Wonderful experience at the Easton Sur La Table location. I came in looking for a new chef’s knife/ santuko for daily use in my home kitchen. Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable as I tried out several different options until I found the right fit. The Shun kitchen knife I picked out is great and should last many years. Would recommend!

I do Instacart deliveries, delivered here today and I’m not sure why a commercial business would completely stiff me on a tip. Very inconsiderate, will avoid delivering here at all costs.

Ive had two really decent class experiences (one was a gift, and I purchased the second) and the instructors have been very helpful, competent, and engaging. The assistant staff helps keep things clean and convenient. The cookware and misen en place has been ready to go, with minimal equipment fussing during the session with the exception of some unsharp knives.Theres discounts on in-store purchases and your next class after class. I purchased one of the Scanpans after the first class after getting to use one during the class. It has quickly become my favorite pan and Im glad for the trial run, because theyre kinda pricey.Store staff seems knowledgeable, and great service.

Due to Covid class sizes are limited to 8, so book online to save a seat. Unfortunately, youre unable to enjoy your meal there so instead they instruct you on how to reheat or finish what ever youve made at home. I took the class by myself and had enough food to make a meal for 4 and have left overs.Everything was measured out for us when we go there. Only thing I really had to do to prep was chop the veggies. The teacher was informative. I think this class was really great for people who maybe dont have a lot of experience cooking. Or good for someone who cooks a lot but maybe wants to try and master a recipe. Ive made pasta before but it didnt come out near as good as when I made it here. It gave me the opportunity to try out a pasta rolling machine with out having to buy one. Definitely worth buying one by the way if youre wondering.With our pasta we made a flavorful Bolognese sauce and a side salad. The teacher packaged up all of our stuff for us once we were done and sadly my vinaigrette didnt make it into the bag and I didnt notice until I was getting ready to set the table. I luckily had most of the ingredients at home or some variation of the sort so I whipped up a new batch but was not as good as the original. So highly suggest you check your bag to make sure its all there.Also, you do get a 10% discount that you can use the day of class in store.Aprons were provided. I suggest wearing comfy shoes since youll be standing for approx 2 hours give or take some time.

Above and beyond Customerservice by the staff from Sur La Table at Easton location. Went in to buy some stuff and was paying with me gift card. The 3rd party gift card system was down but the store employee James was apologetic and promised to drop off my purchases at my home once the system comes back online. This is a superb service. 5+ star rating.James deserves a employee of the award and a pay hike.

The sushi class we took was really fun! Is love to go take another class. Theyre pretty pricey but the classes are small and the chef/teacher is right there helping each person or group personally. Id absolutely take another class here.

I cant say enough good things about this place. I dont just hand out 5 star ratings very often, but I would give Sure la Table 6 stars if possible.The customer service, knowledge and friendliness of the staff is a refreshing change from most brick and mortar shops of today. In fact, these attributes are what will keep me making the hour-long drive here rather than sit at home and order something online.Ive taken 5 cooking classes at Sure la Table and its been a blast. It doesnt matter if youre a beginner or an experienced chef; the instructors are engaging and patient. Furthermore, they make sure nobody is left out. If youre looking for a really unique date idea, I highly recommend attending a class here. By the way, you can bring your own bottle of wine!The store manager, Jim, went WAYYYYY above and beyond to make something right for me. This guy just gets it when it comes to customer service. I give him all the credit for assembling such an awesome team. The culture that he has created in this store is evident in every person and interaction Ive witnessed here.In a world thats seemingly forsaking the art of customer service, the folks at Sure la Table are definitely taking a rebellious approach! Keep up the good work, guys. Youve earned a customer for life with me.

I attend the NYE date night cooking class 2019. Overall it was a fun experience. My only critique is that once the meal you prepare is ready to be eaten they have no seating so you are forced to stand and eat at your station while the staff around you are running around cleaning up your stations and getting ready for the next cooking class to arrive..I felt rushed and it wasnt the date night I had envisioned.

I have never purchased from this store, therefore I cannot speak on the quality of their products. Although, I would definitely come back and make a purchase based on my experience with their employees today. I was looking for cannoli forms EVERYWHERE, and saw online that they sold them at their store. I spoke to one woman asking where to find them, and she brought me to another gentleman who said they had sold out this morning. But then he offered suggestions on other stores that sell them and that lead me to find them at Marshall’s/Home Goods of all places! Lol. I laughed because I would have never thought to check there had he not said it. So thank you thank you to the employees who helped me today! :)
