Where I get all my hair and beauty supplies....I love it here!!!

I am African man, who is new to the US environment and products. I got a product for my hair at 2-U Beauty and Fashions at Columbus, after more than a month failed trials from other stores I have accessed.

If you decide to shop here, USE CASH, instead of a debit or credit card.Though I did purchase some quality hair from them, my debit card was WRONGFULLY CHARGED for a separate transaction that I did not complete at their store.I asked for a refund, but I was denied on three separate occasions, after presenting proof of purchase, bank statements, waiting 5 business days, and awaiting their owners approval.I filed a dispute with my bank, and have yet to be successful.

Walled out.... Glad I dont use any unnatural hair products. Super glad my girl chose to not spend her money with such rude business owners. I knew better when there was no bathroom available.

They are the friendliest & most helpful people you will ever meet in a beauty supply store. The selections & prices cant be beat by anyone.

Extremely rude owners (Korean lady & her Caucasian husband)! I went in to purchase a wig. After debating on whether or not I wanted to purchase the wig, I asked the owner (the husband), if I could look at the wig again. He gave me this annoyed look and sighed. After his actions, Id permanently made up in my mind that I was NOT going to purchase the wig. This is not the first issue Ive had with common courtesy in this store from him or his wife. However, this is definitely the final straw. They will not have my business anymore. I would NOT suggest anybody spend their money with these people. They watch you as you shop as if youre up to no good, and their prices are ridiculously spiked compared to other stores. Please spend your money elsewhere.
