Want to express a huge THANK YOU to Teddy Bibbs for his exemplary customer service to me this week. Unfortunately, I ran over a very large screw that punctured my tire - but, I was able to drive my vehicle to Tires First in hopes of getting it repaired quickly. This is where Teddy comes into play. He was extremely courteous and professional - and assured me he would get me take care of. In what seemed like no time, my tire had been repaired and I was able to get back out to completing the errands that I had lined up for the day! THANKS AGAIN TEDDY!!!

We were looking for someone that had nitrogen because our tires were low. Tires 1st we were told had what we needed. When we arrived there was no place to park. We had to drive around for a while before we got a parking space. When we finally got inside a man told us that we just needed to drive around back and someone would fill us up. We drove around back and this nice girl filled our tires. She wasn’t even going to charge us but I gave her $5. which she refused but I insisted that she take it. Nice place but very busy which stands to reason. They must be really good at what they do.

Very disappointed. Prices are competitive. Gary was excellent. However, they have huge quality control and assurance issues. I needed new tires for my two trucks, an F150 and a 250. Big, expensive tires. They ordered the tires. Came in for my F250 and they installed the tires in about 5 hours. Tire pressure is completely different on each tire. Difference of as much as 20 lbs. Balance was nowhere to be found.Next day I bring my F150. About 4 hours later they informed me that only two tires came in. I had to come back next day. OK, another problem. I go home and had a flat tire a few miles away, on one of the new tires! They did not sealed it to the wheel or checked it before releasing the vehicle back to me.Well, Im very annoyed at this point. I called them and they just said, we will check it tomorrow when you come back. They asked me to be there first thing in the AM (7:30 AM) so they could install the other two tires that they did not get on the first day.Well, Im there just before 7:30 AM. I see no movement on my vehicle until about noon. Finally, around 1:30 PM they gave the vehicle back to me with the new tires. Tire pressure, once again, different on each tire.They charged me the full price (over $2,300 for both trucks), not much of an apology.I want to support local businesses but with service like this, and a total lack of quality assurance/control, I will not be going there again.

I absolutely love this shop. I’ve been using them for years now. They have always given me a good deal, completed quality work and communicated well. They give me affordable options for my tires but also answer my questions about better performance. Every repair has been done without issue and completed on time. I never feel pressure to be up sold, like at the dealership. When I have an urgent need, like tire damaged, they fit me in and get me back on the road quickly.

The customer service was good, but unfortunately the workmanship was not. Had to go back twice because the wrong valve stems were installed and leaking. When the third stem went bad I took my business elsewhere. This happened with in 2 weeks of install. 2 stars because only 2/5 wheels were done correctly.

Hate to say it, but I cannot speak highly of Tires First. I bought some expensive wheels and tires a couple months ago.Problem 1 - they didnt order all 5 wheels like they should have and had to reorder the 5th.Problem 2 - on the evening of the day they were put on for me, I drove to a local store and before parking, I heard a clanking in the lugs nuts cap. Took it off to find that the lug nuts were not tightened down and 2 had fallen off. I had to check all the other wheels that evening at home.Problem 3 - This morning after dropping my son off at school, dropped one of my tires (still on the wheel which I removed myself at home) off to have a screw puncture repaired. I asked if I left it with them (roughly 8am) would they be able to fix the tire by 3:30 this afternoon? Oh yes, no problem. Later this afternoon, picked my son up from school, went to get the tire (3:30) and they hadnt even touched it.The time I take to drop off and pick up the tire is time that I need to be at home working. I drove all the way from Phenix City to bring you my business. If you cant get it done by the time you promise, dont promise it!I think Tires First USED to be the place to go in Columbus for tire care. But feels like they have fallen wayyy off.

Spent $800 on new brakes and rotors and got the warranty on everything. When my wife picked up the vehicle and got on the highway the brake pedal went to the floor and she almost rear ended another car. Took it back and and they re-worked it, but it still didnt brake like it was supposed to. After this a clicking noise started in the front wheel and then it started pulling to the left when braking hard. Took it back and they told me Now it needs calipers, (not covered under the warranty), and that will be another $750. Ive been going here for 20 years, but never again. These people have sunk to the level of know every trick car repair. Not with my money.

Let me tell you of my experience with Tires First. While passing through Columbus, Georgia with family to PCB for vacation got low tire press warning. After visually confirming which tire appeared low & unable to find a working air compressor at several gas stops. I searched Google Maps for tires & first hit was Tires First of Miller Road. It said it closed in 40mins. I called & explained my predicament & they said bring it in. After arriving there about 15 min till noon (closing time on Saturday), I unloaded family & they worked it PAST closing time. Fixed the leak & then had the nerve not to charge me a dime! Dont see this kind of service anywhere anymore, except in Columbus, Georgia at Tires First. Thank you so much. Support this kind of great service people.

Couldnt do the required repair do to model of vehicle and then damaged my supplied part didnt give me my remaining parts back very unprofessional. And also got grease on interior and exterior.

My husband and I spent nearly $500 for 2 tires, a rotation and an alignment. 1st they called before I even brought my vehicle in talking about a jeep I dont own because another person with the same first name came in. This had me nervous because checking a name should be easy. My husband didnt have any other issues after getting up there and having the work performed. This morning I get in my car to go to work and check tire pressures. My tires should be at 35 psi per the door panel. I had 4 different tire pressures one was at 44 psi and another at 29. How do I have 4 different pressures immediately after tire services. This should be the easiest thing to get right. So I call this morning and spoke with I believe JD. He seemed really annoyed that I even called to bring this to his attention at all. Im sorry but if I cant trust a tire shop to put the correct tire pressure in my tires how will I have any trust for them to repair something significant should the need arise. I wasnt asked my name or anything. He had every opportunity to be courteous and apologetic but I perceived attitude and for that reason my family will not be back.

I noticed a flat tire when I went to use my car. I do not have a spare so I called Tires First and they sent a mobile repair truck to my house. I was told to expect them in the hour and they arrived on time. Devon was the service tech, he was courteous, efficient and thorough. I had a new tire and a functioning auto and a no hassle experience! Great job Tires First!

Take forever with your vehicle no matter what the job is or how early you get there, try to sell you additional stuff you dont need, super over priced. Had thermostat replaced that went bad after only a few months, had it replaced somewhere else trustworthy for a fraction of the cost and did not take two days to replace. Shop around before taking your vehicle to this place.

This year I guess it all hit at once. One thing and then another. Over $1600 later and I wouldnt go anywhere else. They keep you informed the whole way. Been there so much it feels like my second home. Lol

Well bought 4 tires they put them on but only got 3 the 4th one would not seal up,but you think at a tire store they would have more tires nope had to order one. They were supposed to do our brakes . Nope had to remind them and almost a thousand dollars for breaks not counting the tires. They just seen a woman ( my wife) and took advantage of her. We did finally got the 4th tire . Also I bought tires and tried to get them to put them on nope the way he talked to me was like he didnt want my business. Maybe he thought he made enough money off my wife . Not happy customers.Oh did I say we were repete customers and the 1st time our car was went through everything was messed with computers were set to drag mode seat laid back and radio set to a station we dont even listen to.

We had a flat this morning, they were able to get us right in and serviced and back on the road in no time. Teddy provided great customer service.

I would never waste my money here again. Got all new tires and have had problems ever since. Flats, low tire pressure, a nail in one tire the first day I get it back from them. initially, they gave me my car back with 3 tires over inflated and 1 under. When my mother got work done here, they overlooked her and her car and left her waiting for 4 extra hours. They are cheap for a reason. Cheap service, cheap work, cheap employees.

I first went to my car dealership, they said they couldn’t help me because I didn’t purchase their warranty. Then I went to Tires First thinking I needed to buy new tires. They went out of their way to contact the manufacturer and get my replacement tires at a reduced price. I’ve always been a satisfied customer of theirs. This is when I felt they serve their customers like family. 👍

I had 2 back tires replaced. Both tires had huge bumps in them and caused my car to vibrate excessively. Would not recommend going here unless you want to get screwed over.

Highly recommend coming here. We were fortunate to break down where we did. Brian the road service tech was out within a hour to fix our tire. He went above and beyond to do a check over of our RV and noticed the other tires were probably going to cause issues for us down the road. Jim at the store kindly recommended a nice RV park right up the road for us to stay at so we could come back today. We called and spoke with Tom this morning, who got us in and out. They were so accommodating and helpful. Very flexible and easy to work with. All staff we encountered were extremely knowledgeable and kind.

I called Tires First when they were only 30 minutes from closing because I needed to replace my tires before traveling for the holidays. They answered and were super nice and fit me in at the very end of their day. When I got there, they really took care of me. I will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them!

Tim was great. Very friendly and helpful. They were cheaper on 4 brand new tires including road hazard than several other places and their customer service was awesome.

Had a slow leaking tire. These guys ordered the tire and got it in quickly. Saturdays are a short day and when I arrived there was quite the line... however my car was taken back quickly and new tire placed on in less than an hour. The staff was friendly and polite and though busy they did not let you see them sweat. I will be going back to these guys for all my tire needs!

Best place in town! I got my shock absorbers replaced at such good price that I ended up getting a new set of tires also at a great price. Very knowledgeable staff and Mark offers the best service in town. If you have to wait for your car to be serviced they have a great waiting area with free WiFi, TV, coffee, bottled water and a cell phone charging station!

I bought two new front tires for my truck and did not have any problems prior to the new tires after the new tires were installed I got a vibration at 40 miles an hour that I did not have before and they could not get it out I think they should have replaced my tires because one or two of them were possibly defective I care that somewhere else and got a second opinion and they told me there was nothing wrong with the front end parts on my vehicle which tires first told me I needed $1,000 worth of repairs to get out the vibration thats highway robbery I will never go back

Total scam. I cant figure out why a tire store cant patch, plug, or boot a drive tire. My rear tire had a small nail in it. So it had a slow leak. I brought it in to get a boot, but they cant do that. They have to sell you a new tire. But why purchase a new tire to go beside one 40% worn. So they sell you a recap for $171. But by the time they get done, it ends up being $378. You pay them $90 to get rid of your old tire, but, they recap it and turn around and sell it for another $171. I will never refer another person there. They know when your from out of town and they milk you! Not to mention, the tire didnt last two weeks.

The folks at Tires First are first class. I just picked up my car after an oil change and tire rotation. They also switched the tires from oxygen to nitrogen, which is something I knew nothing about but they were very good at explaining the advantages.I dropped my car off because I truly brought it in with only about 30 minutes to spare. Even though I came in on the cals tail, they called me right at closing and said that it was finished in that I could come pick it up in the morning. I told them that I would like to come pick it by after hours if they could leave the key in the car which they did.I appreciate locally owned businesses that go above and beyond to make sure that the job is done right and do the best they can to accommodate you.I would recommend tires first to anyone.

I have to tries first for the first time last week I have high marks for the them all specially a worker by the name of Wendell he went out of his way to make sure the work on my truck was right. I will come back when I need work done. Thankyou to all and God bless

This event occurred a few years back. I brought my car in here to have tires changed. They ended up stripping some screws or something like that.. Apologized. Did not have parts in to fix what they had messed up. The manager actually gave me use of his truck he felt so bad. I was driving around his truck till they could fix my Mercedes. I thought it was very, very nice of him to do this and could tell he felt bad. There were delays in getting the proper part. Etc, etc.The reason this place gets ONE STAR on my review is what the owner stated to me after this incident. They call me in. My car is fixed. The manager is apologizing again for the long delays and hold ups their mistake has cost me. The owner comes over and the manager tells him who I am. The owner, Mark, looks at me and says Well, sometimes these things happen.....but you know that, dont you?.(No, Mark. I dont know that. In fact, this has never happened in the 20+ years I have been having my tires changed) And that was it from him. No offer of discount. No apology. Then proceeds to hand me the full bill. I paid it and left. (I personally think he was showing his manager how to handle me without having to offer an apology, etc- but that is just my take on the exchange).I have been meaning to disclose this in review. It was the worst treatment I have received at an auto repair place. I would never be back based on his rudeness, but the fact they would mess your car up and be so nonchalant about it is something other future customers need to go into the business knowing.

Service is top notch, especially for a business that is as packed as Tires First is. Repairs are made in a very timely manner with outstanding results that a fairly priced. Mandy Tanner is the best customer advisor that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and will continue to bring my vehicles to her for service. Probably the worst mistake Ive ever made on my car was going here, the man broke my sparkplug off and instead of fixing it just shoved it back in and charged me for it and I didnt realize until after. Oh thats strange that you dont even have it on file that I spent $300 at your business? Maybe you are actually the problem after all

I have used Tires First for several years now. They always do a great job! If I need new tires or an oil change they are always very responsive and explain the process in great detail.

Took my auto there to have tires rotated and oil change. Bear in mind the rotation was free due to the tires being purchased there and came out with a $102 bill. While waiting extended period of time Jay Horne came out holding what I was told was my dirty air filter stating that it needed to be replaced and was told it would be $45 for the filter. Not sure why the air filter was even checked when having an oil change but never the less supposed it needed to be done. Upon checkout I noted I was charged $49.95 for the filter and advised Jay that was not what I was quoted thank goodness I always look over my bill. He refunded back $4 and I was on my way. Went by Auto Zone to check price on air filter and was told they cost $24.99....WOW big difference between that an $45 Tires First costs. Shame on you Tires First taking advantage of a woman because you thought she knew no better! Free tire rotation or not you just got your last penny from me and I will be sure to spread the word. Over priced and wait time is ridiculous!

I used to use Sams Club for tires. However, I had too many problems with them. I switched to Tires First years ago and have never been happier. Recently, my cars check engine light came on. I quickly connected my ODB2 reader and it told me what was wrong. I took it to the dealership and they told me something else needed to be done. In fact, they told me a list of things that had to be fixed to solve the problem. Needless to say, I took my car to Tires First (thats right they do more than replace tires). They had my car up an running that day. Guess what? They actually fixed what my reader said was wrong. They also told me the other stuff the dealership mentioned was not needed. This saved me a lot of money. Its been over a week and my car is still running smoothly. Will go back to them from now on for all my cars needs.

I was born and raised here in Columbus and have been going to Tires First for most of my life, well since I could drive. They have undoubtedly provided me with the best service every time I go. I now know most of the staff in the front office and they know me, which is one of the reasons I continue to go back here. Most importantly is the service though. They not only service all the main brand cars, Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Jeep, GMC, Chevy, etc., but they also service my wifes Lexus which is huge for us because the closest dealership is in South Atlanta and they charge an arm and leg! I cannot say enough nice things about Tires First and their staff!!
