So I dropped in here to capital collisions after somebody had rolled backwards into my vehicle.This was a great experience the owner Ken McKnight and his wife Roslyn are awesome people and they treat you like family.Within five minutes they gave me an estimate ordered the parts and scheduled me to drop my vehicle off the next day with the repairs to the bumper being done the very same day.This is an American business that knows how to treat its customers great and I would highly recommend them to everybody in Columbus Ohio but especially on the east side of Columbus Ohio

These gentlemen have fast and courteous service! They took care of my rental for me and all of the corespondence with insurance company. My vehicle was not only beautiful but impeccable when they returned it! The previously damaged areas were as good as new. The interior was even sparkling and fresh! I highly recommend them!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went to this company trying to give business back the black owners, but biggest mistake ever. They fix my car, missed an area, but wouldn’t acknowledge their error. They fixed their area above it, beside it and under it but neglected the spot of concern. As one of the previous comments stated, he talks all around the issue, how he gave you a bargain, fixed this for free and so on and so fourth. I asked you to restore my car properly, I didn’t ask for a hook up. According to him he’s been in business since the beginning of time and that couldn’t possibly be true with the workmanship on my car. It’s unfortunate that this experience turned out to be a stereotypical one. I would never bring my car to this place again or any other car, as a business owner you should take pride in your work and have enough respect for your customers to correct your error and own them. I’m going to have to take this issue to small claims court because I have to treat him like I would any other company. When you go into business you have to take responsibility so I will left the justice system handle this matter, if not there will be other victims, you have to be accountable for your errors, so I will take legal action. People please do your homework and go somewhere else.....

The owner is trust worthy, honest, and when over and beyond to help with the repair that was needed on my car. Above all, they performed a marvelous job. I highly recommend using them for you collision repairs.

Good, down to earth people and great service. I had some minor work done after a deer hit my passenger side door. I got my vehicle back in a days time and the repairs and paint job were spot on. After a few days i was able to wash my car and it looked just as great as it did before the accident.

Great service highly recommended very professional, was able to get everything handled and taken care of right away as soon as I brought my car in to them... they got me set up with a rental and worked everything out with my insurance company giving me little to no hassle at all to deal with other then the fact I hit a curb lol, I have no complaints I was even more impressed once everything had been completed and I received my car back it looked as if I was taking it off the lot again! I really appreciated how they were able to make everything easy and convenient and on top of all that I mentioned this place is very affordable A+ great establishment!

Very unprofessional company took my car in was told it would be a week. Took over 2 weeks to complete repairs. Area in the back of my car was missing paint. Was told I wasnt charged for that area which didnt make since. After I asked how do you not get charged for an area missed. Then was told it was overlooked. Basically I was not satisfied with the repair. So much for trying to support our black owned businesses. Please take pictures before dropping your car off also make sure you are being charged for the entire repair. In this case I didnt get what I paid for.

I had amazing experience working with the leadership there. I drive a Audi 2017 A7 and have got into a accident in March or 2018 and they took good care of me. My car was restored like nothing ever happend. Fast forward August of 2018 not paying attentions I back into a pillar and messed of the back of my car for the second time. Fearful I would have to tell my insurance company and my rate would sky rocket, I called the guys and explained my situation. They let me know they would research annd get back to me. Long story short they kept there word and we negotiated a fair deal deal where I was able to afford the repairs out of pocket and kept my insurance rate the same. These guys are first class and I would recommend them to anyone.

Wont ever let them touch another vehicle of mine. Paint is chipping after only 30 days and between the two vehicles I had repaired there I will have almost double getting it fixed right. Spent $7500 and all I got was a nightmare to find out nothing was done properly.

They fixed my car to the point I thought it was brand new lbs...the customer service was very good, the ppl are genuine and very nice, easy to talk to and they work with your budget.

I retract my recent reciew pf 5 stars BECAUSE upon removing my front bumper, to install a new light bar, I found some terrible work. One of my bumper brackets was cracked, both air director pieces that go between the bumper and a/c condensor were broken and put on backwards. They tried to screw one into the a/c condensor and used the wrong type of screw so it didnt even stay on. All of the pop rivits in the bottom and fender splash guards were all different. The screws holding the guards to the fender were different. I cant replace the broken bumper bracket because the bolt they used is the wrong bolt and has some weird holder on the back that doesnt come off. And to top it all off, the underneith of my hood is not even close to the body color... I will not be going back, not even to get the broken pieces replaced... I will be contacting my insurance.
