I have had to replace tires 4-5 times on several different vehicles. Every time the installer scratches the wheels. Today is no exception. See attached pics. These 4 pics are from 3 different wheels. Just once I would like to enjoy getting new tires.

I had a great experience. Before we purchased anything we called and they were friendly and knowledgeable. Afterwards we got the rims online but it was a delay and they called us as we had an appointment for tires too. A week later we got the tires on on the rims. It was a one stop shop!

I received service on 5/27 & it was the BEST experience. As a woman, I dislike dealing with anything related to my car but my sales associate Doug Kidd made my experience at this location better than average. The location itself was VERY clean & Doug helped me find the best deal, properly advised of the time service would take to complete, & very fast & efficient! He should get a raise, his customer service skills rock. Ive had a smooth ride in my vehicle since that day :) Thanks guys for the great service!

I stopped at another repair shop before going to Discount Tire & I was told that my flat tire couldn’t be patched & that I needed to buy a new tire, however, they didn’t have any tires in stock. They recommended trying Discount Tire. When I got to Discount Tire, they told me they’d be able to patch it up no problem! Customer service was amazing - both guys I dealt with were friendly & personable. Once my tire was fixed, I pulled out my debit card to pay, however, the mechanic stopped me & said it was a FREE service! Woohoo! There were paying customers there & it was almost time for the shop to close; the fact that they took the time to take care of me after hours really speaks volumes!!! This truly made my day! I’ll continue to recommend their services to everyone!

Convenient tire pressure check/fill service.

It appears they cherry pick what they want to work on first. Wait for 2 hours after I was quoted 1.5 and it still wasnt even touched. They were taking other walk-ins before me even pulling mine in same time as another that just walked in and started his. I had to complain about how I was being skipped, of course after they get the others taken care of. I complained and they put it off even longer. ​Horrible service. Not because of low staffing. Cherry pick a better tire shop

I usually deal with Firestone (my brother is a manager there) and have always passed this place. I had a bit of an emergency and the guy here was more than helpful, with no charge to the service. Very professional clean facility fast and speedy service.

This place was great! I came here to replace my old tires before winter. The cashier/service desk was great! Doug was amazing to work with, was very understanding about the situation I was in and did an amazing job explaining the differences between tires and recommended tires for me! (I did a bunch of tire research prior to this, and he recommended the tire I already was considering without me even mentioning it) I went with the michelin defender T+H on my kia forte. Seriously, amazing customer service by Doug and I will continue to come back here for all my tire needs! As for the store itself, the tire stock appeared to be relatively low when I was looking at the computer (which was not a problem for me anyways) and the store was relatively clean. Waiting room had relatively comfortable waiting chairs and a viewport window to see them work on my car.

I have bought all my tires from Discount Tire for years. They have always treated me well and given me great service and sometimes go above and beyond. I always buy the road hazard warranty for my tires and it has always served me well. I only give them 4 stars because I wish they were open later than 6pm. That kind of sucks, but otherwise I love Discount Tire.

Bought these Coopers and did a quick 40k in 14 months and came back with a wobble.. They gave me credit for each and replaced them with free warranty! I took my brothers car in while he was sleeping and got em some Christmas tires done quick n cheap. Thanks guys 👍

These guys are GREAT! I got a large screw stuck in my tire, went here and they fixed it quick. Great service. I will be back sometime in the next year to get new tires as mine currently have 45,000 miles on them.

I liked their tires and the people are nice. However, when it comes to anything around the tire, they should be licensed to work on it. They broke a stud and refused to put one tire on it until the stud was fixed by a mechanic. I had two little kids with me so its difficult to have to go multiple places to get something fixed that they broke

The service was at this shop was exceptional! Austin and his team had me in and out with four new Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires for my MX-5 in 28 minutes - he went out of his way to contact me with updates about my online order and felt that he truly cared about me having an exceptional experience. I left with the correct tire pressures and torque specs. The wheel weights were place on each tire in an aesthetically pleasing fashion, instead of just haphazardly thrown on the wheels. The only minor issue was the TPMS monitor wasnt reset and my light came on after I left - that was corrected simply by holding the reset button - something that anyone could easily overlook. I will be sure to return in the future.

True customer service! We were dealing with a warranty issue on Michelin tires and no local shops wanted to deal with it because they were not the original installers. These guys had tires in stock and ready to deal with it and Michelin. We drove 30 minutes to use these guys to have the work done. A couple months pass and we were prepping for a trip. I checked pressures and my tire light started blinking. Come to find out they replaced a tire sensor that we were unaware of. I called them up and they got me in. They review it and the existing sensors. They replaced the other three sensors at their expense because they did not notify me on the first one. No cost! We will be back for other vehicles and yes, we do recommend them!

Moved back form Florida and was hoping to find an equally as good of Discount Tire that I used in Florida. Found it. The E. Broad St. shop is fantastic. Doug Kidd was the salesperson who handled the transaction. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Wish I got the name of the tech as well. Everyone one in the shop was friendly, efficient service, and they priced matched a set of Yokohama Geolanders for me. Tires appear to be balanced perfectly, and most importantly, NO damage to the wheels/car. Great shop. Glad they are local and Ill be back for sure.

The employees here were great, the ones in Grove City were more concerned with answering the phone. Like the old saying goes A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

I went to a scheduled appointment here for new tires. I have to give them 4 stars because even though they only had 3 of my 4 tires, when I went to leave, my car would not start and the guys who work here were great. They went above and beyond to help me, and did not have to. They even offered me a band aid because I had cut my hand! Good looking out guys! I also received free installation for having to return for my tires.

Free tire plug, rotation, and remounting the spare. paid nothing. They were busy but didnt seem stressed. Guys I spoke to were very kind and accommodating. Ive bought tires from them before and I will in the future and have had zero issues. I recommend them but be prepared to wait.

As usual. I received excellent service from Discount Tire. They offered a good variety of options based on what I wanted and explained clearly the benefits of each type of tire. The wait was a little longer than usual but they were busy. I was able to keep myself busy and took a walk around the strip mall where theyre located and the time went by quickly. Next time I need tiers. Ill be back.

Sometimes the wait can be long but the employees are nice and they do good work for the most part.

I bought 4 new tires a couple of years ago. I researched and their prices were the best. During my purchase followed by subsequent free tire rotations and balancing, I have been extremely pleased with their exceptional customer service. They dont push further sales and treat customers as if they were family. I will never shop tires or tire service anywhere else. The only reason I rated Discount Tire 5 stars is because 10 was not an option!

Did not screw my tire all the way on. Went to another shop to find out what the grinding noise was, and discovered I was driving around with a wheel that was about to spin off. Left a part off of my car that stops water from getting in the undercarriage. It took several trips to other mechanics, and them telling me BS solutions, and spending hundreds of dollars to figure out why my car was needing to be jumped all the time and dying at stoplights and turns.Byer beware. They have greatly shortened my cars longevity. Still having issues with it that all started when they didnt put my car back together after an oil change and tire rotation. So dumb.

Never again. Sloppy work. Wheels were clean when dropped off. Slopped paste all over my black Wheels and tires.

I had 2 nails in the same tire and they were able to repair both FOR FREE opposed to me replacing the tire for $200 bucks! Everyone was very nice and professional and I was in and out within an hour! Will definitely be coming back for any future tire issues!

What a great business/location! I needed 4 new tires and wheels, after doing a bunch of research I ended up here. I was in and out under 1 1/2 hours. Please keep in mind, this is a first come first serve basis with minimal appointments. I would recommend calling ahead to verify wait time. Overall a great experience.

I had an emergency blowout at the LAST minute, when they told me they would take me but I had a wait (8cars) ahead of me I was irritated but had to wait anyway. I came not too long before close so I was lucky anyway. Beggars cant be choosers lol When I tell you these guys working 12/29, WERE SUPER FAST WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ALL NEED A RAISE. Being able to buy the tires online before going in was great. They were very careful about their Covid distancing, and keeping the place clean. When changing my tires, they managed to not tear up any of the plastic dip on my rims! I had no touch up to do! I was very impressed!!

Arrived to my an appointment 10 minutes before my schedule time. Checked my car in. And was told that my car would not be receiving service for up to 45 minutes. Requested why is my appointment time not a priority. And was told they have other cars to work on. The sales rep (Doug) made unprofessional comments regarding my appointment time. I had to ask him to please respect me as an loyal customer and do not make anymore comments regarding me or my vehicle.Discount Tire offer appointments for their customers, but don’t honor them at the time of arrival. When a customer sets their appointment, the expectations are for the customer to receive service at the time of their appointment. If appointments can not be honored, the opinion should not be given to customers. There is no reason for customers with an appointment. To wait 45 minutes after their appointment. For their car to start to be serviced.This store has poor management skill of prioritizing customers needs and times of appointments that have been set.

Very nice and helpful. My tire had a slow leak and I scheduled an appointment for them to inspect and repair it a free service they offer. I came in an hour early because I had to take my daughter to a doc appointment and they fit me in with their busy schedule. Also ended up needing another tire because the leak was coming from an old repair and I was low on money and they worked with me to get a tire I could afford.

Took my tire in to replace a valve stem. They put a completely different tire that was a different size back on the wheel. When i brought it home and realized, I brought it back to find out their truck already came by and took my old tire. They apologized and replaced it with a brand new tire.

Friendly staff; they took care of getting a new tire on my minivan...however I will say make sure you ask plenty of questions--I went to get air in my tires after my new tire was installed (it was a cold day and the tires were low)...a staff member actually tried to sell me 3 new tires. I had literally just been in the store and had them inspected 3 days prior. He didnt seem to believe me and was trying to convince me to get out of the car so he could show me the wear So beware of the hard sell that might happen at this location. Most of the people I worked with there were great overall though.

Discount Tire company on Broad Street is great!! Lawrence took great care of me and my car. He made the best recommendations on tires that would suit my needs. He dad them installed for me in a more than adequate time frame and had me on my way!

I look forward to raving about this location. I am from Pennsylvania, new to the area, and certainly short of knowledge on all things regarding a vehicle. Especially tires.I was on my way to an interview when my tire blew, needless to say while my spare was placed on the car in the meantime, between this occurrence and my meeting, I was quite flustered.However, Zeke spoke with my father while I was in the interview. He provided all of the necessary information, so I was able to seamlessly venture to the location directly after, no issues at hand. Or, better said, complicated confusion on my end. While taking the reins, they also were open to answering any and all of the questions that I had.While, they were quite busy, I felt that both Zeke and Jason communicated effectively with me so that I understood the timeline/ where I stood in the queue. Not to mention, were kind and entertaining during my wait. I find great value in an establishment that is not only time efficient, but customer oriented, understanding that we all have a work/life balance to tend to.While I hope to not have an emergency tire situation again in the near future, I would gladly return to this location should it occur.I thank this team for their hard work and enthusiasm.

Went to tire America for slow leak employee said a screw was in the outerside wall . need to replace tire. This was Saturday new tire could be in follow Thursday. I said see you. Discount showed me it was a nail not screw and fixed the flat . Very clean bathrooms and free water. Trust Discount for all your future repairs. As a senior I dont like a liar at tire America to sell me 225.00 repairs when you be honest to your customer.

Stopped by to have tire balance checked. After 900 miles I was noticing a bit of shake at high speed. Rebalanced all 4 tires, now perfect. No charge! In and out in about 45 minutes.

Ive been here 3 times and have been more than happy with my experience. They were fair and friendly, and able to help me stay within my budget.Time spent there is about average for a tire shop, so if you have the luxury of picking your time you should call them first and find out when the best time is (usually first thing in the morning).

Limped into Columbus, about the midpoint on our trip, on a tire with a not so slow leak. We were back on the road in under an hour.

Absolutely the best in Columbus. They go out of their way to ensure I have the best experience and get the best deals. Even checked with me and showed me when I had a rust welded lug nut that posed a risk of breakage BEFORE doing the tough work of removal: at no additional charge! Ive consistently seen this level of service from this location no matter who I work with. That means a lot.

Ive taken my car here before when I had a flat and they fixed the tire for me free of charge which is awesome and the reason Im giving 2 stars. HOWEVER, I had an appointment this past Saturday for a tire rotation and balance since they seemed like a good company I could trust. After I picked up my car, I get home and notice that a tire is extremely low. So low I couldnt get a pressure reading. None of my tires were like that before the appointment. Come to find out, 2 other tires are 5 pounds below what they should be. The receipt said they inflated each tire to 30 pounds. I inflated them thinking that maybe it was just my luck I did something to them on the way home. This all happened Saturday, and on Monday morning, my tires were still inflated. So obviously, somebody doesnt know what theyre doing at Discount Tire or they were cutting corners.I called the manager today and he acted like I called because I was concerned my tires were not deflating. You dont want youre tires to deflate (in a condescending tone.) I dont know a lot about cars, but Im not so dumb to think that tires should be deflated. I said, no, Im concerned 3 out of 4 tires were low after my appointment when the receipt claimed otherwise and it makes me question if the balance was done correctly. I find it odd a TIRE STORE didnt make sure my tires were inflated properly. He didnt seemed concerned.I hate car shops that speak down to single women who are trying to get their car serviced.

Went in for a tire patch, was greeted & helped quickly & professionally! It was barely a half hour wait on a Saturday, and not mention tire patch is free! Everyone was very friendly and overall very pleasant experience. Quick & easy!

Anton was helpful and insightful about which tires I needed go with. He was also not pushy about anything. He listened with intent and was professional and friendly. I was in and out within just an hour, under the quoted time frame of an hour and a half. I will continue to come here to get my tire service.

Everyone here was extremely helpful and courteous. I had hit a pothole and blew out two tires. Not only did they have the best prices in town, they also gave me an excellent discount because of tread depth on my old tires.
