We made appointment ahead of time this time and dropped off the vehicle the night before. This seemed to be better than staying and waiting for the service to be done. I did notice some smudges and fingerprints that were on the vehicle from I assume the mechanics/techs when opening and closing the hood etc. Would be nice for the technicians to be more cautious of the exteriors of the vehicle as well. Other than that the service desk personnel was nice and the gentleman that helped when we picked up was knowledgeable of his job and the transaction was completed in a timely manner.
Very professional and courteous!!! Taylor was our salesman, very good attitude. He never put pressure on us and was very knowledgeable in explaining the features of my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado. Also the sales manager was quick in appraising our 2019 Equinox well above retail. Whole process took about 6 hours not bad. Service and parts department excellent. Finance department very knowledgeable and courteous and got us me and my wife very great rate and saved us slot of money 🤑. I would recommend this dealership to everyone .
I bought a Chrysler T & Cvan there. It had so many problems wrong with it. I complained and I certainly got no apologies from any of them. The woman said I could bring it back in 2 yrs and trade it in. I attempted to do so. They left a vehicle at my home. She said theyd be back with papers for me to sign. They came back and he got in the vehicle and she would NOT say one word to me. Totally ignored me. I reminded her that she was bringing papers....she still ignored me. What a bad experience!!!!
My most recent visit was a typically 30 minute affair that took 6 HOURS TO RESOLVE. I had recently returned to sign the remaining paperwork for the Outback I had purchased and was rather displeased with the lackluster detail job that was performed on my car. I asked if they could kindly detail it again, and th interior was cleaner than I had originally bought it, they agreed and then took the car back. After all of my paperwork was finished and we took an additional hour to look a Dodge Challenger my friend was interested in, the car wasnt ready. It was 4 hours of waiting for my car to come out of the detail shop. The employees kept walking back and fourth to the detail shop, assuring me the car would be out in just a few minutes. Not once did I find out why my car was taking so long, nor did they bring it back up when I told them I needed to leave. The manager never talked to me, no one ever dedicated themselves to resolving the issue as seemingly potential sales were more important than completed ones. The only reason I did not give a one star review is because my sales person Mike was good at his job. But I am not planning to buy another car ever from this apparent jungle gym of a dealership. If this is the detailing experience, I shutter to think of what getting my car serviced here would be like.Oh, and the second detailing wasnt much better than the first. There were new smudges at eye level on the windshield and most of the dust that was present when I arrived remained when I left.

I recently purchased a new Trailblazer here. Although the salesman I was directly dealing with was very helpful and the floor staff were courteous and polite, the management was quite possibly the worst I have ever dealt with. My license bracket was not installed and the staff were not there to install it.At no time did someone from management come out and speak with me, but kept relaying messages through the salesman. They treated me like I was something stuck to the bottom of their shoes. Dont go here unless you enjoy being treated disrespectfully. They acted like they were doing me a favor. Worst dealer ever.
This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The whole staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy like most sales professionals in this environment. Gave me around 6000 less than NADA rough trade in on my truck, which was a year old with no issues, then turned around and stickered it pretty high. The vehicle I bought from them is alright other than it has a noise at highway speeds and the wheel shakes, oh and it had a quarter tank of gas when I drove away. The only thing I can say is they weren’t super pushy with extended warranties and gap insurance which is nice because it’s the whole reason I hate buying cars.
I got a new jeep from this dealership and they couldn’t even put the windshield wipers on correctly. I turned them on the first time and one of them flew off while I was driving on the highway. It was incredibly dangerous for other people. They were also brand new but I had to buy new ones. They weren’t put on properly and I couldn’t fix it without buying new ones. Also they basically forgot to give me my paperwork when I was leaving. I had to aggressively tell them I never got it for someone to get it for me. I was like they didn’t believe me. Many other things happened during my experience there. I wouldn’t recommend going here to buy a car. Take your business somewhere else!!

Service appt on a Friday. Parts available. They can’t, don’t or wouldn’t complete the extended warranty covered repair at this appt,. Drop vehicle off (on Sunday)for Monday completion. Told it would be done after lunch, as vehicle was needed. Not done after lunch with no explanation, and when calling to check whether it was finally done, was told paperwork for job was being finalized. Upon arrival another thirty minutes of waiting. This is the second time the service has been poor. First time was a similar sideshow. Find another dealer’s service department.

The dealership called me and told me the car I had been looking for was on the lot and just arrived! The salesman said the car had only been on the lot for 10 minutes or so. I immediately put down a deposit for the vehicle that very moment and filled out the credit application as directed. I got a call and said my credit was approved and was given an offer. The salesman then calls me back the next day and says the vehicle has been sold only after doing a hard pull inquiry on my credit! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This post is only for the service department since I havent buy a car here. I called on. Monday to make an appointment for a diagnostic and they put me down for Thursday. I showed up Thursday and they dont have down but anyways Jessica told that she will take my car and try her best to get it done. She made no promises but only that she will try. She did that Friday afternoon I had my car. Jessica and the technician went above and beyond to make sure that my car was safe for a long trip that I had that Saturday. Thanks again
We had to bring our new puppy with us and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Our salesperson Corey was amazing and met our needs. We got a new equinox and we couldn’t be more happy.
Traded in our lease for a new truck in July 2019. Dealer was supposed to take care of the last payment on the lease and failed to do so. We found out from GM Leasing after payment was 30 days late. We ended up paying it. GM said take it up with the dealer. Columbus Chevy said “sorry about that. We’ll send a letter”. Never saw the letter. Went to buy a vehicle this month and guess what is still sitting out there as the only late payment in our report.

I arrived thirty minutes early and they took my vehicle right away to service it. It only took an hour, which was quoted, right on time! The representative Jessica gave me a military discount, which I did not request and was generous. The whole process was positive and quick. They always do a great job, when I bring my vehicle to them.

I hadn’t looked at purchasing/leasing a new car since 1980 - always purchased used in the past. The dealership is immaculate and has a friendly vibe. Jonathan made the leasing process painless and, like Jose, couldn’t have been nicer. Jose even made time for me to come back the next day to help me with the Chevrolet App.

Service center was cleaned and well organized. There was a clear process that was being followed, which instilled confidence in the shop before even touching my truck. The tech that helped me was very knowledgeable, and helped with an issue that I had besides the oil change as well. The oil change itself took only 30 minutes, and it was very affordable. On our way home from a camping trip we had a fuel injection return line fail on our 2006 Duramax. We pulled into Chevy of Columbus leaking diesel fuel all over & pulling a camper. Not to mention we had a 3 y/o & a 1 y/o with us. A service advisor immediately came out & said it looks like you have a problem, what can we do to help? I knew this part is not a common one for dealerships to carry. We were prepared to find a rental car and finish our trip home. Thanks to their service department for taking the extra time to look they found the part at a dealership in North Vernon, IN, they immediately sent an employee to pickup the part. Without me asking how long it would be or how many days it would be unitl Id be able to come back. They told me we should be able to have you back on the road home within three hours!Yes, the install only took about 1 hour. However, Chevy of Columbus understood our situation. They could have done what many other dealerships would do & said it will be about a week or a few days until our diesel mechanic can get to it. This mechanic pulled a truck off to the side & got ours in so we could get back on the road. Chevrolet of Columbus, we cant thank you enough!!
Ticked off is an understatement. Finance guys here are NOT honest with you. After telling John that I didn’t want a warranty on the day I was buying the car, He told me that capital one wouldn’t approve my loan without one. So whatever, I got it because that’s what he told me I HAD to do in order to get the car. He then told me that the warranty starts when the car reaches 36,000 miles on top of what it already has on it. He gave me a booklet and showed me everything it covered minus a few things. I asked him NUMEROUS times to explain it to me so I understood. So here I am thinking my warranty isn’t even active for another 34,000 miles since I’ve only driven 2,000 since I got it. Today I did some research to see if I can have the warranty canceled because I want that amount taken off of my loan. I called the dealership and turns out my credit application had nothing to do with the warranty part WHAT SO FREAKING EVER!!!! AND my warranty was active from the day I got the car for 48,000 miles or 4 years. I put in a request to have it canceled but I am SO TICKED OFF. If you have to OUTRIGHT LIE to have a car sold with an extra warranty, there’s some issues. I’m only going to receive back a prorated amount for the warranty since it was active the day I bought it and not 36,000 miles into it like HE HAD TOLD ME MANY TIMES.

I knew the car I wanted. I called ahead to start the process bc I needed to be able to just come in, sign, and drive away. 2 hours later (that I didnt have) and I was finally driving away. I arrived in a rental car and they offered to drop it off for me. It was a Wednesday but the car was rented until Friday. Should have told them it was due back Thursday bc they let it sit there a day ($100 lost) before returning it at the last minute on Friday. Another example of a dealer offering whatever they have to in order to make a sale and then forget about their customer. I called to complain to the manager. He repeated called me boss. It felt like sport. Very disappointed in the overall experience. Next car will be Carvana or similar.

I had to call to schedule an appointment about a recall. when I brought the car in, they let me know that the recall was actually not fully in effect yet because the company who made the airbags went out of business and that Chevrolet was working hard to find subs for it. regardless, they did a thorough inspection of my car to make sure everything was good and I ended up purchasing a second key while I was there. The service department was very communicative. They were wonderful and pleasant to work with. They did not hide anything from me and were honest the entire time. I would definitely work with them again.

I was very impressed with my saleswoman, Kamie. She was very professional, yet friendly, and knew what she was selling. She listened to what I wanted and answered all of my questions competently and completely. If she didnt have an answer, she found it. The last car I purchased from this dealership didnt go very well. I had decided I wouldnt buy another car from this dealership. However, because of Kamies attention to detail and listened to what I wanted, I bought the car from her. She is definitely an asset to your dealership.
Went to buy a vehicle from them they told me someone had put a deposit on it. Get a call back later that week that it didnt work out. Two days later I drive up from KY to buy it and was told by the sales manager that they didnt put deposits on vehicles and they would call me back when if it was sold so by the time I got to the dealership it was sold and they never bothered to call so I wasted 4 hours of my life and a bunch of gas.
Great service. Salesmen Hunter and Jonathan both took the time to show me the ins and outs of the new car, including a thorough test drive and complete walk-through of the various features. It was a low hassle experience and the finance staff worked with me to give me a fair price on the new car and trade-in value on my previous car. Sales floor director Mike (also a sports car enthusiast) thoroughly explained the timeline and carryover of the manufacturer warranty along with other coverage options. Mike even gave some local route suggestions to enjoy cruising with my 1st true sports car. I left happy with both my purchase and my new ride.

Terrible dealership! Zero customer service after you sign the papers. They messed up my trade and left me holding the bag when they never sent the check to my previous financing company to pay it off. My old truck sat in a back corner of the dealership for 6 months before the previous financial center had to repo it. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Marcello and this dealer as they do not live up to their word and are only interested in their next scam... I mean deal.

This was my first time buying a car (used) with this dealer, and I was quite pleased. The sales consultant, Bill, was very courteous and helpful, the atmosphere was relaxed, and I expect I may be back in the future. The only negative was that it took a little longer than I would have expected to complete the paperwork, but that didnt overshadow the overall positive experience.

I have been coming here for service on my 2012 Camaro for 4 years now. The service has always been punctual, informative, and accommodating.
I went in to look at purchasing a used vehicle, walked out leasing a brand new vehicle and couldnt be happier with my decision. Tyler M. did a great job of being transparent and giving me all the pros and cons of each option that I had along with all the details and differences of how a purchase verses a lease work. At no point in my visit did I ever feel pressured to make a decision. I can be fairly picky and indecisive but Tyler paid such close attention to detail when we discussed what I liked and disliked in a vehicle that the first car he pulled around was the one I left with. He hit the nail on the head! Extremely please with my visit and my new car from Chevrolet of Columbus.

The purchase of my car went well. The transactions that followed were eh. Never got my gift promised by Mr. Crowder after a 3 month delay on the installation of a spoiler on my new car. Extremely happy with my Malibu. I am also happy with my last 2 services at the dealership. I did take advantage of their free shuttle service during my most recent oil change. The lady taking our info was nice but the dealership as a whole was a mess. Took 3.5 hours for paperwork and then they didnt even have the truck we came for. Brought us a truck way out of our price range and kept pushing even after we told them we couldnt afford it. They then drove us to another lot where again the truck wasnt there.

Made appointment for oil and filter change at noon... still had not heard that car was ready to be picked up by 5.30. I called and was told the service department were too busy and they would call me back. The dealership closes at 6pm so I headed over. Car was almost ready but they couldn’t find it in the lot. Ten minutes later they located it. Staff were very flustered and overwhelmed.

Satisfied with request for oil & filter change. Had front alignment done after shown it needed adjusting. Tire rotation was done & tire PSI recalibration was to have been performed. Thinking all was well, I asked, before leaving, if the tires were re-calibrated? The service person checked to find out that the re-calibration was not done! So I had to wait 15-20 more til that service was done!In general, I had a good experience with the service I received. But, for future dealer servicing, I would like to feel confident when if Im told everything is done & ready to go, that the service peolpe have doubled checked that was the situation!
Brought both of my vehicles, one was for new key fob and other one for check engine light. I tried to order key fob LAST YEAR some time and was told by parts person it was on back order. Called a few months later and was told same thing, they will call when it comes in. Finally months later I came in to the parts department and ask about getting one. The parts person said they had one in stock that was probably the one I was waiting for. Was sent email when dropped off car and showed the cost of $57.50 to program. This was around 9am. Then two hours later it was done, but was charged $87.51, I asked service person about it and told me it calls for an hour to program, so I paid that plus $120 for key fob Id waited months for. Now the other car with check engine light was diagnosed with bad solenoid. They replaced two of them and was impressed with short time it took to replace. The next day when I started it, it sounded different so I checked the oil, and it was about half quart low. I had just check it days before after returning home from an 8 hour round trip. Also there was oil all over engine cover and battery cover. I noticed cause I keep the engine bay fairy clean. Not impressed. On the plus side most of persons I dealt with were very nice. I will be looking for a different chevy dealership to have my cars serviced.

Staff there was pleasant to work with, but as far as a buying process goes they did not look out for our best interests. They tried to up-sale me a trim vehicle that I did not ask for and on top of they started at an initial price that was $260 a month higher than what they offered me the next day. Our family has bought 5 vehicles from them and expected better treatment.
