Keeping this short and sweet,The selection is awesome BUT the customer service should be in the stores dumpster bin out back. Its unnerving to feel like youre being followed because you stand in one spot too long or have two items in your hand at a time! How do they expect you to compare products without picking them up? The selection is so awesome that they will keep majority of it until they close because you cant really walk around an explore the inventory with an employee on your back. Heck, lets walk and talk, that is if you even know about half of the products on the shelf.#We need more born in America, African American black owned businesses.

The staff was very helpful with helping me find the merchandise that I needed. I asked for things and they knew exactly what aisle to direct me to. The aisles are all organized and clean which makes shopping here a nice experience. I will definitely be back again.

I like this store because its NEW, Clean well organized and the check person has remained very focused in assisting me with my check and throws in samples for me when they are available, very patient warm and kind. Always easy for me to get in and out and I like that most. The prices are great for the items I need not just for hair but for the creation of other things so saving me money and being conveniently located is a plus plus I prefer to go there than any other store at this time.

Nice place to go. The price is okay. The staff is friendly and let you shop without bugging you. This place has a lot of selection for hair, jewelry, makeup, and many more. They even carry a mask for a reasonable price. So much hair selection and hair products. My only downfall is hard to get in.

I drive from far for this store best hair store in Columbus Ohio periodt sooooo thankful for them. Most hair stores in Columbus wigs are outdated looking but not here seems like they are keeping up with the up to date trends from WIGS most important for me, to even the many accessories they offer as well !!!! I was having to order all my wigs online & wait forever for em y’all really saved my life with this wonderful store !!! 👍🏽💯😀

This was my visit to Ushr Beauty the staff was very friendly and professional, usually do not shop at no chain beauty supplies store due the disrespect the staff shows customers taking down to them watching them like a hawk!However what I needed was not at my local name beauty supply store, and I must say it was a pleasant experience, I was greeted with a smile and was treated with respect and the other customers where treated with respect also, so far as the prices I was not able to compare my natural hair products because I was looking for hair jewelry and found what I needed.I will compare prices when my products are low, hopefully my next shopping trip will be as pleasant as the first.

I went here yesterday for the first time. They do have a big selection, but their customer service left little to be desired. Staff is kind of rude. Wasnt able to walk around with my wig. Staff had to take it to the register while I continued to shop. Keep you wig and everything in your store. I will not patronize stores that treat their customers like theyre going to steal.

This was my first time buying extensions for my hair and I had no idea what closures how to buy a closure or bundles. But the the cashier was very helpful and was able to lead me to the right direction for the kind of wave I wanted the link that I needed in a closure I needed and it was on sale to so that was a blessing excellent excellent customer service I will be back again.

Black owned business a lot of hair products and hair to choose from and employee were helpful in my search.

You cant try on the wigs. The lady that helped me seemed annoyed and acted like I was a thorn in her side or that I was taking too long to decide. I had actually decided on a wig but the only one left was the one on display. In addition, she and another employee spoke, I believe, African from time to time which made me feel as if they were talking about me. I will not go to this establishment again.

OMG!! Very nice customer service. I needed a very specific wig and two young ladies assisted me until I found what I needed. No attitude, they showed me at least 10 wigs. It was so appreciated. The young man that rang me out was just as nice as the ladies. I am definitely going back there to shop again.

Lots of products. The only thing I dont like about USHR is their return policy. You cannot return anything. Compared to a popular beauty chain that has a very lenient return policy. My concern is hair appliances.

The variety of hair care products is vast here so you should find what you need. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I went to USHR to purchase Toppik hair fibers. They had a better color shade selection than most other stores. When I got it home I was disappointed to find out that although the packaging looks correct, the Toppik I bought from this store was not real. I don’t know where they buy their supply, but they were supplied with fake, counterfeit Toppik. When applied, REAL Toppik shakes out as small color-tinted fibers that grab onto your existing hair and fill in bare spots. The Toppik I got here was a fine, color-tinted POWDER and it was NOT Toppik. It was colored dust. If you look online, you can find You Tube videos showing people complaining of fake Toppik. Counterfeit products are a huge problem for stores and buyers and Toppik is VERY expensive. This particular store, USHR at Refugee and Hamilton, is a clean, pleasant large store with many NICE, KIND staffers. I would have no hesitation about returning to USHR to buy other items. I have no idea where my receipt is or I would have returned it. I threw out the product and I am not going to buy it anymore from anybody. This also happened to me once when I bought some in Florida so that is IT for me and Toppik. I have purchased many bottles in the past that DID work properly. If they are going to stay in business, Toppik needs to come up with a foolproof way to guarantee the buyers end up with authentic product. They can afford to because Toppik charges WAY more than is necessary for what they actually produce. Thank you.

Ok so this most amazing store was the end of a long struggle to find a product that I thought I never get. Recently moved back from California who recently pass prop 65. This law basically banned products thought to be not safe. Long story short I got what I wanted and I dont care if there is any truth in it being not safe. And besides I am using it in way that would not be harmful. Ok now I not saying what it is, however this store had it and so much more. What can I say the employees were great knew exactly what I ask about, the selection was over the top, pricing was like unbelievably fair and all I thought was I am coming back. It felt like being a child in a candy store. Now being that I gave them a four was becuase I did find that some of the merch was not what I thought to be high quality, however it was the large amount of things that did. So in fairness I felt maybe I should not ruin it for any one that wants to check them out. Ill let you be the judge. Its always good to have some elses perception.
