Do not bring your vehicle here unless you want to wait for days.I dropped my truck off at 8am, which was my appointment time. I never received a call, email or text update for the whole day. I called at least ten times from 12pm until 5pm with no answer. The customer care center couldn’t even get in contact and admitted that it was always a hassle to reach someone. I literally had to send an email up to the top to get a response. Come to find out a ticket was never put in and my car sat for a whole day without being serviced. I was met with apologies and told my car would be first up there next day. I had to pay for multiple lyft rides to get children from childcare which was a huge inconvenience. The following day I received one phone call at 11:30am for what needed to be fixed. I was told I would get a nice discount. I didn’t receive any other updates and it was now 5pm, so I decided to go up to the shop, and the car still wasn’t ready until about 6pm. Once I returned for the second time that day I was only given a small 10% discount on a $800 service. I chose to come to Dodge because I thought i would receive the best service but I was wrong and I will never return. This was a huge inconvenience for me. After multiple request of trying to be contacted back by Dean the GM or Kelly The service manager, no one called me from the upper management to team to address my concerns and the financial burden in having to rearrange transportation for myself and children for two days. I never this issue with Midas.

The service is fine, but trying to get to actually talk to a service advisor is impossible. Its so frustrating to have set up an appointment with a receptionist and not be able to find out how long the repair will take. Even with the direct number of an advisor and leaving a voice mail, i cant get a call back. Ive been waiting over 4 months to get my safety recall repaired, and get a sat appt scheduled (from the answering service that checked to make sure the part was in) only get there and find out they dont even do recall work on saturdays, the part was actually not in stock, and they need my truck all day. All things I kept caling to verify, even the morning of. So frustrated at this point.

Dont buy one of these cars. These are the most poorly made cars in the United States. Do your research before you buy one of these cars. I hate I ever bought a car made by Chrysler.
