Love Einstein Brothers! My kids love the potato bagels but I think they have discontinued those so we’re very sad about it. I’m hoping they bring them back. Their bagels are always fresh.
Asked for a bagel with a salmon schmeare. I did get it, but the gal shoved a card reader in my face instead of taking the card. I had to turn the light on to see, then wanted me to give her a tio or something with the card reader.To boot, my bagel had onion on it and had to toss it after the first bite nearly $4 out the window. I will NOT be back. That dried onion taste is terrible. Tt has been nearly 4 hours and I can still taste it. YUCK
Every time I come through here, the staff is extra nice and my order is accurate and fresh. I know with the staff shortage, a lot of food service workers are becoming stressed and losing their level of customer service, but not these wonderful people. I wish they were open later than 2pm!
Swung through around 11 on a Tuesday. Purchase was quoted at $6.99. At the window they swiped my card, and displayed a tipping option to me, which is kindve odd for a drive thru, but whatever. As i drove off I realized they had put a bag of chips in with my food, and charged me extra beyond the $6.99 for them. Sketchy, window dude, veryy sketchy
Most of the time I love this place! Their cold brew coffee is so yummy and their bagel sandwiches are the best. Today I showed up 40 minutes before 2pm and they gave my whole meal cold. Egg bite & hash brown totally cold. Sandwich was slopped together. By time I got to the window it was 20 minutes before closing because of the line, and the cashier made a comment about the sudden line. I get it was a rush for them but that shouldn’t mean I pay for cold food…. I already waited 15 minutes, I would’ve been happy to wait another 2 for warm food!Overall I love the place but that didn’t sit well with me!
Staff is awful and slow. I asked for no bacon, watched them type it in and when I got my sandwich it was still there so I couldnt eat it. On top of that they turn off the phones so even if you do try and call them, you get nowhere. Stay away.
Good friends from here over many years of service Einsteins Bros. Bagels providing wonderful coffee, restaurant food, and desserts. Clean, friendly, fast, tastes good, and giving.

GREAT BAGELS...QUICK SERVICE but sometimes that customer service is lacking in politeness. Still it isnt so bad that Id go to their rival (the P place) which is just a couple blocks down the way. BRING PUMPKIN CRUNCH BAGELS BACK THIS YEAR...PLEASE!!!

A Christmas tradition I grew up with was having lox and bagels (among other yummy delicious food) on Christmas morning before opening gifts at my parents home. So, this year, just the 2 of us because of the pandemic, we picked up some fresh bagels at Einstein Brothers on Sawmill. We were greeted as if we were going to have a huge order (1/2 dozen bagels). The bagels were still warm after getting home. Tomorrow will be a delicious breakfast with amazing bagels.Thank you for the amazing smiles and wonderful customer service.Merry Christmas and stay healthy!
Every time I go through the drive-through it is exceptionally slow. Today was even worse. I’m not in a big rush but like to get to a meeting a little early. I see there is only one car in front of me and so I get in the drive-through. It takes 15 minutes to get my food. And when I get it, I’m on the freeway I open up the order, and it’s not even mine. So frustrating. Just go to Starbucks.
Always nice staff. My sandwiches always come out great! Coffee order is correct. Can’t ask for more.
I love the food, but the workers are INCREDIBLY rude almost always. I’ve been eating here for almost twenty years and have always felt this way, but recently I had a ten week old puppy I couldn’t leave in the car alone and the drive thru was dangerously backed up onto the main road, so I brought him inside (holding him) to get to-go and halfway through ordering a female worker rudely told me I had to leave, not even trying to be kind or apologetic and not letting me finish my order. I hope they consider the type of people they continue to hire.
Be prepared to wait a long time
You do not have a canopy on the drive thru order speaker and yesterday it was raining terribly! We had done an app order and so we did not stop at the speaker but drove to the window. The employee came to the window, did not greet us and had this look of disgust in her face. I quickly explained to her that we were just picking up the order and the reason we did not stop at the speaker! She walked away and came back with our order and quoted ‘ for your reference, in the future you need to stop..etc, etc’ don’t know if she could not understand what I had explained to her so i repeated myself and she again repeated to me that next time we had to stop.. I totally understand but I was not placing an order at the window.. she wasted more time with her attitude and referencing than simply turning around and getting my order. No other time I would just drive to the window but I was going to an event and did not want to go drenched. Rude and disgusting attitude!

I got the farmhouse breakfast sandwich and it was literally the best breakfast sandwich Ive ever had in my ENTIRE life. Can you guys PLEASE PLEASE build more locations? I live far from sawmill unfortunately and the other location says temporarily closed ? We went inside because the drive thru line was long and got our food within 3 mins! Workers all very kind!

Its alright. Staff are friendly. Food is a bit overpriced for what it is. I would only go with a coupon or discount of some type and even then Ive skipped it. I had a coupon for three free bagels that I didnt even use. Ive been going on Mondays after I leave from work (I work 3rd shift on the weekends) and getting the bakers dozen deal but it really hasnt been worth it. $7 for 13 bagels and they are always their own variety pack. Some always go to waste because my family doesnt care for all the flavors. Maybe if it was a bakers dozen of three or four preselected flavors it would be more appealing.
Staff is so nice and will laugh with you. I havent gotten the persons name, but whoever is working the window is wonderful and so kind! Food is good and coffee is always right!
Review has nothing to do with the food, Foods great! For as much money as this place rakes in, how can they not upgrade their drive thru speaker? I bet 90% of this business is drive thru customers. Again another slightly messed up order cause we can’t really hear what their saying back to us. Sounds like whoever’s talking to you is standing in a crowded hallway, during a tornado.
Amazing staff and food but there bagels are alittle pricey compared to other places. A raisin bagel with peanut butter is over $4 and other places are around $3 or even $2 but the staffs amazing. The line is pretty ling alot too about 15 to 20 mins most times if not at 6am
I love this place but i order my favorite cinnamon sugar bagel with cream cheese and this morning my bagel tastes like onions and cinnamon this has happened before and I let it g. Maybe next time i’ll get the cream cheese on the side or go to Mcdonald’s

Literally in the drive thru as I type this. One order drive thru. Cannot place two separate orders like literally any other drive thru place in the world. Worker was rude. Name tag said Crystal, shift manager. YIKES. During COVID, I do not want to go inside and would rather wear my mask in the drive thru. So I ordered my boss’s lunch and will have to go somewhere else for my own.
You gotta keep an eye on them because they tend to cheat you on the rewards.
I’ve gone to this location since they originally opened in the 90s. Never once have I had a bad experience at this location 👍

Used to love going to Einsteins. They have great tasting bagels, fair priced and perfect option for fast vegan food. Unfortunately I wont be going there anymore after they discontinued one of the two vegan smears they have which is hummus and avocado. Please be considerate of diet needs. Not everyone can have dairy and avocado tastes like nothing on a bagel..

Love the food here however I was disappointed last time I went. I got a 20% off my purchase coupon and the employee said she couldn’t use it because my total wasn’t at least $20. However NOTHING on the coupon in the fine print says that or indicates that there is a price minimum, so false advertisement on their part. Just a bummer.

The food is delicious, however, it is sad when they don’t give the same portions sometimes I get a very thing layer on my Lighten up bagel which is ridiculous. I haven’t had a problem with the staff. I go through the drive through and they’re pretty quick!

I love Einstein Bagels. I recently relocated to this area that has one not too far away. I dont think there is a better Bagel out there. I love, love, love them! I recently visited my favorite Bagel Place. They offer the best apple cinnamon bagel Ive ever eaten. Many wonderful menu choices. HINT. Shop early for apple cinnamon bagels...they sell out fast!
Awkward and inconvenience! I ordered my food from the app. When I pulled up at the exact time I placed the order for pick via drive thru. I was told to go back around and use the speaker, instead of circling the building to go back through the drive thru. I decided to go into the store where I did not feel welcome nor did they make it easier for me to get my order. I will not be going back to this location.
Normally this place is great, today was the worst customer service experience Ive had at a drive thru. Person operating the window drive thru was rude and short. No friendly Hello or Have a good day that we usually get at the location. This person was also on their cell phone the whole time. And handed our food upside down to us.

I cannot even begin to describe how delicious the food is here!! Although a tad on the expensive side, these bagels are amazing. Their breakfast sandwiches, particularly the Farmhouse is SO GOOD. They also now sell Caribou coffee drinks, which havent been seen in Ohio in sometime. The shop is made from an old bank, giving it a unique design. With friendly employees, short wait times, and amazing food, its definitely worth the price.
Their drive thru is pretty quick even when the line is long. I always get the albacore tuna bagel with chips. I always ask for no onion. When I order inside, they still add the onion and sometimes the cashier doesnt understand what bagel I want so I repeat it again. Taste wise, the bagel is really good.

Had their signature Spinach, Mushroom with Swiss cheese and two eggs for breakfast. It was delicious! Fast service and a clean place. Highly recommended! And oh! The Hot Caribou Mocha was perfect to go with the bagel sandwich.
A weekend staple, Einstein’s never disappoints. They can get super busy with the drive-thru, but I’m still never disappointed in the wait time. They’re well-staffed and efficient. Coffee is always good, bagels are always fresh and generously topped. Try the Six Cheese or Apple Cinnamon bagel!
One of my favorite breakfast places.
This was my first time at this location and it was not too bad. The outside parking lot area and building is a little bit run down looking from the street but aside from that it is very neat and clean on the inside and the overall area is safe. Easy access to and from the freeway with lots of shopping in the local area and a big parking lot all the way around the building making it easy for those with larger vehicles or campers. I think its a good location and I will return in the future and recommend it to others as well.
Very tasty, quick and friendly. The breakfast bagel sandwiches were freshly made and hot. First time there, but will not be my last.

I love this place! They make the best bagels - so many varieties. They also have sandwiches & a good selection of pastry items. I really like their coffee too. The staff at the Sawmill location has always been really friendly.

The latte is the only reason they get 3 stars.It took 15 minutes (they really were not busy) for a bagel with avocado smeared on it and a hash brown side and when I got it it was genuinely cold. Not worth the price or wait.

I received an email that my rewards were expiring so I placed a mobile pick up order for an ice cold brew and there was no option to use the reward for flavor shot so i ended up paying 250 and not getting very disappointed
Super busy inside and in the drive through but the food was amazing. I got the albacore tuna salad on the ancient grain bagel and it was fantastic. 5/5 would recommend.
I do like the food here which is the only reason Im not giving it one star, but unfortunately will most likely not ever be going back due to the extremely slow service and the appalling experience I had last time I went. I placed a pickup order on my way to work and the girl asked when I would like to pick it up. I told her and she said no problem.I get there at the agreed upon time just to find out that they hadnt even started to make my order and didnt actually start to make it until about 20 minutes after I had been sitting there and about 30 min after placing my order on the phone. Obviously I was now late to work.When I said something to the manager he was 0% apologetic and quite literally told me that my business wasnt a priority and that it doesnt matter when I was told my order would be ready or when I placed it, because he views pickup orders as cutting in line. You tell me how this is a proper way to treat a paying customer?? If you cant manage pickup orders then dont take them. Simple as that. Dont lead your customers on with false promises about when their orders will be ready making them late for work, then insult them on top of it. Placing a pickup order is not cutting in line. Youre literally placing yourself in line when you place your order over the phone. Its up to the business to manage expectations and let customers know when they can have it ready for them. This is common sense and something that almost every other restaurant in this city has no problem executing, including mom and pop restaurants around here.The current manager here is arrogant, incompetent and extremely unprofessional. I will only consider going back here if this company wants to reach out and offer an apology to me and the other commenter on here who also had a terrible experience with this manager, letting us know he has been fired and that your customers actually matter to you.
Honey Almond cream cheese was amazing! My kids are such picky eaters-and especially for new places. They loved their food and ate every bite! Cant wait to go back

Just when I thought I couldnt like Einstein Bros any more, I moved from Auburn, AL to Dublin, OH. This team here at the Sawmill Road location is nothing short of fantastic. I love the ease of access to this store as well as the high quality foods and coffees they serve- so I use them quite often as a meeting place for friends and business interactions. They have been more than accommodating to me and the Manager named Dwayne went out of his way to make sure I was not only welcomed but felt at home. Thanks Dwayne, and the team at Einstein Bros of Dublin. You guys have my vote and Ill be coming back to hang out very soon!

Nice bagel and coffee shop. Decent place to meet up with friends and associates. Very friendly staff and counter workers. Bagels are fresh, but they are a little stingy with the spreads. I do like the see through boxes they use for carry out. Lots of choices of bagels and spreads. So many, that several are available, but only a few are advertised.

In Dublin for the day and stopped in on a whim because Id never been to one before. My sandwich was excellent and loved the coffee. Employees were prompt and courteous. Will return next time I am in town.

Staff is completely arrogant and rude. There is no option to select cream cheese on the side thru their app, so I requested it when I arrived. Staff was totally unhelpful and acted hideously. I will be calling corporate to complain.

Below is my old review of this place. This is no longer the case. They dont hire people who actually care. Drive through times have LITERALLY been 30 minutes sometimes. Anymore, this place is delivering fast service at 15 minutes. Just for a bagel and coffee in a drive through!?!?! This place has really gone downhill. Tim Hortons is just north of 270 on Sawmill and Hard rd, or Starbucks is just south of this place. This place has made me late for meetings and classes while still screwing up my orders. Dont bother wasting time here. Go somewhere else.This place is wonderful! I literally go here every day. Though other people seem to complain, it also looks like they didnt actually discuss their issues with the store manager. When they make a mistake they are ALWAYS more than accommodating.1/1/18 EDIT:I sat in the drive through for a half hour today. My fiance still insists on coming here, but this will be my last trip. Absolutely ridiculous that in a half hour, the kids they have running this place cannot get the order correct, and then hearing them refusing to make a drink. I cannot tolerate these millennials wasting my time. After waiting another five minutes on them to decide who was going to remake the drink, they brought it over. After all of this, they still forgot some of the order. Seriously, for the price and time it takes to get anywhere here, you might as well go to a sit down restaurant where they understand what customer service means. I truly wish I could give them less than one star on here.

The food is great! The drive thru has never taken me less than 20 minutes though. Literally the slowest service I have ever seen. I have to plan my schedule around sitting in the line for 20-40 minutes every single time. I wish it didn’t take this long because I live really close to here and I love the food, I would come here all the time if it was quicker.
Their food deserve four stars. However the drive through service has serious issues. This morning (07/05/2017) the host in the drive through used a faint voice murmuring to deal with my order. I even already knew what I need, but she was upset by I did not let her finish her question: do u need any chips or soups ..... This drive through is supposed to provide fast, efficient and decent service. Her reluctant attitude, unprofessional manner, and mean service disqualify her to be an employee in this store.
Fresh bagels. Spinach florentine, jalapeno cheddar bagel options are really good. Place is always busy and is very well maintained.

Good spot for fresh bagels. I am a fan of the everything bagels here, but the selection of bagels and spreads here are diverse. I keep searching for a good bagel here in Columbus and these are OK, I guess its just not a bagel town.
