and we were told it would be 1-3 weeks for them to get our items in. If that were to change we would get a call. After a week and a half we got a call that our furniture was in and to just give them a call when we were on our way to pick it up. We called and when we showed up all we had to do was sign that we received it and Evan helped us load our furniture into our truck bed and told us if we ever needed help with anything else to come see them again. Very polite and the whole experience was easy and pleasant. Would buy from them again!

Love this place, have bought several things over the years, most recently a dining set and bed frame. Staff is always friendly and helpful without being pushy. I paid for a gel memory foam mattress that the salesman pointed at and said will be “this” in my size in my box, it was a completely different model in the actual box. When called I was told polyfoam is “basically” the same thing. The owner just blocked me on Facebook instead of just making it right lol, real professional like to nickel and dime over a hundred bucks. Be sure to fully open your mattress in the store because who knows what cheap stuff you’ll actually be sent home with..Next day update: I like how they keep saying the owner is going to call me back in a couple of minutes every half hour. To him being there working the whole time..The second pic is what sales told me I was getting in my size, vs the first pic of what I actually got. I would have paid more for my twin, I’m currently buying six mattresses for my home.

My experience with CLS Direct was great! The customer service was easy, provided my furniture with great care and reasonable time. I was surprised how cheap the furniture is. They were able to make great deals with me that helps me with my budget. Especially when Im in college. I would recommend CLS Direct for great deals on new furniture in great condition.

My first experience there was a great one went in to purchase a second mattress and they double the price I was asked what kind of deal was i given and I told him and he said not on that bed I asked him could he look it up and he told me there was impossible for them to look at my receipt. So we could verify the amount. They do have very nice products.

I purchased kitchen cabinets from CLS Direct through Mike Hargraves. Initially this guy was nice and helpful, but after I received the cabinets there were issues. He promised and gave me his word that he would replace the cabinet fronts which were not painted correctly, a drawer that had a staple coming through the bottom and cabinet doors that were warped. The owner Chris Sauter recommended that I go to Sherwin Williams and buy paint to touch up my new cabinets. Can you believe that? Now Mike Hargraves is unresponsive. I have done nothing to deserve this treatment and I wouldnt want anyone else subject to this terrible company. Do not buy from this company!

I was in a hurry not knowing what I wanted and I walked in 10 min until close. I knew I wanted a queen bed, but thats about it. I went in at 11:30 am and my mattress and box spring was delivered to my house at 1pm at no extra charge. The boss man was very sweet as well. Everyone was so friendly. And that he told me that....NO he didnt! I really dont mind paying for it. But its totally ridiculous that it took almost 5months to call me back, just to tell me this! Rating#-1.

Soon as I open it at home and waited for three days to fill up with the air like they instructed, the mattress is still thinner than the one on display at the store. I called 10 minutes are purchasing a bed frame. It was damaged and not put together correctly. The screws were loose and it had a rip along the interior. Called for a return (did not order product as-is) and was told they could send another. When I called back to confirm this I was told I received the only bed like that and nothing could be done. The person I spoke with was very rude and told me I should have planned better. His tone was not PROFESSIONAL. I just called to speak with him on this as he stated HIS GUYS were not going to pick the item up. I stated I would rent a U-haul and bring it back. I was hung up on. Worst customer service, I was talked to like a child and have never been spoken to like that ever. I was not arguing with him and he began to raise his voice. Stay away. You claim to be a small business and local. I think treating the locals better would be a good start.
