This place is constantly amazing! An employee there even helped me get to the school that I am working at now because she informed me of a job fair for the district a few years ago. Always knowledgeable and helpful!

Had a great experience at the Polaris store. I was having trouble with purchasing off the website so I went in the store. Cody immediately greeted me and listened to the issue I was having. He then looked at my list and took me around the store to fill my order. Great Customer Service!

EXCELLENT customer service from start to finish!! First time customer and I was blown away from the customer service alone. Called in to inquire about a toy and they had one left. Did not think they would hold it for me because it’s 2 days before Christmas, but nope they did!! When I arrived to the store I was greeted by my NAME!! All the staff were SUPER friendly!! I was offered to sign up for their rewards program. I received a small gift for signing up. I received a 20% off coupon to use on my next visit. I know my son will love the toy because it has 5 star reviews! Overall, I am a very happy first time customer 🙂

Great teaching supply store!

We visited for the first time after a friend told us about this store! We saw multiple toys we are interested in, some for now and some for the future. The prices are a little higher but these are toys that will last and actually teach the children skills. They also have a reward membership with coupons! Otherwise the store was very clean and the people working there were friendly.

Great selection. Great products. And very helpful staff. We had some questions about one of the items and they were willing to open the package for us to make sure the item we were buying was what we wanted.

Huge supply of teaching materials for many ages. I teach 5th grade and I was able to find the things I needed. Only problem is that I feel many of the supplies are centered towards elementary more than middle or high school.

Great store for parents and kids. Lakeshore bills itself as a store for professional educators, but its a great place for parents and kids. They have interested staff who will help you find whatever youre looking for; and when I was in there most recently the staffer actively played with my kids in their interactive area without once pushing for a sale.Their prices are maybe a touch high, but seem fair. Weve bought a lot of educational, edu-play, and recreational material there, and weve been satisfied with the quality of all of it.

Great variety of books, construction toys, art supplies - the layout is a bit tight if youre wanting to bring a stroller, but there are lots of creativity-oriented toys that you wont find in a megastore.The biggest con, as with any store of this type, is price - and on many items, it cant compete with whats available online - so youll have to decide how principled you are on supporting brick and mortar (this is a chain, not an independent store, if that matters).

Great place to take kids! Large selection of learning materials mostly for pre K-5 grade children. Very friendly staff!

Good Collection for Kids learning

Whatever you do, never give them your cell phone number. They will spam you with text messages. And replying STOP will not change that. Their messages all say reply stop to stop notifications, but they never stop.
