Great shop, fast service, knowledgeable and not trying to make a buck off of you. Took my car in to get the ac checked at the end of their work day and they fit me. Did the easy diagnosis and said it would need to be put on the lift to thoroughly diagnose it, but it seemed to be a full job, probably around $1300. Took it in the next business day in the morning and they called me back by noon saying it was a relay and a little low on Freon. Put a shot of dye in as well to make sure the system wasn’t leaking, and I was out the door. $210 and I was out the door. I will definitely be recommending them and giving them my business.

I had to get the water pump in my BMW 328i replaced and they replaced the pump as well as the the thermostat for a great price! I was very impressed. Service was fast and they were able to help me with everything from getting it towed to getting it fixed. Highly recommend. I will be taking my car nowhere but Sheffield automotive from now on.

I’ve used them over the past year since moving to Benning. They are the only ones that I’ll let touch either my wife’s Mercedes or my Volvo. They know foreign cars inside and out, and their prices can’t be beat. I highly recommend this place. Took my car first to Tires1st. because of my breaks, they kept my car for two days for diagnostic $86, I was told I need a new Master cylinder and brake booster $880 for the repair, that seem very high to me, so I asked around and found Sheffield Automotive, I am so glad I did, the repair was only $328, my brakes are perfect and I didnt need a brake booster! Tires 1st. is fine if you get new tires, but dont take it there for any repairs!!! Also they left a tool on my engine.
