I needed an alternator replaced late Saturday. I was leaving to go out of town Monday morning and was in a time crunch, John, the manager offered to stay over to make sure the work was completed timely. You dont find this level of customer service every day. These are the guys to go to for professional work and first rate customer service.

About 2 weeks ago i brought in a van with a driver side window no longer working. after it was repaired the driver side door handle stopped working. this was less than two weeks since they worked on the drivers side door. no mention was made of any issue about the door handle. i am currently waiting to hear how much they are going to charge for an issue they caused or failed to mention at time of last repair. i will be filling a report with receipts to the FTC & BBB. do not take your vehicle here.

They was great the first time I sent my car in, this second time I feel like they did their job but the issue I explained to them I had the second time wasnt resolved properly and they made a lot of money from me.

The Customer Service Rep was rude and dismissive of my problem. Instead of exchanging the item I purchased from AAA, he made up some ill reason not to give me what I paid for. I didn’t like how he talked to me at all, mentioning that he saw my car charger plugged in when he got in my car for 30 seconds. He mentioned this to say that it was the reason a brand new battery could be dying- man, please! It doesn’t matter how the battery tests! I bought it 3 weeks ago and it keeps dying. Just exchange it. He’s saying I’d have get the car towed and go through all these hoops to let them test a $160 battery overnight. Just exchange it. It’s real simple. He’s worrisome.

I have not been to the new place but I have used town and country in the past and was very pleased

It was very bad needed a tune up and check engine light was on. They said my timing belt was very bad shape. And my power steering pump leaked. $2200.00 picked up the car and they did not do anything about check engine light said it would be 120.00 to check it!! And that wasnt any part of a tune up!!! I will never be back there

The manager Ray is great to work with. They will do everything possible to fit you in their schedule. They give you an honest estimate and let you know whats imperative to fix immediately, and what can wait without bad consequences if your money is tight that month.

Ive been going to this service center for over 3 years, bringing my 13 year old vehicle there. They typically get the job done promptly, and explain what has happened and what they anticipate as future work. They arent pushy, and are patient. Things are always up and down with an older vehicle, but theyve been dependable with their work. I just lost an original hubcap after bringing in my car for a long over-due tire rotation, and Scott, one of the managers, handled the situation hassle-free, ordering me a replacement hubcap and absorbing all costs. Really appreciate their understanding and good service!

They always do a great job and dont try to sell you stuff that you dont need. I come from the other side of town just because the service is that good.

Efficient and friendly. The car broke down on Saturday just before they closed so by the time we were able to get it there they werent able to work on it until the next business day. In spite of that they had it analyzed and fixed within just a few hours once they opened back up. They kept me up to date with several calls through the whole process.

This is the second time I have used AAA Car Care Plus in Whitehall. I now consider myself a loyal customer. The first occasion was for a complex repair involving advanced diagnostic testing and replacement of the throttle body.More recently, on a Monday in August, when they were swamped with work and scheduling jobs as far out as Saturday, the manager was able to address my cars issues right away because the car did not need to be on a lift. The battery was recharged and the A/C evacuated, tested for leaks, and recharged.He also advised me on replacement of the passenger-side visor and an issue with the seat belt on the drivers side. I am impressed by the knowledge and care which the staff at this location bring to every job. I am confident that they will be able to handle whatever problems I may bring to them, and having that confidence is a good feeling.

Was in a bind. Flat front tire. Every place I called said to leave my car and they would try to fit me in. Had to be at work in 1 1/2 hrs. These guys told me to bring it in (although they were busy also) and would get me taken care of. 30 minutes after I got there had me out the door with a new tire. They dropped what they were doing to help me out with my emergency. Made it to work on time. Excellent people. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATIONI wanted to update my review of this location.I have been a customer here since 2006, ... they have always been very good at the things they do, ... over the years I had some minor issues with the various mechanics that have worked here, but the situations were always rectified.Recently, my car had a mind boggling issue with the rear brakes, granted I had it in a total of 3 times, BUT.... the service managers, and mechanic totally addressed the issue and resolved it !They treated me fairly, and I am super pleased with the results.Thank you guys! ....

Made an appointment online and when I arrived, I noticed the shop looked completely full... But my nerves were put to rest when my car was promptly taken in and my services of tire rotation, 39-point inspection and oil charge began. I didnt wait long at all and everything seems wonderful!I also want to point out that Terry, the assistant manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with - personable, sweet, and professional, he was the epitome of great customer service.I will definitely be back! Have had good service in the past - I called to make an appointment on Friday and was told that because of black Friday they were too busy to see my truck - I was fine with that - let Arnold know that I would drop it off on Tuesday for an oil change and a slight whistle coming from my engine - would like them to check it out - they did the oil change with the comment that I was lucky that someone cancelled and they got me in - I was hoping that I would get some feedback on the whistling issue - Arnold said he heard it but never gave me any idea on what it might have been - Im am trusting his expertise as a manager of mechanics that there is no issue with my truck - still doesnt sound right - the whistle is still there - runs fine but by driving it and possibly having a hole in a hose or a split gasket or a bad valve - how much damage can I do to my truck? Please advise as replacing an engine is not in the budget -

I am a AAA member and its absolutely worth the cost. Had oil change, tire rotation and console warning light check all for less than $50.00. Because I bought the the tires there tire rotation was free.

The head manager Ray and his team of mechanics always do a great job. I love how Ray keeps me informed with what is exactly going on when I leave my car there to be repaired. This last visit, the mechanic working on my car noticed the back brakes needed replaced. It was still under warranty and they fixed it right way. Very proactive.

Team didnt think theyd be able to fit me in but not only did but had my auto ready in about 3-4hrs. Very pleased with the work. Labor IS a bit pricey, but when you dont know how to do the job yourself, thats the way it goes. You get what you pay for and Im happy to have my auto back working. If you want it done cheaply, then shop around.

Great service. Ive had 2 tires replaced which picked up screws while driving. They replaced both tires free of charge because of the road hazard warranty coverage I purchased..... WELL WORTH THE SMALL EXTRA COST.... get this protection, you wont regret it! Professional staff, great service, no BS. Been going her for many years. Very trustworthy, they will NOT try to talk you into fixing/replacing parts that dont need replacement!Low prices on name brand quality tires (and OEM parts. Highly recommended. AAA+ rating in my book.

Gave me the wrong diagnosis of my car, and wanted to charge a hook up fee of $65 to tow it to my house, I got it started, drove it away from the lot and it stopped again. I now know what is wrong and will fix it for less than $100.

I had a flat tire that couldnt be fixed and the manager happened to have a tire on the premises that belonged to him and he loaned it to me in order for me to get home after he ordered a new warranted tire for me. I think this went beyond the call of duty and I was grateful to him to have been able to have my car during the holidays! Thanks so much to Ray Meese the manager there!

Second experience with this location. Staff seems cocky. I ended up going to another service station a block down the road got same service half the price no wait and friendlier service.

Great AAA team led by Ray to do business with. They are always punctual in performing the requested service and get it right the first time.

I went in for my scheduled oil change. When I got to the office, I was advised the wrong date had been entered on the schedule. Scott was awesome! He fit me in with very little wait time. Scott is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly!

This was the 1st time I had my oil changed there and I was very pleased with the actual car service and customer service received. I had a coupon for both an oil change & tire rotation and I was also referred by a family member.I will be going back for my next oil change.

Make sure to ask whether you can wait inside or not. I made an appointment and was never told I could not wait inside until I handed them my keys. They suggested Panera at a strip mall nearby but if its raining or freezing..... And no where to sit outside if it is a nice day.

It was nice to have a pleasant greeting dropping off and even picking up my car. I got a call during the day notifying my car was done and ready for pickup. Cost was explained along with things I need to consider. All in all I do plan to return to this AAA Car Care Center because they do care.

Get my oil change there great price all synthetic havent found anybody more reasonable little hard to get in need to plan usually about a week to set an appointment

A great experience all around. Their prices are very fair, they are even fairer if you are a AAA member. They thoroughly inspected my car and found numerous problems that had been undiagnosed at another oil change place (starts with a V), but didn’t pressure me on them just warned me and also gave me a fair and honest quote on the work that needed done. I plan to get my oil changed among other things here from now on!

Didnt take car there, because it was a little to expensive for car repair. But, AAA is a good place for smaller jobs.

Took my car in thinking I needed brakes and an usual noise was coming from the front. Found out I didn’t need brakes and the usual noise was not unusual to a mechanic. Just glad for once I didn’t get ripped off. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Will be taking my car back again.

Ask for the Sr. Mechanic, Jerry. Hes honest and does it right the first time.

Took my husbands car in for his a/c had fast, friendly service and was not charged an arm and a leg. They didnt try to sell me on something more. So took my sons truck in and was very satisfied with the service again.

I was in there looking for a battery and Scott at the front desk was the most helpful employee I have talked to at a AAA location. He answered all my questions and and if he didnt know then he got the answer for me. I appreciate his help and I would recommend everyone to stop by the Whitehall, OH store.

Inexperienced workers . I got a oil change and whoever worked on my car striped the threads to my oil pan. Had to pay more money to get the issue repaired. Would not recommend to anyone.

My experience with them have been nothing but the best.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The manager is extremely rude. The price he wanted to charge me for one tire was about 20% higher than what I bought a better tire for at a competitor. My jack came up missing after they switched my tire for the spare and damaged the board in my trunk then he denied that it happened. The district manager did nothing. He never even called me back. I thought I could trust them because they are AAA but I will never go back!

I dropped my car for overheat, and it cost me more than $400 to fix. After their repair, the car was making noise and stopped. I went back to ask a question, and drop it for the oil change; Ray was rude to me saying that he is NOT sure if I can read English. He did NOT even care to call me a foreigner. To be honest, I will NEVER use this shop again! As a customer who pays their bill, I deserve respect and consideration.Ray should learn how to deal with all people wherever their background.Customer service 101!

Quick service and helpful staff at the front.They got the job done on the first time with our repairs and no need to call them back about an issue.I always call ahead because they are always booked throughout the week.

Took my car here around 6 months ago for an oil change. Staff was arrogant and lectured me for not having my oil changed sooner. I realized I was overdue for an oil change but no need to lecture me over it.

AAA had my car at 9:00 am. this morning for an oil change. At 4:20 pm they realize they dont have the oil filter the truck needs. Ask yourself if you REALLY want to have these people work on your car. ----- in response to their response... so, what your saying is it takes 8hrs to change the oil? ok. well folks if you want to spend 8hrs getting your oil changed by all means AAA is the place for you!!! lol sign me up!!!

I originally took my car to another auto shop to have work done. The other shop stated I needed a control arm done but looking at the control arm you can clearly see that it was recently replaced but my ball joints was bad. I took the estimate and came back to the shop. I was informed that I had to pay full price because I am over the warranty by 3k miles but within the 2 years. I have canceled my AAA membership and I have been a member of 17 years. I will not bring my car back for servicing here, it should not matter if it was warranty or not when the original notes state removed and replaced and they was not.

Attendant Terry works really hard to get you the best deals on service and tires. Always polite and remembers customers by name.

Really great service

Had a flat tire on the way to work. Called AAA at 6:40am, road tech arrived at 7:01am. Had my tire plugged by 7:20. At 8:00 am called Ray at Reynoldsburg service center, and he managed to get my car in and repair the tire with a patch the same day. I wish I could remember the road techs name so I could single him out too none the less an outstanding job of customer service by all who were involved at AAA.

I have all my car repairs done here.

The best customer service I have received in a long time- they were quick, prices were amazing and staff was friendly— this will be where I go for my car needs from now on!
