Bianca was an excellent Teacher and Trainer. It’s always scary to pay for education not knowing if it will be beneficial or not. She was very professional and hands on. She gave me a ton of information and guidance. Made sure I was retaining everything and gave me additional business advice. She had models set up for hands on practice and guided me through it. She is a great educator and PMU artist. I would definitely recommend her if your looking to grow or start your PMU career.

Bianca at B-Lashes is amazing!! I had previous tattoo on my eyebrows that was not done well at all and Bianca fixed me and made my brows AMAZING! We had to go through a couple removal sessions then I was able to get them corrected with powder brows. She never fails to make you feel beautiful!

Amazing! I had microblading done for the first time and wasnt sure what to expect. Bianca made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and walked me through everything. I also had my lashes done and I am more than impressed. I have been getting my lashes done for years and have found my lashes being itchy and irritated after every time. The lashes are good quality and soft and make you forget they are even there. I highly recommend!

Wow! I have been to Bianca numerous times and her work is exceptional each and every time!! She makes sure your comfortable throughout the visit, listens to what you want, AND tells you any risk or problem that could happen. You don’t get that everywhere, trust me. I had my eyebrows done within the past two weeks and let me just say this is one of the best decisions made. My eyebrows were just a straight line, wouldnt grow anymore and Bianca gave me a natural look but now I have an arch in my brow❤️❤️ Her shop is super clean and such a relaxing environment. Ive received services from Bianca since January 2017. I had microblading of my eyebrows and was so pleased with Biancas service I came back for lash extensions. Bianca is skilled in her craft and she delivers 100 percent in her services. My brows and lash extensions are beautiful and I have a one stop place for all my beauty needs. Bianca always gives you what you want and is detailed in her work. Her facility is clean and services top notch! If you want to be fabulous B-lashes is the place to go!

Bianca did a WONDERFUL job on my 50% coverage lash extensions!I received so many compliments on how natural they look, even from another establishment that also does lashes. I still can’t believe she was able to find any of my none existent lashes I was born with..😂. Very professional, the room was very relaxing with nice music playing. I will definitely be scheduling to get a refill.

I have had eyelash extensions a couple of times from a few different places and these ones are by far the best I have ever had, even with only getting 50% coverage. They ask a lot of questions to make sure that they are giving you the exact look that you are wanting. The girls were very professional and accommodating, I am 37 weeks pregnant so needless to say it is difficult for me to get into a comfortable position for any period of time but the girls were very helpful and patient as I readjusted my position several times. I went for a very subtle lash look this time and they look fantastic! I will definitely be a repeat customer!I also decided to get my eyebrows waxed after my lash service and they have never looked better! Thanks for the excellent service B-Lashes!!

I had my brows done in August of this year. They are fabulous, Bianca is truly an artist. I had them tattooed twice before and the difference between that and microblading is unbelievable. My husband thinks that they look fantastic. Bianca is a beautiful person inside and out and a true artist.

I have been considering trying eyelash extensions for a long time, especially since I have a lot of allergies to makeup. I LOVE my new lash extensions & wish I had not waited so long! I have only had them a week and at least 5 people have asked me how I get my lashes to look so great. Thanks to Pammy who did a beautiful job!

Absolutely horrible experience. Went here a while back, last year actually. She claimed I had thin lashes and she couldnt put longer lashes on me when I asked for them. Yet when I went to another place they did exactly what I wanted and said my lashes were very healthy and a pretty good thickness. Also she used these heavy lashes my new lash artist calls clusters. These are very bad for lashes I am told! She would blow her air in my face to dry the lashes too with stink on her breath from lunch. Not recommended.

Absolute WORST customer service & eyelashes Ive ever had! I went in needing a refill. She insisted I needed to take them all off and redo them her way...I let her take them all off because they were old. Then afterwards she said it would be $350+ to put them back on... plus $50 since she just removed my old ones... I travel 100% for work and get my lashes done in a new city every month & I have NEVER paid $400+ for lashes.I told her Im so sorry I cant afford that. I had no idea she charged that and it was WAY out of budget for me personally.I was apologizing for taking her time but I cant afford $400 for lashes... I was ready to pay $50 for removal and leave.She said fine I can do something for $200.. which is more inline with what I normally pay for a full set.She got attitude at this point so I was nervous and asked you saw what I came in with, I want long and thick lashes I have a wedding this weekend can you create that same look? If not no worries! I will just pay for the removal.She said yes she can do it the way I like them.She gave me these little sparse spider leg lashes! I could have had better results with mascara.She barley put any on me. And they were NOT long or thick like I have worn for YEARS! If she couldnt deliver what I wanted with her prices she should have told me, I would have respected that and this would be a good review right now.when she went from $400 then said she could do it for $200 I was worried but she reassured me she can do it. she did not...She ushered me out the door and didnt even show me my lashes.. and locked up and left. I got to the car and thought what did I just pay for?!?!I emailed her and was letting her know I was not happy with my lashes & its know where close to what I asked for and came in.She Refused to fix them. She said $200 gets me half lashes... again she should have told me BEFORE performing the service. She was only given by 25% coverage. Especially since I voiced my concerns before she even started!That half coverage was closer to 25% definitely not worth $200 in my opinion. I had to put strip lashes over them for the wedding that weekend & all the lashes fell out within a week and a half.She was so rude and unprofessional. Emailing meSeveral times a day saying unprofessional things because I was unsatisfied with her work.I will never go back to B-Lash! In my option I was WAY over charge for the lashes I received and when I was not happy she became extremely unprofessional and called me names and refuse to rectify the situation.I cant recommend B-Lash.

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Bianca and they are beautiful. I love them!!!! She did a fantastic job. She made me feel very comfortable and like I was listened to. I was worried about the pain but after the numbing cream it was not bad at all. It just felt like I was having my eyebrows tweezed. No more filling in my brows because they look perfect all the time. Definitely recommend her 😊

Wasn’t quite sure what to expect my first experience with extended eyelashes Bianka was very personable hearing and listen to my needs and wants unfortunately I had damage my eyelashes from different experimenting of lashes but she listen to me and took very good care of me my experience with her was very very comforting one of the best customer service experience iIve had and I’ve been in customer service for a Humber of years I’d like to thank her for her time and patience and her professionalism Not to mention how gorgeous my lashes look again thank you and I recommend and everyone take time to visit her my next outing I’ll be getting my eyebrows done

The first time I ever went to Bianca was for a full set of eyelash extensions (my very first eyelash extension experience) before attending a wedding overseas. To sum up how that went, well, that appt was in 2014 ......and as of today, I havent missed a refill appointment yet. I started with every 4wk refills and quickly learned that I cant live without Biancas services. After trying the beautiful and still natural volume silk/mink lashes, I couldnt stop. I see Bianca every 2 - 2.5 weeks for volume refills. The quality of Biancas products and consistent amazing skill has made me a very happy girl. I cannot even imagine someone else doing my lashes. Its been a little over 1.5 yrs now since I had Bianca microblade my brows and I was once again happily shocked how pleased I was with the results. Bianca truly has an eye to know exactly what I will most likely fall in love with and to a degree which is natural and not overboard. I have been sitting in her client chair when new clients have walked in asking for help after being unhappy with lash services elsewhere. Regarding lashes, so many people dont realize that you cant fix something PROPERLY without trying to start with as fresh a clean slate as possible. Thats why its best to remove lash extensions from a previous business who you were unhappy with, before applying new lashes from a new business. My experiences with Bianca these past years have been nothing but positive! Thank you Bianca for making me feel so beautiful. You have amazing skillful hands!

Well I cant say how well Bianca does lashes. But she was COMPLETELY, OBNOXIOUSLY rude to me.I recd a fraudulent charge on my debit card Monday to the tune of $1350.00 out of my small business account. When i called them about it and sent a pic of my online banking transactions ( because NO ONE has a paper statement from Mondays transactions yet) i was met with snickering on the other end of the call. a rude phone call saying I was trying to scam her! Her Immediate response to my email was Buy Felicia REALLY?? How professional. I proceeded to try to explain to her that if she didnt scam me, then shes a victim too. She still was insistant I was the scammer even after i gave her my bank contact info. ANYWAY, just be careful if you do business with these guys. Their security has been compromised and Bianca doesnt seem concerned about finding the source. By the way, I have a legitimate business in Louisiana that is on google and facebook. I have a presence in my community just like B lashes. I dont know why she is so blind to think I was the scammer. Got my money back this a.m. so I just wanted u customers to be aware.
