While I was in Columbus in the process of moving from central NC I had a real bad shimmy I’d noticed on my drive down and decided to get it checked out before my drive back up. Happened upon Tire Pro Inc and oh man what a fantastic experience! George and the team went above and beyond getting the balance issue fixed and then some! I told them they had a new regular customer and I am grateful to have found a reliable and hardworking crew to handle my auto needs before I’m even officially down there!! This is a great place to have your car serviced. WALMART has changed the oil in my daughters Honda since 2015. When I carried it there this time they said they couldnt do it cause the bolt on my oil was rounded off. Well, they are the only one that has changed it. But this morning I took it to Tire Pro on Milgen Road, and they changed my oil and I had them replace the bolt without any problems. Roy treats everyone with respect and honesty. Try them out and you wont be sorry!

I needed 5 tires for an upcoming vacation to Utah. The experience was very pleasant. The waiting area was clean as well as the restrooms. Two thumbs up!!!
Very disappointing.An air pressure sensor needed replacement. Since I was getting new tires it was a good time to replace the old. I mentioned in every conversation that I wanted the sensor serviced or replaced. Well they only had three of the four tires that I needed, so I had to go back for the fourth tire. I was at the store on the following Monday and no tire. I mentioned again about the tire pressure sensor. So I gave them a couple more days to get the tire, I expected a phone call that it was in and never got. So when I finally went back and got my fourth tire, and while it was off the rim, I asked again to replace the sensor on the very rim they were working on. I was told that they didnt have time to do it. That is shabby customer service, and I wont go back except to get my tires rotated, and Im sure that will take a day for them to do at best.
So I call Goodyear Tire Pro and was trying to see if they had my tire in stock. I have a credit card with Goodyear and I never use it, ever. I had a nail in my tire, and the representative told me that I needed to order the tire and have my credit card information, because Goodyear changed their policy, stating they can no longer call the credit card company for us to get the number (which was a lie). So while believing his lie, I called the Goodyear creditcard company (whom I was prior employeed with) I informed them that the representative said that I needed to have my credit card number to make the purchase, the banker said that they can not give the number to customers only to the Goodyear representative. While on three way with both companies, the tire pro was still making excuses, stating when they call the credit card company,.they told him they couldnt give the credit number... (which one is it did Goodyear Policy change or did they credit card policy changed, neither,, the representative lied) So while on three way with the Goodyear representative, his manager got on the phone and said that they would call to get the credit card number for me, my question is are u making up your own policy as you go along, do you enjoy giving people hardtimes? I informed him, I traveled due to the Airforce, there was NEVER a time when Goodyear couldnt call to get the credit card number, Throughout the whole country, and now all of a sudden once I speak to the manager, for the credit card, the Goodyear company can call for me.I called corporate of Goodyear, and they apologized on behalf of the company. They informed me that tire pro is a franchise that uses Goodyear name because they sell Goodyear tires. They apologized and said if it was a corporation, they would go above and beyond to get me the help i needed, they apologized that the Tire pro treated me like they did. I begged that they open a corporation in this area due to the tire pro company making Goodyear look bad. Tire Pro doesnt treat us like Goodyear, and I feel uncomfortable going through them, because of simple lies. Why lie? They dont even smile when I walked in, as if the man in front doesnt like his job. Guarantee if you gave me the position, I could out shine the representative service he offered.
Horrible customer service. Went get simple tire rotation. They said they couldnt do it even though there only three cars up on racks and mechanics sitting chairs doing nothing. Dont waste your time going here. First I came in at 4 oclock so there where two hours left and secondly, I do not have a dually. So apparently you guys cant count tires. Let me educate you a dually truck had 6 tires not 4.

The customer service he re is great. Im a young woman and i went alone. usually when that happens they (in general) try to take advantage of that. However, here the guy walked and talked me through every single thing they found wrong with my car. I didnt feel pressured to get anything done to my car at all. He even told me to call my dad, which I was going to do anyway because thats just what young women who know nothing about cars do. Not the cheapest place in town but if you can afford it I highly recommend.

My husband called & talked to George. We got information we needed and went in the next day. Received 4 new tires, a computerized 4 wheel alignment. Runs like a smooth sportage now. 😎The $ 50.00 mail in rebate was nice also. We will be back!
Went in for an oil change and all of a sudden when driving off my oil pressure light is on. Didnt even get out of their parking lot. They tried to fix the problem but says its my sensor but when I dropped it off nothing was wrong with my car. Someone did something to my car and owning up to it between the time I dropped it off and came to pick it back up. They state how did they know I didnt come up with that issue already. Im like really, u would have seen it when the tech drove my car to maintenance it and would have obviously said something to me so I can spend more money. Just know they will never touch any of my cars anymore. Been going there off and on but this topped the cake. Have to spend more money and it will be somewhere else cause their hands will not touch this car AGAIN.
I was having issues with my air not cooling. I was charged over $250 for the repairs by Tire Pro. I paid and left. I took my car back to advise the air was still not cooling. They assured if was fine and it was just a hot day. So, I left. Few days later, my check engine light came on. I took it back and they wouldnt assist. I didnt drive the car much. But I finally took it to another shop. It was diagnosed I needed a compressor for my air conditioner. I went back to Tire Pro to let them I know what transpired. Roy wasnt hearing it with his 40 years of being a master mechanic. He advised me that an air compressor would not cause a check engine light to come on. He was very rude and would not listen. His customer service skills could use a refresher. I filed a complaint with GoodYear. Our name should not be represented that way. Hes unaware that Im a GoodYear stockholder. The other representives I dealt with were very helpful.

If the workers dont care about your health then they likely do not car about your car. I did not see a single mask but I did see a sign expressing how much they did not care to ever wear any.Edit:Walking in with a mask on should be plenty.
A big shout out to Roy at TirePro for going above and beyond the normal service to assist us with tires we didn’t even purchase from him. Could not have found a more professional, experienced rep. Will surely make TirePro our source for any of our tire needs.
It took them three and a half hours to change 4 tires and do an alignment while i was in store waiting. note that i was the only waiter in store. good costumer service but very poor time management. definitely recommend dropping it off and forgetting it until they give you a call.

Great experience with having my oil changed. The price was half of what Ive paid to have my oil changed at other places, and I didnt have to wait half the day for the job to be done. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable - I really enjoy chatting with them. I was so impressed, I sent my mom to have her oil changed here, too. Good thing I did! Her car had stalled the day before, and another shop she took it to said they couldnt find any reason why it would have stalled. The guys at Tire Pro found a rats nest in the air filter box! No wonder the car stalled! They cleaned it all out, sanitized it, and made sure there were no other problems, then changed her oil. WE will definitely be back!

I have always had a wonderful experience here. If Im not here Im at Tires First. I love these 2 places. Highly recommend both. If I leave one for the other its only because of timing but both are usually pretty good with time but with all jobs sometimes they get flooded
I went here regarding two nails in my tire. Can’t lie, the customer service upon arrival was good. They got my information and pulled my car in to check. They came back and told me that the tire couldn’t be patched. Therefore, I had to replace. I expressed with the owner that my tires were under warranty with Walmart Road-hazard (a warranty they offer for their tires). However, they’re not open due to COVID-19. Therefore, I purchased a tire for my vehicle at Tire Pro. The tire would take a day and a half to come in, 12pm the next day. Long story short, I was able to get Walmart to fix my tire through an emergency appointment the next morning before the tire was scheduled to arrive to Tire Pro, INC. I immediately went to Tire Pro, INC to stop the order and ask for a refund. I was asked to come back tomorrow because the “guy who does buy-backs” wasn’t in. I come in the next day asking for a refund and was met with an extremely negative tone, a different one, from two days before. Long story short, he didn’t give me a refund for the tire, but for the service charges. I understand they don’t hold the tire in stock, but I tried to stop the order. He wasn’t there! However, what made me upset the most was the fact that he made me feel like a liar about getting my tire fixed. When I simply asked for my service fees back so I could leave, his tone immediately changed back to the positive one I encountered two days before. I understand people might have messed him over in the past, but that was not this case. However, I was treated like it was.
Excellent service. Honest, helpful staff. Their prices are competitive. They explain the problem and provide a quote (which they stick to) before beginning service. I have a mini cooper so sometimes they cannot fix the problem; they tell me that too. Recently, they checked the problem, found out my mini needs to go to the dealer for the repair and....did not charge me for the assessment! Wow! You bet they have a loyal customer.
Great service and highly recommend. They helped me when I had a big job that needed to be done ASAP. The fact that I was financially struggling at the time, they were very accommodating and gave me helpful details about the Goodyear Credit Card. Just be sure to pay off the payments within the 6 months of usage.

Not only were they helpful at the time I had my vehicle repaired at the shop, when I called back a year later to get details on that repair, they took the time to look up the records and discuss them with me.If you are a military family new to the area, I highly recommend Tire Pro as a great place to start if you are looking for a new garage to service your vehicle.

To make a long story short. I purchased a tire from these guys. John put the wrong location for the tire change on the work order. Wrong tire was changed. The supervisor acted like there was nothing he could do to rectify the issue. How about, changing the right tire out buddy? Awful customer service. Wasted my money and time.
I priced tires all over town before coming here. Not only did they beat everyones prices but their customer service skills are amazing! They welcomed my dog inside, which is not common given that hes a 75# lab. When my new tires had a manufacturer defect, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue that, in all honesty, is not really their fault. Other businesses need to follow in the footsteps of this kind hearted and honest company.
When your bill comes back a hundred dollars over the original quote and I took windshield wipers off and added a $10 coupon and it was still $100 over the original quote it can ruin any experience even if the work was good or not.Response: I dont see how that would be true if I took $25 wipers off of the original quote there would be more difference than just taxes. The quote I saw was for something like $480 before I declined the wipers and I wound up paying almost $550. Either way I suppose its dust in the wind now.

Prior to having my mother-in-law’s 2013 Toyota Corolla towed to Tire Pro, Goodyear I talked to Roy. I explained the issue my mother-in-law was having and he assured me he could take care of the issue. After paying $75 to tow the vehicle there and paying another $75 to use the diagnostic machine, Roy recommended taking the car to Toyota. He still charged the $75 for the diagnostic fee. I basically wasted $150 bringing the car to him. Simple oil changes, and new tires is all I would bring a vehicle there for. The right thing to do would have been to refund the $75 diagnostic fee. Good, honest people are hard to find. Toyota in Lagrange fixed the issue in an afternoon and the total cost was less than $200. Should have taken it there in the first place!

Unfortunately I had a problem with my Avalanche where it indicated service stability on the dash readout. My steering wheel was not aligned straight to drive straight. Im from out of state and was a little nervous about possibly getting ripped off. Upon checking it out they showed me exactly what the problem was, a bolt had broken off on the steering gearbox and the others were a little loose. They gave me the estimate and we made arrangements for the repair. Im happy to say it drives great now and the steering wheel is in the aligned position again. Thanks for the great work!

Haven’t been able too diagnose my front end problems. Two times I had too go somewhere else and pay 40 at one place and 50 at the other. I went in for tires and alignment nothing but problems since. Come to find out the struts are bad and the brand new tires I bought are about wore out in 20k mile. And then the manager wants too act like I don’t know how cars work lol and even I proved him wrong I’ve spent 1500 with them and the car is just as bad now I need syruts they should have notice imt the first place before I wore out my brand new tire. Horrible.

Terrible... Told them my problem... They made the matter 5X worse.. when I called back to tell them the problem was worse.. then they tried to tell me it was something else.. the same tires are on there.. my tires were new.. 3months new... Not after getting the work done.. then the tells me maybe, my tires were rotated, but not balanced. Why would you rotate without a balance and how would you not know what work has been done.. just because I bought tires from someones else for a better price months before being serviced by them.. how can it be the tires???

I NEVER had a problem with my Nissan until I had them fix on my car. We kept taking it back because it keep having mechanical isssues one thing after the next. They finally told me and my husband after spending up to 1,000 or more that they were unable to fix the issue (they caused) and to get another car (really??). They do not have real mechanics there obviously. I took my car to another shop...thats when the mechanic at the other shop told me whoever was fixing your car hooked the lines up WRONG!...thats why you were having so many issues. The mechanic advised me that he would hook the lines up RIGHT and that my car will last another few years.My advise to you reading this review... Leave that place if you are not getting tires...please get a 2nd opinion before you let them juice you for money and if you continue to have issues with your car that didnt exist before....you better believe it isnt because you need a new car.

These people failed to close and properly latch my hood yesterday then Test drove it and hood flew up bent my hinges all to hell and broke my grill off trying to get hood back closed and latched after damage was done. Keep in mind they called me n said it wouldnt latch. Guy called me acting like it was my fault saying hood come unlatched like latch was faulty n my fault mechanic didnt check that hood was properly closed and latched. I just had put new latch and hinges on recently prior to visiting Tire Pro for the oil change. I have receipts for a New latch and hinges.When I picked it up it was in the shop not out side as usual when car repairs are complete went had to walk inside shop area saw hood was now latched and closed properly and only apparent damage was grill broken off and laying on a work bench which was not a big deal needed a new one any way but he told me hood only came half way up so I took his word seeing windshield had no damage and hood was now closed. Went in paid and signed bill. Then truck was parked outside with grill laying in bed of truck. This morning I wake up to go look for new grill and my hood didnt want to raise up after finally getting it up with help from my neighbor who saw me struggling with it then I see that the hinges were totally bent and twisted. The Ones I just replaced two months ago along with a brand new latch. The one they said didnt work wouldnt close but then had it closed to hide damage upon my arrival and only apparent damage was grill. Put on my bill hood had previous damage at bottom which I just noticed this morning. Man hinges are 50-60 bucks all the money I paid u guys. Never get another dime of business from me. Live across the road In apartments where all my neighbors see me working on my truck when ever Im home. Last time home they watched me and my girlfriend take hood off install new hinges and latch and reinstall the hood and everything opened closed and latched properly. Now we have to take hood off again and reorder hinges and reinstall again for a second time. But hey at least they didnt mess up my new latch that is still fine. The one they said comes unlatched. Lol hoods dont come unlatched if latched

I full heartedly recommend Tire Pro to my gal pals and any woman who is tired of dealing with dishonest mechanics.Thank goodness for these guys! After 4 other shops gave me four different answers, each of them more expensive than the last, I happened to use this place because they could get my cars oil change done right away and I needed the paperwork to deal with registration for NC. They diagnosed my check engine light issue for hundreds less than any of the other shops had quoted me.I keep going back for my aging cars little hiccups and the guys are always kind and respectful. They dont try to upsell products or services and dont try to tell me that my car needs work that I know it doesnt. As a woman who doesnt look like she would know her way around a car, its such a beautiful thing to know that whenever I go in for car work I dont have to be on guard for any shenanigans.At Tirepro they treat you like a friend or family member.

So disappointed. I was expecting something professional but ouff...the original rims on my pretty jetta look nasty now. I did complain about it and the only reply that was thrown on me ...Do you know how hard it was to remove the original gum from the rims. OMG.You might be lucky if you go there but I suggest that you stay close to your car to watch they are doing.I wish I could post the pictures of rims here.

Tire Pro was running a commercial to get your a/c checked for free. So I take it to Tire Pro on milgen road. I tell them that I wanted to get it checked out because I didnt think it was blowing cold enough. The guy behind the counter started talking to me about compressors and cant add freon without emptying the system etc. Things I know nothing about. then I told him about the ad on television and he said I am checking it for free, im telling you. Then he said If you want to waste your time and my time I will check it and charge you 129 dollars and tell you the same thing.This guys attitude was horrible and I felt like a step child. I will never come to this place again!
