I would recommend university flower shop any time! I had a situation where I needed a same day surprise flower delivery and they accommodated me without problem. In rush, while placing the order I gave then the old (wrong) address. Ricky and the team reach out to the company receptionist (it was a delivery to the business) got a new address and delivered the flowers without ruining the surplice.If you need a reliable flower shop call them. Used to work on OSU campus and always loved stopping in to pick up a bouquet to surprise my wife on the way home from work. The staff are often students at OSU who study horticulture and do amazing work.Other shops I worked with in the past always left me feeling a bit underwhelmed or overpriced to the point that the value didnt seem right.Trust me, go in, tell them a price range you want to work with, and they will make you something that looks more amazing than you could have dreamt up.Plus, your S/O will think you have the best flower game in town (which you will when you go here).

Bought a reasonably priced Sunflower bouquet for my girlfriends birthday. The flowers were fresh and well arranged. The ladies working were very helpful and kind, and even included some extra flowers at no added cost. Definitely my go-to florist in the campus area!

I called from Ontario, Canada to check if it was possible to order flowers to be delivered to a friend in Columbus for the May 30/31 weekend. Rick assured me that yes either one of his locations could indeed do this, even in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic! He was helpful in directing me to the on-line catalogue, which featured photos and excellent descriptions of many different arrangements. I picked out a first choice (and two others just in case those particular flowers were not available). I also asked for small white dove flower pic to be inserted into the arrangement. Rick was gracious and helpful in listening to what I wanted and gave great suggestions. The arrangement was delivered (I had the tracking number and tracked it) and a confirmation of delivery was sent to my email address. My friend later told me that the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! and the delivery person was very courteous. I will definitely be ordering floral items from this business again.

We order from this florist all the time. I have never been disappointed with half dead flowers in bouquets, thin bouquets, or items not as pictured showing up at our events. They have also been very timing in their deliveries and if anything is wrong they make it right. Great people to work with.

Rick was wonderfully helpful from beginning to end; and the arrangement was beautiful.

I order a dozen balloons 10 days before I needed them. The day before they called and said they do not have the correct color I asked for. Then 8 minutes before I was supposed to pick them up, I received a call that they would not be ready for another hour! Finally we arrived and some of the balloons still hadn’t been blown up! The manager was very rude on the phone and refused to think this was an issue. We only received $10 off the order only after we continued to complain. I try to support local businesses, but this is one I will no longer be supporting.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service of University Flower Shop. My boyfriend had a flower arrangement delivered to me at work last week. While the flowers were gorgeous I was shocked when he showed me a picture of what the arrangement was actually supposed to look like compared to what was delivered. The arrangement was missing small spray roses and did not appear as full as the advertised arrangement. My boyfriend reached out to the shop about his concerns and was both dismissed and blamed even after showing photos of what he ordered compared to what was delivered. He was told that they made substitutes, but they clearly did not. There was no additional roses or other flowers added to the arrangement. Furthermore, he was told they did what they could because it was a same day rush delivery. As far as I am concerned their guarantee of if for any reason you are not complely satisfied we will make it right doesnt hold true. We will never order from this shop again as they cannot be trusted to deliver what they promise.

Always courteous and go out of the way to make it perfect. Cant get any better than that these days when just about every other businesses are from big box stores who really dont care.

They provided flowers for our family at a very sad tine and were very supportive, will definitely call them again, hopefully at a happier time.

I recommend them highly! Incredibly helpful, especially Marilyn, when I called in a delivery order for my daughter at the end of June. Despite it already being after noon and I had bad cell service that dropped the call a couple times, she never got frustrated with me and went above and beyond to design a beautiful arrangement and to ensure it was securely delivered to where my daughter worked on OSU campus that same day. With two daughters at OSU, I have used them for deliveries many times the past few years and they always do a super job! I recommend them highly!
