Had to call them to tow a totalled car. They were very quick to get to the scene (within 30 minutes of the call), compared to other companies I had experienced over an hour wait before. Driver was very professional and polite. Rates were much better than I expected and very reasonable. Will you again and recommend to anyone needing a tow.

I had an unauthorized car parked in a permit-only paid spot in my lot over the weekend. Called Broad and James, who we have used for years, to have it towed. Despite updating contact info a year and a half ago via a signed agreement they acknowledged receiving last year, and having cars towed since then, I was told I was not authorized to call in on behalf of my property and that the password I used was incorrect. Im one of only two authorized people on that account, and Ive called in before and had no issues. Seems like they let an unauthorized person make changes on the account. Not having a towing agreement in place with anyone else, I had to let the car sit there all weekend. Well be using someone else going forward.

Outstanding customer Service. Called for a tow in the middle of the night. They didn’t charge me until a couple days later!!! Had the car fixed, picking it up today. Very reasonably priced, and I especially love how mr Jimmy called and checked in with me. Y’all are awesome 💗

The operator had great customer service and helped me figure out which towing option would work best. She scheduled me for a tow the next day and Woody the driver arrived on time. Prior to his arrival I received a text that said he was about 5 minutes away which was very helpful. He was efficient, a good driver, and courteous along the ride to the destination. Once we got there, went the extra mile to back my car up into a parking space. I would highly recommend them!

My truck broke down on 270. I called for tow services and mechanic services. The driver was there in 15/20 minutes after call. He was friendly and very professional. I am from out of town, so they got me into the garage right away. . My truck is my livelihood. Absolutely nothing but good things to say! My car broke down near the airport, and of course I was panicking. When I called in, Laura was extremely kind and helpful, and told me that they’d be able to have a driver to me within 90 minutes. About 45 minutes later I received notification that a driver was on the way, and 10 minutes after that Brent had arrived. I waited barely an hour for my tow, and they kept me updated the whole time. They towed my car from the airport to my dealership on Morse road. They made a VERY stressful experience quick, painless and easy, and if I ever find myself in such a situation again, I know who I’m calling.

Getting my brand new car with a busted out windshield towed back to the dealership was certainly not the way I planned to spend my lunch break today, but Joe from Broad and James made it as simple as it could have been. He’s also one of the only people from any of the several companies I’ve dealt with through the process so far that had a welcome sense of humor and plenty of relevant knowledge about the situation. Joe’s good nature made a bad situation better, and Broad and James Towing should be glad to have him on their staff.

I am absolutely livid about the inefficiency of this towing company. They towed my car to a police station but would not allow me to pick it up until I drove over to their office and paid. I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way, when I was standing right next to my car. They have no way to pay over the phone or online. It’s the freaking 21st century, how have they not figured this out yet?! The customer service was horrendous and they honestly ruined my entire week. I have never met such rude and inefficient people.

We had a great experience w/ Page as the tow truck driver. Unsuccessfully, two times prior attempts w/ other unreliable companies to get my vehicle towed only a mile down the street to my residence. Luckily, Broad & James Towing was punctual, professional and friendly.

The guy was very nice but he left car on street backwards leaving me and my husband to push it around in right direction so I wouldnt get a possible parking ticket.

Amazing Broad & James Towing service. I just bought a used car and it wouldnt start. Turns out the previous owner had an amp that used to be hooked up to the battery. He noticed the problem right away and fixed my car right there on the spot!! It was so unexpected because I thought I would have to have it towed to a mechanic to get it fixed which could have been an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this Broad & James Towing company for any towing needs, lockouts, jump starts, etc. They are honest, reliable, and diligent!!!

Ok so my c4 vette needed to have some work done it has a leaking line on the clutch system and a couple minor issues but with the ground effects NoOne wants to work on it but Broad and James came threw right on point towing, diagnosing and they’re in the process of getting her all the way back together thanks a lot guys

They are a great company. They showed up quickly and got the job done. The other companies had a 4-6 hour wait. Broad and james was there in 15 min.

After they towed my car from my own work on payday (was going to fix the flat tire that afternoon) they charged $17.50 a day storage. Only a few days later were expected to pay $270 to get it back. Only had $256 in the bank. They wouldnt take it. Had to wait two more weeks to get paid. Cost almost $500 to get it back. Then they made us DRIVE it off the lot before we could change the tire, ruining the rim. I havent gotten to fixing it just yet. Who knows how much that will cost. This company has NO VALUES and NO HEART.

The dispatcher was incredibly friendly and helpful.I was quoted and ETA of an hour and was very pleasantly surprised when the tow truck showed up after about 30 minutes. Used my car insurance to get my vehicles towed to home because I had a flat tire with no spare. Initial time requested was at 3:11pm. At the time I am writing this review it is 7:35pm and I just got home. I called a few times and the customer service was awesome but it doesn’t help with sitting in my car in below 30 degree temperatures.

I called, within 20 minutes they were there for a difficult tow out of a Car Wash!They did the job very quick, the price seemed reasonable and we were quickly on our way.I was so impressed tbh, I felt compelled to leave a good review.

Sunday around 11am we needed a wrecker for our truck to get it home to Cambridge from Columbus (1.5 hours each way). Dispatcher was pleasant & even provided me an estimate immediately. The wrecker arrived very quickly. Joe (James), the driver, was patient while we finished getting our belongings out, very professional & careful with our truck. Rate was very fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Broad & James. I will be saving their number in case I need a wrecker in the future.

So the timing and price of the service was great and they were very pleasant. Unfortunately they took parts that were left underneath the car with them. I asked them not to take those parts multiple times and it is causing us all sorts of headaches trying to find those parts as they are needed in order to be replaced 🤦‍♂️

Broad & James went above and beyond for us. We needed our car towed but it could not be kept at the destination overnight. It was my mistake be I didn’t realize that until we got there. I wasnt sure what to do and they offered to keep our car at their facility for us and brought it promptly the next morning. Greg was super polite and very helpful. Called them for a jump start. The technician said it was safe to turn off the engine and he was wrong because the car wouldnt start again. They wanted to charge me full price to come back and rejump the car. Terrible customer service. Wouldnt recommend and will never use them again

We had a great experience. We have a contract with this organization to help us with rental properties and they were quick and extremely responsive to our request. Eric met us at the property pretty late in the day. Walked the property with us and gave us the best options. He even went over and beyond to help us with other things we can do to help deter people from coming to the property and parking.We are extremely happy with their service and look forward to working with them.We highly recommend them.
