I’ve been going here for a few years now. They’ve always done a good job and helped make sure things are cost effective, too. Earlier this year we got a flat tire the day we were leaving to drive for a trip to Maine and they squeezed us in so we could get on the road within an hour.

I want to thank Mike and his team at Goodyear for going above and beyond to get my car back on the road very quickly, allowing us to avoid impacting a long-overdue vacation. I know they were busy and likely had to get creative to find time to work on my car, but they did so and we could not be more appreciative of their help and consideration of our situation. They exceeded our expectations and we will go back for future automobile service. Once again, THANK YOU!!!!!

The folks at Good Year in downtown Columbus have been taking care of my families cars for years. I took my car there when I thought I ran over a nail and they checked it and there was no nail. It was just the change in weather causing me to add more air. I’ve taken our other cars in and they always done a great job at a great price. Very friendly staff.

I took my brother to a wound care appointment at Wexner in Columbus. We are from Dayton, so it is a substantial distance from home. When we were getting off the exit to the hospital, my check engine light came on and my van started sounding like it was going to quit running. I dropped my brother off and called several places to see if anyone could take a look at my van and see if it was safe to drive back home. My brother is a quadriplegic in a wheelchair, so a tow truck or a rental vehicle were not options. Good Year on East Spring Street said they could run a diagnostic check, but it may be a couple hours. When I got there, they got my van in much sooner, figured out the problem, and fixed it immediately. They were truly a blessing during an awful time. They were professional, helpful, prompt, and made my day so much better!!! I cannot thank them enough for helping me and my brother get home safely!!!!! Thank you!!!!☺️

I have been going to this Goodyear location for well over a decade. It is clean, convenient to downtown, and I have never had a problem with any service they have provided. Having a woman, Marilyn, there doesnt make me dread taking my car in as shes kind and perfect in explaining what my car needs or doesnt need. I have never felt pressure to get services I didnt feel were needed. I definitely feel like an old friend there rather than as a dollar sign as Ive felt at other shops.

Excellent service came in for a car check, didn’t wait too long. Great comfy chairs to sit in an amazing views for a walk if you have to wait. Mike is the man to see!! This will be my go to place for my vehicles!!!

Goodyear is honest, ladies! The Chevy dealership told me I needed new, rear brakes after I had the front replaced. I came to Goodyear because I felt the Chevy dealership was asking too much money for replacement of rear brakes. Goodyear told me my rear brakes were fine and didnt need replaced. I truly appreciate their honesty unlike the shady dealership.

Everyone was so kind and amazing - I needed two tires replaced and I forgot to bring the rim for one of them. They let me take my car, go home and grab it and bring my car back. Super accommodating and very quick. I got an oil change and two tires done in a couple of hours. I’m definitely coming back!

I stopped by on Wed to have the gear oil checked and was informed that the men that check it leave at 4 PM. So I promptly made an appointment for today (Thursday) and was told I could leave it early if needed with no further instructions. I said great, I needed to be at work at the time they opened. I stopped by this morning and left my car for service. I did not get a call from the center all day. No new good news? ...NO. When I arrived there after work I was informed that they had just found my keys because I left them in the wrong spot. No one called when they saw my car in the lot all day, So if they had just found them. It took them 7 hours to decide that I must have left my key somewhere. Then I was told that everything on my car was so special it had to be ordered. And a guess price of a oil change and topping off my gear box would be over two hundred dollars. That sounded more like take your car and go pricing to me. I do not know what happened between yesterday and today but I did not get the feeling my business was desired or needed. Keep away from this place, needless to say I will not return.

I work by this place and the staff is great and service is good. Ive been taking my cars here off and on for about 15 years since its so easy to drop off while I am at work. They also give a work nearby discount.I have always felt the pricing was competitive and honest.

I had a quickly leaking tire that was stressing me out, causing me to worry about a flat. I called Mike at Goodyear on spring street as soon as I got to work in the morning, and he graciously allowed me to drop off my car last minute during a very busy day. Although he stated he couldnt guarantee that his staff could get to it that day, I got a friendly call from Mike in no less than 3 hours that my tire was completely fixed and ready to go. The office staff was friendly and accommodating, even during a hectic day. This place is awesome for an emergency pinch - you cant do better!

I took my car in here for a typical oil change. When the tech was driving my car into the garage, he noticed a few noises. Upon looking, they found a broken wheel bearing that could have caused my wheel to fall off entirely and with no warning. I am thankful for the attention to detail. It was a necessary fix that was going to cost around $400. As a student, I was scraping together the last of the money to my name. Also, this was 2 days before I was supposed to drive home for Christmas (2 hour drive). The repair was required for safe operation. Upon paying for the service, several of my cards were getting declined, the money must not have transferred right away. Anyways, I was embarrassed and have no idea what to do. The sweetest lady was working at the counter. She saw me struggling and comped the rest of the bill. I had only paid $186 and owed them $250 still. She literally didnt make me pay for the rest. She said Merry Christmas and to pass this forward. I will never forget the generosity that I experienced this day. It truly gave me hope in humanity, and I am so thankful that I had enough good karma to deserve this. She truly was an angel to me.

My new 2019 Mustang came from the factory with Goodyear tires and Ive been really pleased with the great balance of how well the car hugs the road while still delivering a smooth ride. Late yesterday afternoon I managed to pick up a big nail on I-70 in one of the rear tires with less than 3,000 miles on the car. I was pretty sure I had trashed the tire as I lost so much air so fast, down to 4 pounds of pressure when the monitor came on, and I had to drive nearly 2 miles before I could exit and find a gas station with an air machine.This morning I went to the Spring Street Goodyear store and they had the tire fixed and I was on my way in just over an hour, not bad at all considering I just dropped in without an appointment on a busy weekday. I was also really impressed the tire could take that kind of punishment and still be repairable, which speaks volumes as to the quality.A nice perk about having Goodyear tires, and going to a Goodyear store, is that if the tire can be repaired instead of replaced, its free. What more could you ask for? Very professional and experienced fellas at the front desk, too. Highly recommended.

I have been having vehicles serviced and repaired since the mid-1970s and I have seen it all. This place is my hands-down choice for all of my service and repair work. They are knowledgable, reliable, and honest. Their prices are reasonable. THEY DO NOT FIX THINGS THAT ARE NOT BROKEN. Company has an easy-to-get credit card that offers 90-days, same-as-cash pricing on most large purchases and major repairs. I have used them for several years and they have always met or exceeded my expectations.

I have been a regular customer of this location for over 10 years. I checked their website yesterday and it was fully open for oil changes. I am not sure if there are staffing issues currently, but I arrived at 7:05am to find a completely empty parking lot, yet was told they were too busy to do a max synthetic oil change/tire rotation and allow me to pick up my car at 3pm. To me, the selling point of this location is convenience to downtown businesses to drop off your car for the day, which is odd to be unable to do as early as 5 minutes after they opened.

Have been relatively nice, and in the past they have done a fine job, but the last time I had my tires replaced they did a general check of the car and for whatever reason took off my front grill and forgot to put back. I was not on top of them to get it back, but I was disappointed that they never found my front grill... It is unfortunate because they have generally been reliable.

Google Maps has been urging me to write a review of this business for the past eleven months because I had been waiting outside of this business on 6-16-2018 [the day of last years Stonewall Pride Festival and Community Pride Festival], after they had closed for the day, for a COTA bus that never came so I had traveled home instead by Uber.

Service was prompt and reasonable. I will how ever never buy Goodyear tires again.

I had a problem with my windshield wipers that they fixed but several months later the problem returned. I called and explained why I was upset and they told me to come in at my earliest convenience. They fixed the problem quickly and at no cost. As a young female, I often feel intimidated in car repair shops, but Goodyear was very kind and helpful, nor did I feel they were trying to scam me.

Joe was extremely rude to me and very condescending, instead of communicating with me, he chose to try and berate me. This was my 3rd full set of tires and Im now a Firestone customer all the way!

New car has been at the dealership 3 seperate times for tire issue (claimed to fix it each time)...still an issue... Took car to Goodyear...they are so professional and took the time to listen to my issue and gave advice on a fix and scheduled me an appt to take a look at it. It wasnt about selling me new tires on the spot, but, more about the concern...which I appreciate and have been made to feel comfortable to work with them.

Went here because of a tire pressure sign. They found a nail, fixed it. I drive a civic and the tire pressure sign blinks after removing the tires. These guys had seen it before, reprogrammed it for 15-20 minutes after fixing my tire, no sighs no nothing. Ive only gone here for tires once, cant speak on the other services.

Very convenient as you can leave your car there and I work downtown. Employees are nice and helpful, and prices are reasonable, especially on oil changes.

First visit: I agreed to be changed for brake remedy that that never helped the problem.Second visit: Dropped my car off for an oil change and wheel balance. Ubered home ($10) and ubered back ($10) 3 hours later when I was told the car would be done. Car wasn’t done and wouldn’t be for another 2 hours because they forgot. Had to Uber home ($10).I went to pick my car up on Sunday, when they were closed my tire pressure light was on. I went to check the pressure and my front tires were at 60psi (they are max rated for 50psi). This probably ruined my tires that I bought from GY.I will never come back. My grandfather worked for GY for 35 years and I may never go back to GY because of this terrible service. This is my first google review.

As always, it depends on WHO works on your vehicle. There are a couple fellas here who KNOW their cars. You can always ask them to prioritize the work that needs to be done. I have always had excellent service from them. Although, some of the service writers can be pushy... too bad we cant ask for a the fellow doing the work to write your estimate

Short verdict: Take your beater in for Goodyear service but leave your shiny new(er) car to more knowledgeable folks.I went to this Goodyear location for an oil change and an alignment (I have 3-year free alignment contract). Overall impression: they do complete oil/filter change (yeah, Midas sometimes forgets to replace filter), but dont expect any special treatment and check your manual. For example, the technician topped-off my coolant tank without paying any attention to the label on the cap FL22 coolant only which is a special long life Mazda coolant. The sticker on the windshield invited for the next oil change in 3K miles. Mazda manual calls for 5K/6 months interval. When I asked the guy at front desk why it reads 3K, his reply was, essentially, that this is his gut feeling. Who do you think I would trust - your gut or Mazda engineers?

Long story short: Needed a repair FAST on my way through Ohio and these guys not only fixed my truck they helped take off and put my uhaul trailer back on. Top notch guys doing top notch work.

I had a flat tire from a slow leak. I bought a can of Fix-A-Flat, attempted to temporarily repair the tire and then reinflated it. It seemed to hold up for the next couple of days, but the Fix-A-Flat can said that I should get the tire repaired or replaced by 3 days or 100 miles, whichever came first.I came to this Goodyear location based on their positive reviews. I initially planned to get all four tires replaced, since I think theyre the original set and the car has over 60,000 miles on it. I got quotes on different sets of tires, which were higher than I was expecting or hoping for. Then I asked about getting the tire repaired. They quoted me $37 if the tire could be repaired.I left the car there and went to lunch. I got a call about an hour later that theyd cleaned out the Fix-A-Flat stuff and inspected the tire, even dunking it in their water tank, but they couldnt find anything wrong with it. They said I ought to keep an eye on it, but if its OK for another week or so, its probably fine.I went to pick up the car and got a big surprise. They charged me NOTHING. They had my car and my keys and could have easily held me up for an inspection fee or any other piddy little thing. But they didnt DO anything, so they didnt CHARGE me anything. I was truly amazed.The tire may blow out tomorrow and then I wont be as happy, but I think its worth noting such good business practices.

I had a nail in my tire and I took it to Goodyear to get the tire plugged. They told me my tire was plugged and charged me 37 dollars. My tire pressure light was on and they told me they could not turn it off because one of my sensors were broke in my tire and the asked me if I wanted them to fix it for 184 dollars. I told them no and that I would take it to the dealer since I am under warranty. My dealer told me none of my sensors are broken and that the light is on because the tire they plugged is leaking air and the it was not plugged correctly. I took my car back to Goodyear for them to correct the problem. The Goodyear team said they are not able to repair the tire and offered me to purchase a new tire with a credit from the 37 dollars they originally charged me when they bamboozled me into thinking they plugged my tire. I asked them to put on my spare. I took my car to another tire shop. They took one look at my tire and plugged it correctly. I then had to go back to Goodyear to get my money back.Basically they attempted to swindle me out of 37 dollars and did not do the job correctly, then tried to get me to pay for a repair for a tire sensor when I did not need it and then tried to sale me a new tire when I did not need one.They service techs are incompetent and the managers are poor with customer service. I never once received an apology at all after expressing my frustrations to them.
