These guys know diesel trucks really well. I have brought my 7.3 to them for it least a year. The truck is 20 years old so things are wearing out. Mike is excellent with these trucks. Recently I was looking at and old cummins and they gave the truck an inspection and and honest review of it for $40. They recommended not buying the truck so I didnt. Downsides? With my truck its usually takes at least a week for a repair. They have to figure out the problem, order parts and then put them on. And yep theyre expensive. That is for a diesel. Call them, bring it in and they will give you an honest estimate and you can find out from there.

Just left the shop and have nothing but good things to say. I usually take my car to the dealer and never felt 100% comfortable there, but Janie was super personable and kept me informed the whole time. Ill be taking my car here from now on.

This is the only internet review Ive ever written, and its only happening because Noebull Auto is so good. Ive been going to Noebull for years, and have never seen a more honest and helpful garage. Their prices are extremely fair (best $20 oil change around by far). They will let you know if they see any problems with your car, and will tell you how they can fix it, but wont pressure you. If you want to work on it yourself, theyll even give you some advice. They really seem to be on a mission to give everyone good service.Last time I brought my car in for an oil change, they found out that my windshield fluid had frozen during the last couple of cold days. Apparently it was topped off with watered down or cheap fluid. Well these guys spent a good 30 minutes working on it, slowly pouring hot water into it, until finally the ice melted. Everything works fine now. They didnt ask me to pay anything extra, just saw a problem and set about fixing it. I only paid for the oil change. Really the best garage, not just in Columbus, but that Ive ever been to.

These guys are incredible. I was passing through on a road trip in a heavily modified drag car. I new it had some issues and I was looking for a shop that had experience with everything.Mike was able to easily explain and help me understand the intricacies of my aftermarket rear axle and completely fix everything that same day, despite all the modifications!During that time, Janie kept me company and always quickly updated me on issues and progress. This business truly saved me and possibly others from a disaster on the freeway, and I cant thank them enough.I sincerely believe there is no other shop that could have diagnosed and repaired my vehicle so efficiently and quickly. I have greatly appreciated the help that Janie and Rob have provided when my vehicle is not running properly. By far the best experience I have ever had with a car repair shop. My step dad usually works on my car but he couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. They looked at my car, didnt charge me anything and then they were super informative and even told my step dad what was needed to fix my car. Make this shop your one and only mechanic! Rob is great and has a great group of mechanics working with him. My sister and I have been going to Noebull for 2 years now and they always do great work, explain the car issues to us and tell us what are options are on the more expensive fixes. We both have old cars. They are the most trustworthy mechanics I have ever dealt with. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and capable of diagnosing the strangest car problems. Recently went in to get my oil changed and my tire patched. They did it on the cheap and let me use an expired coupon, even though I said Id pay full price. Didnt try to sucker me into a new air filter and told me possible future repairs I might need in a non-pushy fashion. Really fast, extremely friendly, and all business. No bull.

Awesome service and best prices. I called several places after Midas told me I needed 2 front tires and 2 front brakes when I got an oil change. Goodyear said $410 for 2 tires, $200 for brake pads only, but I would also need rotors. Mr Tire said $400 tires, $190 brake pads and I would also need rotors probably. Noebull did new tires for $225 and said rotors AND pads would be $300 something. After getting the car they said the brakes didnt need changed and laughed at Midas.I will DEFINITELY be back here for all my service. Thanks guys!

These guys are top notch! We take all of our vehicles there on a regular basis. Theyve done everything from oil changes to engine changes for us, and they always shoot straight about the parts we need to use. Theyre also a customer of ours and theyve paid their bill on time for two straight years; these are quality people all the way around. We have other repair shops as customers and use Noebull almost exclusively!

I moved to the area over a year ago and these guys have been fantastic. If you are looking for honest mechanics this is your place. Lets be honest, none of us want to pay for car expenses, but I would rather pay for necessary maintenance and repairs than made up ones. For my 60,000 maintenance they could have done all the flushes, but they didnt because two of them looked good and werent needed. That alone saved me hundreds. I trust these guys and I hope this review gives them some more business.

They fix flat tires. They repair your issues.NO BULL. JUST LIKE IT SAYS!!!Its common for repair shops to take your car to repair something that you know is broken, like a flat tire or brake pads, then put the car on a lift and hold your car ransom until you agree to other repairs.This place DOES NOT do that.Also, the staff are really great, they do good work, they also genuinely care. They are also reasonably priced.

If you want honest service and fair prices then go see them. Great customer service and communication. David was incredibly helpful and provided his honest opinion. Further, they allow you to bring in your own parts which is a plus. Most (not all) of the time, parts are available cheaper online. The trade off is it may take longer to get your car back but in my opinion its worth it to save some money. At no time did David try to upsell other service but he did politely recommend to keep an eye on issues that may become problematic in the future.Overall a great experience and I will definitely go back!

Absolutely terrible service and quality of work is very low. They truly hire unprofessionals. They used a lift to TRY to CHANGE my lightbulb when you can clearly open the hood unscrew a few screws and change it while the car is on the ground..... All that taking a 5 hour wait.I think one star is giving too much. Went to village auto on high st and those guys are PROS.

I have been taking my car(s) to Noebull for years now. The guys at Noebull have always been great to work with and I trust them completely, whether Im going in for a simple oil change or having them check something that might be more serious. Theyve always gotten me in and out in a timely manner and their prices are fair. Im not a car person and I feel like they always do a great job of explaining things to me so I understand what might be wrong and why it needs to be fixed. They have always been completely honest with me and doesnt sugarcoat things. I trust them so much that when it was time for me to get a new car a couple years ago I went to Rob for his opinions and suggestions about what to get and what to stay away from. Ive never once had a bad experience at Noebull and refer everyone I know to them when they have car issues. I plan to continue going to the guys at Noebull as long as Im still living in Columbus!

Positives: The lady at the front desk was very warm, friendly and considerate.Negatives: See below.I needed a full diagnostic for a check engine light. Noebull informed me that they would need the car dropped off by 9am because the diagnostic takes all day. Fair enough. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning. They called around 5pm and stated that the problem seemed to be related to corrosion in the wiring that relays information to and from the transmission, reverse lights and tail lights. They suspected water damage but said that they would need to go through the wiring length by length to find the exact problem. We agreed that I would pick up the car that afternoon and return it in the morning for them to continue looking for the problem.I dropped the car off (again before 9am) on Tuesday. The car was with them all day before they called around me 6:15pm. They wanted to let me know that they did not isolate the problem location but believed it was with the wiring. Unfortunately, they could not offer any information I did not already know (based on my conversations with them the day before). They AGAIN said the same thing; that they suspected some sort of corrosion (perhaps due to water damage) and would that they were not certain and “would need to survey they wiring length by length”.At that moment (Tuesday evening) the car would have been with them for 2 full work days. I asked them for an estimate on how much longer the process would take and also, I let them know them that I needed the car back before Friday (I was driving to NY for my sister’s wedding). They said that they did not know how long the problem would take to find. “Hours, days, weeks?” I asked. “No idea”, they replied. They said that it depended on how quickly they could find the faulty wiring. I conceded but reiterated that I needed the car before Friday.I followed up on Thursday morning (three days after I initially dropped the car off) about the status.They seemed pretty annoyed that I called, hastily told me that there was no blueprint for the problem and reiterated that they still had no idea how long it would take to find, let alone fix the problem. I heard nothing from them by Friday midday (4.5 days after I dropped the car off) and therefore reluctantly rented a car for my trip. Right before I left town they called. I thought they were going to tell me my car was fixed, but I was wrong.They said that they could not find the corroded wire. In short, they suspected that the problem was either near the front of the car or near the rear. Funnily enough, what they DID do over the 5 days they had the car, was replace 3 bulbs and disconnect my reverse lights to help with their problem solving. They said they would like me to drive the car around Columbus for a MONTH to see if the problem occured. Apparently, “this would help them deduce the location of the wiring problem.” Noebull charge me $487 dollars :( They said that it was approximately 90 dollars for the diagnostic and that the remainder was for labor, the bulbs they replaced, taxes and “other fees”.In summary, I sent my car in for a check engine light on a Monday, spent money on transportation every day they had my car and by Friday spent a further $487 dollars for a problem that was not even isolated, let alone resolved. I can’t give them higher than 2 stars for that service.They did say that when I bring the car back in a month, I would not have to pay for an additional diagnostic since I already paid for it, but I might need to pay the cost for repairs. If the cost for repair in a month is fair, I would happily update my score. Finally, I read many reviews about this place before I sent my car in. The owners are really good at responding to both positive and negative reviews. If they think that there is anything in my review that is not true or misleading I encourage them to let me know and I would happily make adjustments if warranted.

I have been using Noebull Automotive for several years and cant imagine going anywhere else. Their service is topnotch, they are honest about whether repairs need to be done immediately or if they can wait (I am on a tight budget), and the mechanics really know what they are doing.

I cannot say enough good things about this repair shop. I dealt with a terrible car for almost 2 years that had constant (basically weekly) problems. The guys at Noebull were honest and fair with me and jumped through hoops more than once to help me out or get me out of a tight situation. They have offered to have me come in and see the problem for myself and have spent a lot of time explaining exactly what is wrong with my car when I dont understand. Very transparent and have a genuine desire to help, I have never felt like Im being lied to or schemed out of my money. Ive had just about everything on a car fixed, replaced or repaired by them before, so I can highly recommend them for anything! Even let me bring my own parts in. If youre a student they offer 10% off too.

Went in because the linkage on my windshield wiper broke. I had previously fixed this problem myself, but it kept coming apart so I had it looked at. They had the nerve to tell me I needed to pay over $600 to replace the entire windshield wiper motor/transmission. When I said no way they still charged me $55 just for opening the hood. I took my car to another shop and SURE ENOUGH it was just the linkage & I was charged $400 less than what Noebull wanted. If youre a young woman, you should probably take a man in with you, because theyll take advantage of you.

I took my car in to get some work done, and afterwards I started to notice that my battery light was flickering. Well I looked in there and found that they forgot to properly reinstall an electrical connection to my alternator; it was just resting on top of the contact. If we hadnt caught that when we did, it wouldve killed my alternator over time.Their recommendations are also somewhat exaggerated.But, after reading this review, they called me and asked if there was anything they could do to remedy the situation. They offered me a free inspection, which Ill take them up on soon. It meant a lot to me that they cared that much about their service, so I adjusted my review.

The owner, Rob, is very knowledgeable about any and every car issue I have ever had and his dead set on getting any problem fixed the first time around. He also surrounds himself with unbelievable employees who are all very eager to help you get your car problem resolved as quick as possible and at the LOWEST COST POSSIBLE. Last year my mother went to get a head light replaced and because she is a regular, like me, they went ahead and replaced it for her free of cost! I am 100% loyal to Noebull and I recommend them to anyone I know who needs any quality auto work done at arguably the most competitive cost in town. Its tough these days to find an honest mechanic that doesnt try to sell you on things you dont need in, and not once has Noebull suggested I get any unnecessary work done. Noebull was recommended by my former repair shop who could not figure out why my vintage 1991 Nissan 240SX was running so erratically. They tried working with the timing, thought a valve was sticking, but werent sure what to do, seemed completely unclear what to do.Noebull came back after a day or two with 3 failures: one injector was failing, something that controls the exhaust/air mixture was failing, and something else that adjusts the fuel/air mixture was failing. You can see why I dont do my own engine repair, even after Rob told me what theyd found, I didnt/dont really understand it. He further said they thought there were no other issues, but really couldnt be certain until they fixed those 3 things so the engine had a chance to run smoothly.Well, there were no other issues, and the engine runs as well as it ever did. The car has 110,000 miles but the engine had to be replaced at 78,000 with a rebuilt, so it has lots of life left, and the way its running now, its really fun to drive again.Noebull now has three more cars to service whenever they need it, both routine, and problems.

Very trustworthy - exceeded my expectations!!

Other than a few of the employees being personable, this is not a great shop at all. Took my car in here and ended up having the calipers worked on and the brakes pad/rotors replaced. They tried to talk me in to additional unnecessary work and did some shoddy fix up of my calipers rather than replacing them (didnt call to verify that this is what I wanted). Well a few months down the road and my car is now back in a different, competent and trustworthy shop and this shop let me know very politely that whoever worked on my brakes the last time seems to have done rushed and subpar work which is what caused my pads to wear extremely unevenly and the calipers to stick (again). I will never take my car back to Noebull and will urge others to stay away. Again, the crew was friendly but the work was extremely lacking in quality and the crew was not necessarily trustworthly. Look elsewhere if you want your car done right.

Nice bunch of guys and I trusted them but I feel dissapointed. I had an airbag light on my subaru legacy. I paid $80 for a diagnostic and was told the light comes on cause I put my schoolbag on the passenger seat. It didnt make sense to me, but I trusted them. Now I learn that its a simple loose solder on a circuit board due to heat. The problem is not even close to what a $80 dianogstic suggested. Its always important to do some research beforehand, dont blindly trust anything you hear.Edit: Rob gave me a call and apologized for the mistake. I find having a mechanic who is honest is hard to find, I have experienced some that made mistakes and wont admit it and instead blames the customer, definitely not what happened here. For that I do recommend this guys to anyone, great customer service and recovery.

Moved a substantial distance from auto shop yet will continue to bring my car here for every auto repair & routine service. They have earned my complete trust and satisfaction.

BAD experience. Charged me 80 bucks checking fee for didnt figure out the problem. Changed a good ignition switch and charged another 150+ bucks. The real problem is a loose fuse. Dont recommend if you have trouble in electrical. They DONT pay attention to your car.
