DJ was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made the process so simple and easy to understand. I actually felt welcomed in the store. Would definitely recommend for everyone to go look for a new matress there.

My wife and I had an Awesome experience our first time in the store. It was very neat and clean and the Customer Service was phenomenal. The Associate DJ acknowledged us as soon as we walked through the door despite working with customers already in the store. He stated he would be with us soon and feel free to look around. Once we were assisted, he was very knowledgeable about the different products in the store which was very important to us making a final decision. The entire process was a pleasurable experience.

We went in to Mattress Firm to get an idea of current mattresses and prices. We left we a fantastic deal on a great mattress. We are extremely happy with our purchase and experience. Great customer service here...its a long lost skill. It got super busy the moment we walked in and there was only one associate. She didnt miss a beat or show any frustration. She was polite, down to earth, knowledgeable, and quick to get things taken care of for each customer yet respecting each of their needs while she was dealing with them. I texted through my whole shopping experience and purchasing. Everything went great. I dont have my items yet but Im confident Ill be very satisfied. My salesman was very understanding in that it would be very difficult for me to come to the store. So he showed me options and I chose what would work best for me. There’s was only one worker there, but overall, the service was great and the wait wasn’t too long. I recommend visiting this place when considering boxsprings and simple bed frames. I would also recommend this place for people who want quality beds and a good payment plan.

While this store provides excellent service, unlike their Macon street store, and the delivery service was prompt, friendly and on time... this is the last time we will use Mattress Firm. While this is the second time we have bought a bed from you, neither bed provided the degree of comfort they exhibited in the showroom. Since theres a charge equal to about half the price of the mattress, its not worth the hassle to replace it at the store. Fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me. Lesson learned!

Ran my spouse a HARD CREDIT CHECK AFTER STATING IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SOFT CREDIT CHECK....now having to get a lawyer to have it removed from her report against them and the credit company they used and then laughed at us like it was nothing what they did....we lost everything and this was just the cherry on top to another bad business....

Attendant was knowledgeable, but not pushy. Knew when to leave us to test out beds and discuss which one was best for us. Was a very pleasant experience.

Jennifer was very friendly and helpful in choosing a new mattress. She is knowledgeable with each brand and what each offers. She asked questions about how I slept, any medical conditions I may have and any other ailments that may affect my sleep to help aid in choosing a mattress to best suit my needs. However Malaya, made it super easy to understand the different bed types, composition of the mattress etc. all in all I was in and out in about 30 minutes with a new Tempurpedic pro adapt mattress, and three tempurpedic pillows that essentially cost me nothing.
