They call triple a to put the spare on. Then they had to find a tire place to replace the tire .because they not could travel on a balloon tire. Luckily they found your shop. You changed the tire fixed the mirror for free. You are the best. Now when they tell this story _ you will have saved their trip. I was traveling from out of state when my car died on the side of the road at 11pm. We had replaced the battery the night before and discovered it was most likely an alternator issue. Im a college student and this was my first time driving 500+ miles away from home by myself so I was terrified and didnt know where to turn. I called One Call Auto Mechanic in tears and Matt was very polite and eager to help me. I had my car towed to this mechanic and as soon as my car arrived Matt and his mechanics were already on the move to help me. They were able to replace the alternator in a little less than 3 hours, and gave me a very affordable rate. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip in Ohio after this brief delay because of this Auto Shop!

This place is a good family owned business. The owner will help you understand your repair and often times lower the price. Good little place tucked away on Bush Blvd. Yes I would recommend this place. Women will like this place as we are often taken for a ride at most auto places.

Hello! I was one of the people in the group who unfortunately suffered a car accident in the beginning of our 7 hour road trip. The whole thing was a nightmare-- one of our tires was completely shot, the rim was like if you took a huge can opener to it. Initially we got Triple A to replace it with a spare tire and drove over to a rental car place as we were crunched for time and needed to get back on the road ASAP. No luck. We found One Call Auto Mechanic nearby and decided to talk to them about our situation.These people quite literally saved our trip. We primarily spoke with Matt, who was incredibly transparent with costs and what exactly was wrong with the car. He gave us a reasonably-priced diagnostic-- the injured tire made the car undrivable because of the rim, and the wheel baring/rotor were bent out of shape. He also let us know that the mechanisms underneath the car were rusty and chipping away (car is over 10 years old, so that made sense) but that it was a more long-term problem that could be solved later.Matt told us that the tire repair would take about three hours, and the total cost (with the diagnostic of $80) was $770. We accepted and waited. After going to lunch to pass the time, we came back and Matt let us know that he actually had someone leave the workplace to go to the ONLY OTHER salvage yard in Columbus to get a matching tire/rim/hubcap for our particular car. Basically, they literally lost money just to go the extra mile. They also bolted our fallen side-mirror back on to the car for free. He also let us know that the alignment of the tires were off, and that it was something to look into, and told us to exercise caution with the drive.The car ended up making it through the 7-hour drive to our destination, and the 7-hour trip home.This is probably the longest review Ive ever written, so in short: One Call Auto Mechanic fixed our damaged car on the fly and we were back on the road in 3 hours.I and the others in my group 100% recommend this place to any Columbus drivers or even those just passing through. And, especially directed at my fellow college students who may not have a lot of experience with car trouble, this place will tell you exactly what is going on with no strings attached. Lots of other places will try to get more money out of you, and Im happy to say that One Call Auto Mechanic is honest, trustworthy, and cares more about the people and cars rather than about the money.Thank you again-- we are so so SO grateful for what youve done for us.

Matt was so incredibly helpful! We were traveling from Michigan and had an issue with our radiator fan and other shops didn’t have room to see us same day but Matt graciously let us come in ASAP and was able to get things fixed up quickly. Highly highly recommend!!

Very good pricing and awesome customer service. I was greeted and had my car taken in promptly once we discussed what I was there for. After inspection I was shown a video of what needed done and given my quote. I also had an issue with my exhaust I wasn’t aware of and they were unable to fix so I was referred to a well reviewed shop nearby. I was the only car currently in so they had 2 mechanics work on my vehicle which sped up the service time a lot and was much appreciated. Would highly recommend this shop and will return for any other work I need.

I had my vehicle towed there after my 2017 Nissan Rogue would not drive forward or in reverse. I was not sure what it was and couldnt not find a mechanic who would even look at the vehicle due to parts shortage. Matt & everyone in the shop were great, he asked questions to get to the root cause of the problem, it ended being the slip differential which was damaged by me driving on the spare tire. I got a flat and had to put on the spare to get home which was 23 miles from my house. He diagnosed the issue and called me to discuss the repair. Even with the shortage in parts due to Covid-19, took less than a week for the repair. The best part is that I got a warranty for the repairs as well as did not have to pay the ridiculous amount that the dealership quoted. I will definitely be taking all my cars to One call Auto going forward.

Matt and his team were very professional and told me what was actually wrong with my vehicle and needed fixed immediately and what to keep an eye on. I previously went to a household name auto repair shop and was told that I need all new brakes, rotors, and calipers for all my wheels and was quoted more than my vehicle is worth. After One Call inspected my vehicle, they told me that half the stuff I was told by other auto shop was false. One Call was able to get me my vehicle fixed and back to me same day and stuck with the quote that I was given over the phone. I plan to bring my vehciles here in the future whenever I have problems.

Great place, friendly service. Best mechanic Ive used. Never upcharges and always fixes the issues. I went in for a noise in my engine and was afraid Id wind up spending thousands or losing my car to too much damage. But they found out the problem was actually an easy fix and I wound up spending way less than I expected.Car came out like new in the end.

Overall my experience is good. These guys were willing to check out my car short notice, help me understand what needed to be fixed and even gave me a free quart of oil because my oil was low.

Seems this shop only deals with cars they know will get them a good review. I set up an appointment for my car, told them the issues and could have left it at that. I called back later to talk to the owner and he told me he specifically does not work on my car especially oil leaks with my car.Told me to save my gas instead of driving out there but he fact nobody would have called me to just tell me that or that his front desk couldn’t have just told me from the start is extremely frustrating considering all the great reviews this shop seems to have.

Found this shop while I was in a pinch and my car would not start. These guys found the problem and fixed it the same day. Since then I have used their services for whatever comes up. I used One Call Auto Mechanic services today and was very impressed by the honesty and service of Matt and his crew. After getting over my initial hesitation of the diagnostic fee (Mostly because Im cheap and sometimes apprehensive), I proceeded after Matt told me that the money would be applied toward the cost of the service if I got it repaired there.I told Matt that I thought I needed a front brake job because I was advised by others that when I heard the brakes start squealing, to get the pads changed. After checking it out, he told me that the front pads were still good and even adjusted the back brakes. He even pointed out a few other things for me that I should be aware of!For the price, I can honestly say that I was quite pleased with the experience. And, the jeep does feel like it brakes better now with what he did. If you are in the Columbus area, Id say it would be a good decision to check out Matt at One Call Auto Mechanic!

After being ripped off by Midas, I was referred to this shop by a friend. As someone who knows next to nothing about vehicle mechanics, I felt confident and comfortable trusting my van in Matt and Tray’s hands because they physically showed me what needed repaired. Not only did they fix what needed fixing at a beyond reasonable price, they went the extra mile to fix a minor cosmetic issue with my window control at no cost, and called me a few days after I picked up my van to remind me to check the fluids. So impressed! 10/10 would recommend and I will return any time in the future for needed repairs!

Yesterday I called One Call after hearing a quote from a nearby mechanics shop and this quote was a third of the last! Brought my car in today to get it looked at and found out what I thought was wrong wasnt even wrong with. The 80$ diagnostic fee just becomes part of the regular cost of the repair so its not like some added on charge which is great. Matt was very kind and helpful, explained everything to me and even showed me what was wrong. He gave his thoughts and was honest about what needed fixed and what didnt because of my budget and I can feel secure that my car is finally safe to drive again! Since moving to Columbus 5 years ago we have been looking for a good, honest, trustworthy mechanic without much luck. We have had several bad experiences until finally coming to One Call Auto Mechanic. Matt was patient and honest with my 3 phone calls and many questions, before bringing the car in for a brake job. Previously at Toyota Direct (on Morse Rd) we had been quoted $700 to replace 4 brake pads, resurface 4 rotors & flush brake fluid system. Matt replaced our 4 pads and 4 rotors with ceramic pads & rotors, reconditioned 4 calipers and cleaned and flushed the brake fluid system for a much better price. Toyota Directs price was much higher and was not even going to include new rotors - just resurfaced rotors. DO NOT GO TO TOYOTA DIRECT ON MORSE RD!They are only interested in making lots of quick money, not in providing good value for your money! Matt gave us MUCH better parts and value for our money. He was also personable and friendly and put us at ease quickly. MATT HAS WON HIMSELF A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND WE WILL ABSOLUTELY RETURN TO HIM FOR ALL OF OUR AUTO MECHANIC NEEDS. WE 100% RECOMMEND ONE CALL AUTO MECHANIC.

Was driving through state on my way home and has having car issues. Found this shop and they were able to get me in quickly and discovered it was my alternator. They completed the repairs and I was soon on my way home. I will definitely stop in again and refer anyone that might be driving through.

One Call Auto Mechanics name is truly what this Auto Repair Shop is. My initial call reached Matt, the proud owner of the establishment. Just by describing the sound and circumstances that revolved around what appeared to be a transmission issue he was able to diagnose it immediately. Previously, my car, a 2007 GT Mustang, had been in and out of a different shop over a period of 3 months, and the mechanic was unable to figure out what was wrong with it, and even made matters worse. Thanks to Matt, he was able to fix the original issue which was a worn out drive shaft bearing, but unfortunately we had to replace the entire transmission, due to the last shop we took it to damaging it beyond repair. Matt even provided us with images of the transmission and the large crack he attempted to fill with JBC soldering. He is the one and only guy I will be taking my car to for repairs at any point. This guy is a true professional, and I would save yourself the headache and money I went through, and just take it to this place to start with. Truly excellent service. I got a pre inspection for a used car I was interested in. The exhaust was too rusty and had to be replaced, and he was very knowledgeable in explaining what that would entail, and why it would cost so much. He offered to inspect a second car for free, so I went out and quickly brought it in. It was in better condition and I ended up buying it. I would not have that car without One Call Auto Mechanic!

I had a brake job done on my SUV. Not only is the price better than the dealer by a substantial amount, but they jumped right on the job right away, having me in and out in 2 hours. Not only were the pads and rotors replaced but they included a brake fluid flush and the calipers were reconditioned, pad clips greased to prevent the pads from sticking. Matt the owner is very personable and his team is customer focused. Will be bringing our other vehicle here in a few weeks for brake work as well. Highly recommend.

Great service! Very professional and attentive. They gave me an excellent price for the work I needed done on my brakes and explained unnecessary work that another shop said my car needed. They also offer a nice waiting area with television, restrooms, coffee, candy and books/toys for the children :) Go here if you need work on your vehicle!
