I got new tires put on two weeks ago. My car was driving weird, so I thought it would be best to take it in for an alignment. My appointment for the alignment was at 8am on 7/20, and they called me at 4pm (even though my car had been there since 8am) saying they couldnt do the alignment because my tie rods were bad. They told me the parts would be in on 7/23, but I couldnt get an appointment until 7/26. So I made another 8am appointment for 7/26 to have everything done. I receive a phone call at 4pm once again, only this time they told me that they actually didnt have the parts and that Id have to come back the next day (why did they until 4pm to tell me this when my appointment was at 8am?). I make another 8am appointment for the following day and get a call at 4pm telling me my car is ready. I go to get my car, and realize that the alignment is not done properly (my steering wheel was off center so much that when I tried to drive straight, my car would go left of center on the road). I called immediately to have them fix it and (you guessed it) they told me to come back the following day. The whole process has been exhausting (not to mention a giant waste of my time) and I will not be returning in the future.

Pep Boys did a great job finding the tires we found out of stock online. About 24 hours later the tires were in. We got an Oil change and 4 tires installed. We were in and out in really no time at all. Great Job Pep Boys!

I went in for a free alignment inspection air tire pressure check and a check engine inspection. The service was on time and friendly.
Made an appointment online for new tire installation & selected tires I wanted. Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment & checked in. An hour went by & no updates so I went to the desk where I was informed that they only had 3 tires in my size, so they hadnt started working on my vehicle. They went on to tell me that someone would pick up the 4th tire - but it would be another hour before that person would arrive. Instead of waiting, I asked to be rescheduled for the next day. Was told tires would be in stock.Next day: arrive on time, check in, and am asked what size/brand tires I wanted. Which I found odd because everything was supposed to be sorted. When I told them what I wanted, they told me that those tires were out of stock. Then offered me a more expensive option.Absolutely ridiculous. I left without tires. Will go to the dealer.
Me and my bf Kyle went there to get seat covers and they were kind of easy to find but we found them and matching car wheel cover too but I ended up not needed them after I got my car detailed. I got scotchgard to protect my yellow seats instead so I returned the seat and car wheel cover. But I have gone to Pepboys a lot in my life so I do recommend this place.
I scheduled an appointment for a Friday to get my brakes done, after not hearing from them I called to check on the status and they said it hadn’t been looked at yet but they would call back by the end of the day. I never heard from them so I called back the next morning and was told they forgot to call but my card hadn’t even been looked at. My car was rummaged through but not repaired. I rescheduled for the following Friday, and upon my arrival I was told there was no one to complete my service and I was asked to reschedule yet again. Rescheduled for the following Monday and guess what yet again my car wasn’t even looked at. Matter of fact the manager asked me if it was even there when it was parked directly in front of the building. Communication is nonexistent and service/ customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority. Really disappointed being that my family has used them for years.
Very good customer service. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They not only rotated my tires but also told me how much tire treads I have left on my tire. I was in and out in a short period of time. Did everything right.! Glad there are some very honest shops around!

I would rate this a zero if I could. Poor service and they don’t care about taking care of customers with efficiency . They told me my car would be taken in within 10 minutes of me arriving and 40 minutes later my car had not been taken in. Had the same issues with this Pep Boys on Morse road back in 2000 and nothing has changed, so I won’t ever go back. And please save your apologies or response to my rating because you truly don’t care how to lead and manage this location, just save your typing, please! I would not suggest anyone to go here until they improve their service that you are going to pay for. Left and went to Meineke who took care of me swiftly.

Terrible customer service. Told them I wanted to have the flat tire either patched or replaced with one of the tires that was being taken off my car. They forgot and instead of dealing with it right away, they pushed me back into the afternoon. Also, I paid for the tires online. Ended up costing less than what I paid for and I assumed my card would be refunded. It wasn’t. Called the store three times to get resolved and never responded. Now dealing with 5 hr wait to talk to someone on the phone with a Pep Boys customer service rep. Too many tire places in the area to ever give them another chance.

My daughter took her there it costed her more then she wanted for two tires, she had to get wheel bearings, and an alignment a quarter of a $600.00.
It was alright cant complain.
They found what was wrong with my truck & explained it to me in what steps to take next with fixing it

I took my high mileage Toyota here for an alignment after installing struts and lowering springs and they nailed it! I fought with this for days trying to get everything aligned in my garage at home without success, and only wish I brought it here sooner. Good job guys, you earned a customer next time I need tires mounted or bailed out of a frustrating DIY project!

Review from October, 2018: Had an appointment & still had to wait 20 minutes to be waited on & hours before receiving service! Told they were short staff. Also quoted a price for new tires that was 4 times higher than Kat’s Tires. However, they have an outstanding Retail store next door where staff is knowledgeable & friendly. I’m Leary to give them another chance with my vehicle needs.UPDATE March, 2019: My initial review last October, was 1 star out of 5. Even though I received an email response I ignored it as I was never going to patronize them again. I recently needed to add oil (4 months later) & did not see a dipstick! Obviously I had one when I took it in for service! Today, March 7th I returned & and was shown where the pull tab of the old dipstick had broken off. This was not reported to me after service last October. However, The new Service Manager, Ismael, installed a new dipstick, checked my oil level & I am so grateful. Ismael seems to have brought order to this location so I’m changing my rating to 4 out of 5!
Do not go to this store if you care about your health. When I attempted to visit today during the COVID-19 pandemic, both employees seated behind the service counter were wearing their masks improperly (not covering the nose) while one of them repeatedly pulled his mask down to speak to customers, all in a small confined space where other customers were improperly masked and social distancing was not enforced. It is apparent that they do not care about the safety of their customers. I will take my business elsewhere even though I have brought from Pep Boys in the past.
It was my first time there today and everyone was extremely helpful. I needed a headlight changed and the guy at the service counter went out of his way to help me put it in since the shop was a little backed up. I’m grateful for the help and amazing service! Will be coming back!
Never used their service department. Parts are reasonable. I really dont feel qualified to give too much criticism one way or another. I dont do a lot of my own work. Just bought some wipers, fluid, and touch-up paint. The staff were helpful and the store was clean with everything easy to find. Would go again. I would also consider buying my next set of tires from them.

My vehicle had 3 days and I had to come here to have it checked and I found it in the same place where I left it, then told me that they could not solve the problem, I lost three days of work due to an alignment problem, they are very negligent

Great local automotive store, i still remember when this place first opened
Im a regular customer of Pepboys and have tried them across the country, but this branch was not up to the same standards as the other branches. I took my wifes car for an oil change and provided the oil, the filter, AND THE LUBRICANT! Took the car at 8:30, and had an appointment at 9 ... They called me at 10:40 (two hours for an oil change), AND THEY DECIDED NOT TO PUT THE LUBRICANT ON THEIR OWN! At least call me to check with me before you decide ... Plus, when I arrived there, the couldnt find my keys and had to search for them! I will not come back to this branch again.

Overall I had a very pleasant experience with this Pep Boys location. It started off a bit rough, but Service Manager Matt was helpful and friendly and we got it worked out. I had an appointment on Tuesday, however could not make it due to an emergency, I called to reschedule for the same time Wednesday and was told it would be taken care of. When I got there at my scheduled time on Wednesday, I was not on the schedule. And to make things worse, they didnt have the tires I wanted/had picked out online. Ive run into this inventory issue with several things (including other tire stores), unfortunately even with tech as great as it is, live inventory just isnt quite possible it seems. However, Matt found another set of tires that were just as good and the same price and we were under way. Despite not actually having an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised when my Truck rolled into the garage about 20 minutes after I had arrived. The job was done very well within about an hour and a half and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase tires.

Alex & Lamar are very nice. Bought an alternator from this location 2 days ago, it turned out to be faulty, they tested it and told me it was faulty and offered to put a new one in for me for cheap. I turned it down though to save even more money. I tried to return the faulty one about an hour ago and the cashier and the manager tried to argue with me and tell me it wasnt faulty even though Lamar tested it and told me it was faulty. After arguing they finally refunded me my money, will never go back but if anyone else goes there Id recommend asking for Alex or Lamar.
Made a Sunday appointment the day prior for a car battery replacement. Showed up 30 minutes early, but mechanics were busy--no problem, I will wait. No one was available to work for my car until another hour after my appointment time... The battery itself took half an hour to replace, which was fair. But the wait included left me at the establishment for two hours total even with an appointment. Definitely less than ideal of an experience. Like the other reviews said, the service is good but you may very well end up with a long wait no matter what given their staffing situation. The manager was very nice and helpful and checked in on the people waiting but nothing she could do to shorten the wait.

Wonderful customer service!! The technicians stayed way past the time they were supposed to leave and an hour and a half past closing just so the car would be in tip top shape and we could take it home the same day. Highly recommend Pep Boys for any vehicle services!!

I set up an appointment online for 1 pm on a Sunday. When we got there, we were told that the online appointment dont take into account what they have scheduled in the store. However, we were assured that my car would be done no later than 6 pm (closing) even though they were busy. At 5 pm we got a call that they never got to my car but they would do it first thing the next day. Fine. By 4 pm the next day I STILL hadnt received a call that my car was done. After being on hold for 5 min I was told that they would have to get back to me. When they finally called I received numerous excuses as to why my car still hadnt been started but I was yet again assured that it would be done in 1.5 hours. After an hour I called to make sure my car was scheduled to be done on time and I was told that my car STILL WASNT EVEN STARTED and I was told I would be called when it was done and the tech HUNG UP ON ME. By the time I got my car back they HADNT EVEN DONE ALL OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE....... SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO HERE. I will never be back to this Pep Boys or any other Pep Boys again. You will regret any service you attempt to get done here.
This used to be a good place to go. Matter of fact, I still have a set of tires on my car from here. This being said, dont expect any help when wanting to purchase a set of tires. Now I am not looking to purchase just one, but ALL FOUR! Installation, and possibly more work on a van I just purchased. Sorry Pep Boys, youve lost your PEP with this customer.
Pep Boys takes wonderful care of my car; I will not take it anywhere else. The work is always completed quickly, and no one has ever tried to sell me something extra. I have been treated with the utmost of professionalism and respect every time I have been there.
Set an appointment online, but it didnt register in the system. When I arrived, they got my car in immediately (tire losing pressure) and apologized for the system not accepting the appointment. When they found the issue and couldnt fix it, they gave me options for companies who could. Great customer service.
Paid for 4 tires and alignment. 4 hours later drive away noticed they didnt do an alignment. Looked at receipt confirmed I payed for it. Went back they conjugated for about 5 mins before realizing they didnt do it and I did in fact pay for it. Hour later its done. Steering wheel still not actually straight. Although straighter than before. get on freeway and notice the hood open but latched.. also the guy about killed my clutch pulling in the bay. 149% do not recommend this place
The store is vintage Pep Boys. I havent been in one in the past 20 years, and it feels pretty much the same. Sadly the new features are what brought me in and let me down. The ability to order online and have installed in the store is a bit of a mess with the store not getting appointment info nor accounting for the stores scheduled staff. Thus I wasted a trip. Not the store staffs problem, but a good reason not to try to go back anytime soon. Otherwise the store seemed fine.
Took my car in for engine sputtering. They charged me $120 to determine it needed the fuel system cleaned out with pipe cleaners. Theyll do it for just another couple hundred dollars. I said bologna, I know its not the fuel system.Took it to a small independent shop and they found spark plug wire boot cracked. They replaced for $25. Problem fixed.Pep boys refused to refund my $120. Dont do business with these people! Dishonest and incompetent.
I called in the morning to see if they could fit me in for the service I needed. They told me to arrive between 4:00 - 5:00 pm. I arrived at about 4:40. I was in and out within an hour, which was extremely unexpected, considering it was a Monday! GREAT SERVICE AS ALWAYS!!
As a Fleet account was looking for a better experience. We had a coil pack on cylinder one replaced this summer by Pep Boys on a Silverado and called to let them know that it was reading as having the same problem on a scanner diagnostics that was completed. Expressed that our truck was riding rough and throwing similar codes. Told them that we was going to bring it over Tuesday evening and the dispatcher said no problem. Was told that they would look at it Wednesday since it was late in the day and see what was the problem. Anyway, didnt hear from them Wednesday and just thought that theyre busy in would call us Thursday morning. End of the day Thursday and no call. We try calling a few hours before they close and the phone just keeps ringing. Three different times same result. Dispatcher finally answers states that she was on the other line and that she has someone waiting at the counter. I expressed our concern of no updates and asked what was going on. She couldnt even remember who I was or why we brought in the truck. The dispatcher seemed clearly overwhelmed. She went on to express they had not even looked at our truck to this point and that they only had one qualified technician in were backed up. In fairness she did say she would give us 10% off for the inconvenience but we already receive that as a fleet account. Furthermore we need our work truck and they havent even looked at it in 2 whole days. No reason to give a better rating at this point. Not confident in their ability to complete the repair by tomorrow.
At first a thought that I was getting a good service, but things started to go wrong. By far the worst place Ive ever been when it comes to having something done to my vehicle. Not only thy I have created multiple problems to my car they are denying what they messed up. It is going to cost me more money to fix what they damage than the money that I spent on all 4 tires That I had put in by them. Now I have to take my car to a dealership to fix what they messed up. The only thing that theyre good at is saying is not our fault over and over and over that is all I keep hearing, its not our fault. I actually work on retail and Ive never heard of a place or never been at a place where there are so horrible and not responsible for their mistakes. I never thought that I would use the word hate when he comes to something like this but I literally hate pepboys. For the love of God save your time and your money and go somewhere else. If you read this review and you go there and something bad happens to your car and you wasted your time reading this because you obviously did not learn from it. I tried to contact the corporate office and is literally a dead end. I could not get a hold of anyone to even talk to about the situation and what can be done. The only reason why I have one star is because I had to put one there to submit the review, otherwise it would have been negative stars.

Extremely disappointed in Pep Boys. I have taken 4 vehicles to this location and I am not sure what has happened to the staffing and staff, but it has taken a dramatic turn for the absolute worse...... and now that I see updated reviews I see everyone has pretty much had the same issue. My car wouldnt start on Sunday 11/18, called Pep Boys, talked to Lauren. She told me they had a lot of appointments, some that were not confirmed, so she couldnt guarantee that it would get in Sunday... but if not Monday. I was fine with that, hoping for the best, but was okay if it got in on Monday. I hadnt heard anything on Sunday, in which I was prepared for..... but on Monday I didnt hear anything, called 3 times with the same answer, they had not got it back yet. Went in after I got off work, was told by a nice gentleman (**That I could obviously see was extremely frustrated, which I could understand seeing as it looked as they were extremely understaffed**) and asked about my vehicle. After stating he was doing the best he could, but assured me that my car was the next vehicle to be brought back and he would probably be there way past 9p or 10p, that I will get a call with a diagnosis. Now it is Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., my husband is at Pep Boys as I type, waiting for a tow truck to pick the vehicle up and take it to another shop. The vehicle is STILL in the same spot it was in yesterday when I went in and spoke with the gentleman. I used my AAA to get the vehicle towed to Pep Boys, and since they do not tow twice for the same mechanical breakdown, we are pay OUT OF POCKET for a flat bed tow (because my car is an AWD) to take it less than 2 miles to another mechanic shop. AGAIN, I have been a LONG time customer OF THIS Pep Boys and have historically gotten extremely good service here. I would have Lauren told me that they would not be able to get to my vehicle before the holidays due to the back up, then for me to get strung along!!!! TELL ME THERE ARE TOO MANY APPOINTMENTS TO GET A TOW IN THE SHOP!!!!! GIVE ME A WARNING THAT IT MAY NOT GET IN FOR A FEW DAYS!!! GIVE ME THAT OPTION, do not allow for a towed car to come in without a clear understanding that it will take DAYS maybe a week to get it in!!!! I would have been clear on that and made sure that could work for me! Pep Boys, in the past, has told me that they couldnt work on my vehicle for days/week before and made it clear..... why has that changed???? I wouldnt be upset or mad at that, but now I am having to pay for a tow, when I couldve used that free tow AND had my car to drive by now!!!!! Extremely disappointed and will NEVER take any of my vehicles back to this location!!!!! I just want to reiterate for the 3rd time, I have been a long-time customer and have spent a lot of money here. I will never take any of my vehicles here ever again! They need to bring in some big wigs to this store, or a better store manager!!!! I know good workers are hard to find, but training your current employees to tell customers the situation before they make a decision to let their car sit in a parking lot for days...... extremely poor customer service and even worse store management. Pep Boys corporate needs to come in and look at this location!

Not responsible enough to give a call about available tires or estimate of time in which vehicle will be finished. Management didnt care either since I was speaking to a manager and asked why they hadnt called until after I called to check if my vehicle was ready for pickup after 2 hours of dropping off and nope it wasnt because the desired tires werent really available. SMH
I made an appointment online. I received a confirmation email of said appointment. I showed up for my appointment and was told they could not service my vehicle because my appointment time was too late (6pm) and their technician was goes home at 5:30 pm. Blamed their online appointment system for this. I could see the list of appointments for the day in the assistant managers hand, which had my name, appointment time, and my phone number listed. I asked why no one had called me, since they clearly have the my information and knew they werent going to work on my car. He had no answer to give me. When asked why they schedule appointments online if they cant honor them, he could also give me no answer to that. More mind boggling is the Service Center hours on the door said 8a-8p which is clearly in accurate. When I asked him what the latest appointment time was- he said 4 pm. This makes no sense. Will not return.
I recently had my brakes go bad and had my truck towed to Pep Boys. I had them replace all of the brakes lines. It was rather expensive but my brakes work great now. I was able to use a 15 percent off coupon that I found with a quick Google search. Good work but took a couple days.
When I arrived at 8:50 am for my 9:00 am appointment (mind you I had made an appointment so that this process would go smoothly), I was told that it would be at least 3 hours before they could get to my vehicle. Really this isnt acceptable since I made an appointment and the process to install the hitch is about 20 minutes. I was prepared however to leave my vehicle there though and come back several hours later to pick it up.At that point the gentleman assisting me thought is would be a good idea to verify that the hitch was at the store. This would be the hitch that I scheduled the appointment for several days in advance. After 30 minutes of looking around he determined that they didnt have the hitch even. When I asked for him to propose a resolution he shrugged his shoulders and said there really wasnt anything he could do. If they could find a hitch he would call me to have it installed. Then he went on about how the appointment system kept creating these types of problems and he just really didnt know what to say.Couple of observations here.1. Blaming your system for the problem just makes you look even more incompetent.2. Worst thing in customer service is to make your problem my problem. Really fix it.3. What is the point of making an appointment in the Pep Boys system with the indicated service and item if it is not honored?4. I will never use Pep Boys again and will advise others of my experience.End result is I called U-Haul and they were able to install the hitch that day in about 20 minutes. They even had the part and were competent unlike Pep Boys.
So disappointed in Pep boys. Dropped off my car the 13th of December & I still don’t have it back. They never call me to give me an update on my car, the supervisor Kenny constantly passes the ball over to some name Matt, all while I’m catching cabs & business to keep my life up. They constantly tell me it’s my warranty company that has a delay, but when I speak to the warranty company they say that Pep boys leaves them on hold for way to long & they don’t call back. Whenever they finally call my my warranty company they advise them to call back another day. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing has been done. Get it together! I need my car back. Maybe it’s because I’m a female? Maybe it’s because I’m part of the so called minority group of people? For the life of me I can understand what is the hold up.

I had an excellent experience at the Morse Road store in Columbus Ohio due to the service reps Matt and Tammy. I ordered 4 custom wheels for my vehicle. I was told it would take around 7 business days for them to arrive. After a week they had not arrived. Come to find out the store who was to transfer them did not bother to inform them they did not have them in stock. Ordered again from warehouse, another 7 business days. Matt and Tammy were courteous and professional with me. They were honest with me about the mistake on their end. Most places would have given me an excuse. I wish there was more reps like them out there. Thanks Matt and Tammy!
One star is too high, but zero stars is not an option. The person I interacted with at this location was rude and unhelpful. Asked if they could look at my car and brusquely stated they are booked up. I will say Im glad they made it clear I should never do business with them, which probably saved me a lot of time and money in the long run. I ended up going to auto zone and buying the parts to fix the issue myself.
Just replaced the tires on my wifes Ford Edge and these guys (including Randy!) were awesome! And the price was right! Going back next week for new brakes. Five stars!
I had an appointment for servicing my car. I was doing regular maintenance and fluids check nothing serious. When I arrived at the desk the lady who works there went out to smoke and left me waiting for at least five minutes. When she finally came back and checked my name, she said that they are busy and they cannot get my car serviced in less than 3 hours! What’s the point of having an appointment! Very bad.
Took my car here to get new tires during their buy 3 get 1 free special. They were fast, informative and efficient and made me aware of a problem that will need attention fairly soon. I am very happy with my service and I would definitely reccomend them to my friends and family.
We stood in front of the counter to ask a question for about 5 minutes while two employees argued over who froze up the computer. I waited politely because I dont like being interrupted at work, either, but even when they were done, they continued to ignore us. My husband finally gave up on getting any service and called out to ask a question. The woman who rang us up was very friendly, tho!
I drove 35 min set appointment up online just for them to tell me they have no technicians unorganized waited 10 min before anyone even greeted me what happened to good customer service never will I do business with them.

So this is a follow up to my earlier review. I had bought a shock for my truck cap but the shock they sold me was the wrong one and according to the manager it was defective when I brought it back. The wrong shock broke the glass on my truck cap. I wrote the review and had someone contact me about the issue. Then the manager Don called me saying he would take care of it and was sorry about how things happened. He even mentioned how the manager that told me the shock was defective treated me by not really caring it had happened. Don was unable unable to find the glass for my cap since it is no longer made. He was willing to spend $600.00 for glass if it would have been available. I followed up with him and he said that corporate had taken over the case. I did not hear anything and called him back and he said that they had now sent it back to him to file a case so I could get my truck cap. Now I received a letter from what I would assume is corporate office saying that they were not going to pay my loss. It would not have been so bad if Don the manager would have not agreed to at least fix the glass at his cost because he knew it was their issue that it happened. I just see this as a conflict between corporate office and the stores not communicating. If they cant communicate how can we expect them to treat customers when there is an issue. I read these reviews from this site and others and you can see there is an issue at this store. There are many other options out there that are better qualified than this Pep Boys and at better prices. I should have remembered the old saying“The bitterness of poor quality and service is remembered long after the sweetness of low price has faded from memory.”
The only reason I gave one star is because I had to. I have gotten my tires changed here and have had multiple complications with the tire. Within 6 months, I have had two faulty tires. And the last visit, my tire sensor just “happened” to be missing. Which was not an issue until after they changed my FAULTY tire. Also they were very unprofessional and prejudice. I was never notified when my tire was in, I had to call multiple times after being told different dates the tire would be in. Stay away from this site. The other pep boys are not so bad. But this store is horrible!
Everything was great had an appointment at 10 got my car checked in and it was in the garage being serviced within about 10 minutes

Slow, slow, Slow! Service was good but wait was horrendous. It took quite a while to get to the register, perhaps because it was Saturday but the wait in line was too long. They apologized for the wait but it seems they need a better way to handle the order and payment process.

2 hours for an oil change. We were initially told that it would take approximately an hour. Staff not friendly and failed to inform us that they were behind schedule. Then, they were unable to tell us if the car was done and initially couldn’t locate the paperwork. We had received an email saying the car was finished before it actually was. Save your time and spend a few more bucks and go somewhere else that values customer service.
I arrived at this location 1.5 hours before closing due the black Friday deal and was told that they couldnt install the tires and recommended that I should come back the next day. I asked the mechanic whether I needed to schedule an appointment and was told that no appointment will be needed--a walk in is fine.So I called the next day around 1 pm and the person who answered the phone told me that I can just drop the car off and would be able to pick up the car by 6pm. I immediately drove over, only for them to tell me that they were out of all the tires. Wasted two trips there and got nothing done! Unreliable business that I wont be coming to again!!!!!
This place was great initially and over the last year or so. The quality of service has went completely down the drain. Over the years I got my routine maintenance completed at this location because of the ease and quickness of service. But, the last two times my experiences have been horrendous. I paid over $365 in March for an actuator replacement and had to wait over 2 weeks due to the lack of urgency of the shop to install it because they couldnt order the part with my TPA before the cutoffs and in addition to I went to get my Oil Valve cover gasket replaced which cost nearly $1,000 and within 6 months it is leaking again. It originally took nearly 7 years for the gasket to leak and this time 6 months, which is obviously due to poor installation techniques by the shop. I called and told them of the issue and they stated that this particular repair only constitutes for a 90 day warranty, which I am sure someone stated at the shop it was covered for a year. Ive been trying to contact the shop manager on how to resolve this issue and I have been pretty running in circles with no progress whatsoever. I suggest individuals to not go to this shop and go to a more reputable local mechanic than this national chain.
One of the ONLY places that will install your parts! Even if you dont buy the part from them they will install it. 99% of other places wont and they will make you buy whatever they sell...kudos on offering a service most others absolutely refuse to offer!

Consistently visit this location because they have good pricing and are open on Sundays. Visited today and dealt with Dylan and Donte, very helpful guys. They were taking care of an issue that arose from dealing with a sloppy tech that I came to find out has sense been let go from the shop, glad to hear that, I always come to pep boys for my tire mount and balance needs, and they have alot of parts available. But need more hood pin and hubcentric rings selection!

Terrible experience, they diagnosed my car & told me my a.c discharge line was broken & needed replacement when theres absolutely nothing wrong with the discharge line but the problem was my a.c condenser, I ordered a new discharge line replaced it only to find out that I replaced something that wasnt broke to begin with. ..they are a fraud & shady. ..watch out ppl..
They actually provided excellent service. They were just really slow.
