I wasnt happy with the lack of communication with this company, lack of returned calls and general confusion over payment options. BEWARE if you pay with anything other than a check or cash, they pass along the card surcharge to you! In my case, it was $20.00. This was on top of the $570 I spent for the bed liner. They did not contact me in advance to inform me that they needed to spray over my bed mounting bolts. This really chapped me. The office communication needs some polishing. In the end, the liner does look really good and is performing as expected. And they replaced two screws that were missing from my tailgate already, so I appreciate the extra touch, but there is room for improvement.

Listen, is this a big investment in your truck? Sure. But this is a great product and a great team. They got my truck done in no time.

Had my 2001 Chevy Silverado 3500 under coated what the owner and his employee have gone was beyond my expectations the frame looks like it was when it was new I forgot to give them keys to bed cap so they couldn’t fog for tust as that was done to rust protection but was no problem they y the old me to stop in and they could do it pretty quick most people would be like well tough luck now guess what you are going to pay for it they are a no nonsense straight forward business they let you know what they are going to do and what can’t be done and why as far as payment was as priced no surprises will be going back to have Bed-liner sprayed in and after wife gets her new car it’s going straight to Line X have to get new hood for truck as soon as it’s installed and painted it’s going back as well as said for bed liner and to get hood rust proofed and get underneath hood sprayed with tinted Bed liner after all is said and done top shelf business

The whole thing was painless. Marlene was a great customer rep, answered all my questions. Dropped of before work picked up at 4:00. Bed liner looks great. Only downside was that I had to buy a new tool box because the great looking bed liner made my old one look raggedy.

We had the beds of two brand new trucks treated here (for a landscape maintenance company). Initially the work looked great and the service was great. However, a few months later the product started to peel. The peeling then became severe all along the bottom and even pulling away from the sides of the truck.We brought it in to be looked at and they told us sorry the warranty doesnt apply. Saying the cause was not from normal use but from forklifts, which we dont use. Not sure how a forklift would make it separate from the side of the bed in the front corners. So now we are out over $1000 and have no protection in our trucks. We do not recommend this product or this company. A plastic bed liner would have given us better results.

I just had Line-X Premium done yesterday. These guys answered my questions, told me what exactly to expect and treated my new truck like it was their new truck. My wife and I tried really hard to find a flaw and couldn’t do it. I’m very happy with the results. (It’s dirty in the pictures because I’ve already used it.)

Great value and good looking product. There was a few bubbles in the liner upon inspection when I got my truck back. I let Shawn know and he scheduled me back in lightening fast to resolve any issues. Once I arrived to drop my truck back off for the warranty work one of the shop guys found another problem spot and made note of it. 3 hours later I got a phone call stating my truck was done.Not only are these guys easy to work with and value priced they stand by their warranty 100%.Will definitely recommend them in the future.

I’m about two years in with my Line-X bed liner and still very satisfied. There were a couple of questionably rusty spots that the shop expressed honest concern over, but I let them spray it on anyway. Uniform coat, aggressive texture, seems to have adhered to the rusty spots that were prepped. My only complaint was that later I had to replace my rear windshield and lost my original Line-X sticker.Line-X, if you’re reading this, I hope you can see your way to sending a gracious happy customer another boasting sticker!

Great service dropped off my truck the night before it was ready the following afternoon as promised but I was detained too late at work to pick it up. They agreed to keep it another day till I could pick up. I picked it the next day everything looked great. I had it over six months still looks new and has shrugged off all damage. Plus I got a military discount. Few products have exceeded my expectations but this is one.

I got my first spray in liner back int he spring of this year. I have had several drop in liners and a couple rubber mats, over the years. I couldnt be more pleased with the LineX spray in liner. I have loaded it down with firewood and camping supplies several times over the summer, hauled a pallet of bricks and helped haul wood for a friend. The liner has been great and still looks good. I would not hesitate to get it again and was very pleased with Line-X of Columbus. They were very professional and accommodating. Very impressed with their customer service and willingness to stand behind their product and service. I had liner sprayed in a brand new f150 about a year ago. The truck gets very light use and I noticed a gouge through the liner down to the metal. I stop into their shop and showed them the damage, Shawn agreed to respray the floor at no cost. Went to pick the truck up and he resprayed the entire liner at no cost. He stated he wasnt happy with the original job and he wanted to make it right. I had the spray in liner installed via the Ford dealership and it was fine. I then had them install some mud flaps on my truck. The mud flaps were delayed as the shipment came in later in the day. But once the items came in they were installed in a timely manner and I am happy with Line-X and their products.

Bed liner- Great experiencence from sales to install. Great product as well. Highly recommend this process for anyone looking to protect their truck bed, tool boxes, or anything else. I took it easy on dragging heavy items for about a week, now i dont even blink an eye. After 2 months of daily exposure to dragging miter saws/stands and other items which i would consider moderate to heavy use, no damage whatsoever.

I bought a Ford F-150, new in 2015. I brought it here the day after I bought it and got the spray in liner. I was hauling various items several times weekly, rock, metal, trash. I never had an issue with the liner. I just traded it in on a 2020 F-150 yesterday and can’t wait to bring it in to get the liner sprayed in.

After deciding to go with Line-X instead of a competitor, I contacted the Business Park location via email. Got a very quick reply and estimate from Matt. I called him to get more information and he was very informative and answered all my questions. When I called Matt to schedule installing the liner, he was very accommodating in making his schedule fit with mine. I dropped off my truck at the end of the day before the work was scheduled and was impressed to see him park it inside for the night. He promised that the work (liner and undercoating) would be done and the truck ready to go by mid-afternoon the next day. He said he would call with a status update and he did so by about 3PM. I picked up the truck the next day and was very pleased with the results. Much better looking than the liner I had with a competitor on a different truck. Overall, I appreciated Matts professionalism and the care he took with my truck. I am very happy with the liner (and undercoating) and would recommend Matt and Line-X of Central Ohio to anyone looking for both a quality product and customer experience.

The Line-X application was flawless and the owner and main tech were friendly and professional to talk to and interact with. My Tundra has a bed rail system that is held in place with a series of screws and pins. One of my pins was missing and its hole was sprayed over (the only issue I noticed). I have no doubt if I had said something they would have cared for this, but it is a 2.5 hour round trip and I am not sure that this one pin is essential for the stability of the rail system. I just wish instead of great it would have been perfect!

This was my second time using Line-X of Central Ohio. I had a custom red bed liner applied. The Team was very professional and did an excellent job. It was delivered on time with no issues.

I was recommended to Line-X by Brunswick Automart where I purchased my 2015 Ram Quad Cab Bighorn with 17,500 miles, including a fiberglass cap and no liner at all. Best idea ever was to match the Bright Metallic Silver truck color rather than simply a black spray-on bedliner. I furnished the paint code to Line-X. Well worth the upgrade cost. Brunswick had to fix a rear fender including fresh paint. At Line-X, Shawn Rogers recognized the fresh paint, explaining that he needed a week of curing before he could safely spray. No problem. I rescheduled for one week later. Dropped the truck night before after removing the cap, and picked up the next afternoon. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. The finish itself glows and will not tear up any valuable load I may carry. I highly recommend Shawn and Line-X of Central Ohio. Thanks very much!

I called and got pricing, spoke with Shawn. He was very informative explaining what each option meant and their benefits. There was a $50 off coupon for one of their services on their website as well. We decided to go with the Premium Liner. They were able to get us in the next day. We dropped our truck off in the evening, put the keys in the drop box. Even though they were having issues at the shop with the garage door, they were able to get the truck finished by the end of the day! It looks amazing! They did such a great job, were so courteous, and got us in and out with no problems. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for this type of product. Last July ‘18, I had Line-X spray in a bedliner on my 2015 Ram 1500. The staff treated me with respect and did not assume I knew anything “truck accessories”. During my due diligence, I found that other companies were not as friendly or understanding that this was my first truck and naturally I would have questions. They were flexible with time for scheduling and transparent with their pricing. The results of the job looked so good that I doubted it’s durability. I initially laid down blankets to protect this investment, but I stopped since this was neither practical nor logical. The surface still looks like it was just installed yesterday. I definitely recommend Line-X.

A friend had told me about a protective coating that can be applied under trucks to prevent rust and corrosion. After doing a little research I came across Line-X of Central Ohio. The guys were great. They took the time to explain the type of coating and the process and walked me through the warranty and everything it covered.
